My two year old was flirting with the waitress, we got the waitress (Sarah) to poke fun at my cousin, and the most important thing is that she kept our drinks full. It's a bar, what more can you say :-) the wings are overcooked sometimes. I've always had a good time with decent service. Last time I was there the bartender was great. I've been when the service and food wasn't good. It's a crap shoot that is worth the try. I've found the managers cool when you are providing balanced feedback. They know which servers are good or having a bad day. So be chill, have fun, and remember to tip even with bad service. Peace

These are the same delicious buffalo wings I ate throughout college. Yeah, there are lots of other wing places in the area, but I just can't get over BWW's sauces. This location does their wings up right and I've never had an issue with the food. They also have trivia at the bar on Wednesday nights, which is a lot of fun if you're with a group (or if you're just a smarty pants all by yourself). They also have a bunch of beers on tap, including seasonal, so you'll always be able to get the perfect brew to wash those wings down. The only thing about this location is that the service has, on occasion, left a bit to be desired. But hey, maybe I'm just having bad luck and keep getting the waitress who's given up on the day? Either way, it isn't enough to stop me from coming back.

Great staff and love the food! Their prices have gone up a bit lately, which I know is out of this particular store's control, but I still had to give them 4/5 for that. Andy, the bartender, is the best around! He is always so friendly and gives the best service. Stop by on a Wednesday for $2 drafts and Trivia! Super fun times.

Not a bad BWW. The dinning room is always full and the bar is rather lively. What sets this location apart is the staff in the bar area. They are always very friendly. You don't wait long until you have a cold beer in your hand. The nice thing about BWW is the selection of beer on tap. Everyone has Heineken in a bottle but very few have it in draft! This is the one place I can get a cold beer that tastes like we are back in Amsterdam. The new appetizer menu is interesting. The cheese curds are good but the portion size is small. Can't wait to try the new onion ring appetizer. The specials are pretty good - Thursday is boneless night. If you aren't careful you will order more than you can eat! This location also has a patio which is nice to sit on during the summer.

Had great service and food. You cat beat the Tuesday wing special. I was a bit surprised at the fresh side salad. The Triton IPA on tap closed out an awesome experience. If u like wings, do sit-ups on Monday and get here on Tuesday to put a dent on their wings.

Was highly disappointed in my food last night. My takeout order came with maybe 15 fries. When they showed my order at the counter, my friend asked, "oh do you have a shortage of fries?" And the girl just laughed. Spend a little more on gas and go to the Plainfield location.

I love this place. I could go anytime. The wings are great...much better than any other wing place nearby. They also carry a decent selection of local beers on draft and in bottle. They always have every sporting event tv. UFC is great on Saturday nights too but get there early otherwise it will be standing room only.

A nice bdubs. Outside seating, dining area and bar area. There is also a private party room in the back that I use for Bears games when they let me :P A pretty standard experience, the place is kind of in a weird spot but when you are inside you are transferred into the bdubs experience and you forget you are at the end of a strip mall.

I love BW's, but this one just isn't that great. I live in AVON, but would rather drive to Plainfield to go to BW's. There is no real separation between the bar and under 21 section so you don't really get the bar feel. It's nice that it's no smoking though.

I would have to disagree with other reviews of this B Dubs location. I have been many times and the service and food was of the same quality as the many other locations I have been too. This one is built to be more "open" which I am not a big fan of because you can be kind of far from the t.v.'s. Overall its no different than any other B Dubs and is a great place for wings or to watch UFC and football.

I go here almost every week for the live trivia competition. The waitstaff is very friendly and helpful. Seriously, they're a lot of fun. One of the waitresses told me the kitchen can make most of the wraps with black bean burger crumbles instead of chicken. Several months ago, someone mistakenly served me pork in a sandwich after I told her I was a vegetarian. However, she brought me out new food and apologized, and the management was more than apologetic about it- they comped my meal, gave me a free dessert, and gave me coupons for my next visit. It was an honest mistake, and they handled it very well, going far above what I expected (not to be charged for the sandwich.) I mention the incident not to disparage them, but to point out that they totally made up for it and I keep going back happily. My favorite appetizer is the soft pretzels. The only thing missing is a better dessert menu, since I often don't eat a full dinner here. I'd also like hearing about more drink specials. I'm not particularly drawn to "pub food", but B-Dubs does it better than most. And the waitstaff makes every visit great.

The wings are usually pretty good at this location, but how can you really mess up wings. The slammers are also pretty popular with chicken, pulled pork, steak, and mini beef hot dog options. Don't forget the chicken buffalitos, which are a nice twist from typical bar fare. BW's sports 15+ sauces and 4 dry rubs to add some zing to your wing. My favorites are Asian Zing, Mango Habanero, and Sweet BBQ sauce with Desert Heat dry rub. Quench your thirst at the bar with the various beers on tap.

We came in on a week day afternoon around 3:00PM. It was quick, speedy, service with a friendly smile. Sometimes when you go into an establishment between 2-4pm you have to deal with lackadaisical, unmotivated staff, but we were pleasantly surprised at the service. Beyond the service, our food came out steaming and delicious. Overall, good food, food service, plus FREE Wi-Fi!

Even though the service is kind of slow, I like going to this location because the food is always fresh and its almost never too crowded to dine in ! Oh yea and the twisted margaritas are the bomb !
I like the place and the people! But, I like my wings crispy and so many times when I ask for extra crispy, they cook then no different..essentially disregarding my request! Tonight I got home and the wings were so rubbery I could barely eat them! and i ordered them thru the manager, whowell knows how i want them!!! They have to take customer request more seriously.

Do yourself a favor and drive a little farther to either Plainfield or Crawfordsville Rd if you are in the mood for BW3. Our first time at this restaurant, they served us completely raw boneless wings. Although they apologized profusely, the replacement set they sent out was also raw on the inside. This was in the first few weeks of opening so we decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and try it again. In the half dozen times we have been back, service has been terrible, seating us at tables where the benches are soaked with cleaning solution and then making us wait over 15 minutes before someone even stops by. The waiters and waitresses all hang out chatting by the bar or on the patio and ignoring any arm motions or waving. The last time we were there we had to scrounge around behind the hostess desk for silverware and even walked up to get our own refills. This place is not worth your business.

My wife and I called in a carry out order, this past Sunday (12/27/09) & were told it would be ready in 20 minutes. We arrived there 25 minutes later and paid for the order. We were then told that part of our order was just starting to be prepared. 20 minutes later, we complained to the manager who said he would check on it, disappeared & never came back. When the order was finally ready, it was 58 minutes from the time that we ordered. When we got home, we found that the order was missing the Blue Cheese dipping sauces & that half of the nuggets did not have any seasoning at all. Complained to BWW through the web site, but did not get any response. Clearly the manager was not concerned about poor service & his employees reflected that lack of concern. More troubling is that we have not gotten any response from BWW corporate either. And, to boot... the mini-burgers we ordered.. were burned and cold. What a lousy experience!

Love this place! Me and my fiancé come here on a weekly basis. We are addicted! I love the spicy garlic, super yummy! I also love the staff there. Great place to go for a beer and some good wings!
