Came here on Labor Day today for breakfast at 10:10am and was eventually seated at 10:58. We immediately placed our orders when our waitress helped us shortly after being seated. She was very nice and cordial but our food didn't arrive until 11:47am. They clearly were not on their A game and unprepared for the holiday rush. The managers on duty were trying hard but a good start to our day at ihop just wasn't meant to be today. Very disappointed with the service we received today. We won't be going back here for a while until things improve.

Couldn't begin to explain my frustration as I left the restaurant. Waited forever to get sat when tables were open and they weren't that busy! All the hosts looked super lazy and uninviting. Sierra (a host) was asked by multiple servers for some assistance and she completely ignored each one and never took a moment to greet anyone. While sitting and waiting to get a table two groups of people walked in and although there were 3 hosts at the counter not one of them greeted the groups. One girl even stood there and was resting on the cash register. The floors needed to be swept, it was just dirty. We sat down after I went up and asked for a table. No interest in helping us at all. I just didn't understand. The server was kinda nice, she came to our table after about 3 rounds and got our drink order. Waited and waited Finally after her 4th trip from the kitchen still no drinks. I was done and told my family that we will go somewhere that was a little more enjoyable. While leaving I stopped at the host stand once again to ask for the managers card. The woman asked if she could pull out her phone to give me his number.. I said its on the receipt just print me a receipt. She didn't know how to do it. Finally she gave me a receipt from someone else's table. Just so disgusted!! Never going there again, and would advise others to not even waste your time nor money!

We went to this IHOP and their air conditioning was broken. I understand that it's not something they can control, but they did nothing to improve the situation. Also, our waitress came to us maybe three times to check on us, including to order and get the check. But the food was what you can expect from an IHOP.

Mainly the point of this review is to share the quality of food compared to other ihops. The quality is consistent. Food is hot when served and that is why I give it a 4 rating. The new server, Sarah G-W, is the bomb.com . Great personality, knowledge, and even better customer satisfaction. IHOP is featuring a good variety of crepes didn't their promotion.

I should have learned my lesson from 15 yrs ago. Don't go to IHOP. In Mishawaka back then the IHOP was brand new and they didn't have it together. Fast forward to a new IHOP in Avon, IN and it's the same thing. My girlfreind ordered a beef and mashed potatoes dinner without the gravy she's had at other IHOPs before. She refused the plate and there was no offer of something else to substitute. I ate my lunch of salad and BLT and it was fine. However the host/waitstaff didn't do their job to satisfaction. The host was a punk. Upon leaving and making our complaint at the cashier we noted how filthy the waitstation was with piled boxes and trash along with dirty floor. IHOP is a mis-managed company without attention to detail. By the way, the prices are out of line. -G

First of all I have to share that I was living in heaven when I heard an IHOP was coming to town!! I love IHOP breakfast food!! However I have since given this location 4-5 tries since they have been open. Wait times for food is ridiculous!! Expect to wait 45-60 mins for your food when you arrive whether they are busy or not!! More often than not the food is cold when it gets to your table!! The worst thing we have experienced has been twice we have visited and the waiter spoke English as a second or third language. We had to actually point at the pictures in the menu to get him to understand what we wanted. I have given up on this location, its a shame, great location for a restaurant and nice big building.......

We came in on a Saturday evening, and the restaurant was barely busy. We were not greeted by a server, and had to go and seek one out. Once we ordered we once again had to seek her out for our drinks, which was another 10 minutes later. I personally went into the kitchen only to see all 6 servers standing there dancing to a song playing on their iPhone. Later they informed us that they were out of hot chocolate. Not a single manager or adult on the floor. TERRIBLE management. Really embarrassing.

I mean it's an IHOP so I wasn't expecting much...but the one in Fishers is pretty good so I guess I was expecting the same...food here is just ok...service wasn't bad but it just kinda seemed dirty and sticky, after I left I felt like I needed to take a hot shower. Serves me right, I mean I'm not above an IHOP but it is an IHOP, so what did I expect. I got a burger, next time I'll stick to a waffle or some pancakes.

Bad experience. We went to IHOP after church on Sunday afternoon. We finished our meal and left about 2 1/2 hours later. The food was fine...standard IHOP fare. But I have not experienced such slow service in a restaurant for a lot of years. The waitress ignored us most of the time and we waited at least an hour and a half for food. We may go back to this place eventually but it is going to be a really long time.

Perfectly good IHOP. If you haven't been to an IHOP in a while, like me, you may be surprised to hear that their menu is frigging huge. It took us about 20 minutes to decide what to get. Portions are enormous. There is an under 600 calorie menu if that's what you want, but freaking splurge and get the pancakes already. The main downside was that the coffee was fairly crappy, unfortunately. Sweet waitress, fairly quick service, and our somewhat complicated order came out exactly as we ordered it.
