My wife and I agreed that over are past experience with Bob Evans restaurants this was the worst meal we had. Both of us had the blueberry crepes which were ok. Our main issues were the syrup/blueberries on top were partially warmed. Some parts of the plate were cold while others were warm at best. Combined with a cold filling left us wanting. Good thing we were drinking hot coffee. By the time our server checked with us we had eaten about half of them. We should sent them back once we realized they were not throughly warmed through. If they had been really busy at least you could understand it more but they weren't. We found a much better place across the street Emmy's Pancakes which we tried the next time.

Bob Evans is Bob Evans as we all know. The food is good, large portions, good price and when I'm carving Bob Evans BISCUITS and GRAVY that is all that will do. The service on Rockville and High School road location has always been good to great! It's weird but with Bob Evans and many other restaurants the service is always worse when they aren't busy or at closing. Being a waitress for years I realize the side work required to get out of there but it would be nice for the customer to come first. The menu has expanded over the years to include healthier options, updated senior menus and adding healthier options to their omelets'. Their biscuits are thick and delicious whether with gravy or a side with your meal and smothered in butter and honey. The dinner rolls, if not overcooked, are a favorite as well with lunch or dinner meals. I often order a few dozen of each for pitch in's or family gatherings but have to keep them out of sight until dinner time. Otherwise, biscuits and honey/jelly become the appetizers while folks are standing around talking. You know the drill. Yes it's a chain but one I like and often crave.

I don't know why I've eaten here more than once. i guess that I keep thinking that it'll be better when I've returned. And, I really wanted steak and eggs. However, every time I've been here the employees act as though they couldn't care less that I'm here. This is the second time that I've chosen a meal but didn't want one of the items in the meal (hash browns). The waitress acted as though I was an idiot for not wanting them. Then, I was charged full price. It takes a lot to make me stay away from an establishment and I'm very sensitive to the hard work required of food service workers. However, I will not come back here again. I've had enough.

Right away I noticed the service was very slow. Poor attitudes and I could hear one of the older ladies say "and they wonder why I'm cranky". Orange juice was thick as maple syrup . They must have someone back they're preparing it who knows nothing about how it's really supposed to be processed and diluted with water prior to serving Salt and Pepper shakers were dirty and sticky. I requested for my eggs to be cooked over easy but what they brought me were eggs cooked over hard. I get the impression that the ladies who work here are pretty much coming to work not caring anymore and going home at the end of the day. I'm curious to know if that attitude is reflected from the management down. Overall, a very disappointing experience for dining out.
