I was stopping by though yorkville on a trip to visit a friend and I was in the mood for wings and a burger (yes I know I'm fat) the wings were ok. I got boneless and they were just ok. I only ate two out of seven because I just wasn't that impressed or touched by it. They were just salty and not entirely covered in salt. My jalapeño burger was dry. They need to add some kind of sauce or mayo because it's kinda un-eatable. In the end I only ate my fries. Because you can't really fuck up fries too bad. I wouldn't come back. Maybe for a drink because it's a cute atmosphere but the food was only ok. All in all 3 stars out of five because at least it seemed like they made an effort.

We were excited that a new restaurant opened where The Ultimate used to be. They still have a good sports bar atmosphere with large screens all around to watch games. The service was a 10 - they are really trying to build a customer base which I appreciate. Food was really good as well. Pretzel dippers were delish, my wrap was tasty and they have good fries (so many sports bars have terrible fries!). My husband got a burger and really liked it. Beer was well priced. The only complaint from our table was our friend who ordered wings and said they were very large and the meat was tough and they were difficult to eat. But I don't eat wings so we will be back haha.

Great wings with lots of flavor choices. I liked the tnt; hot but with lots of flavor too. We had great service as well. Ice cold beers and alcoholic root beer was the best. Lots of food choices for everyone of any age. Burgers looked thick and juicy, and the plate of nachos would feed an army. Overall, very good place. I'll be back with friends and family.

Service was good, wings were amazing. They have a large variety of house bbq sauces that you can taste before ordering. Along with a great craft beer selection on tap. Staff is always friendly and accommodating.

Good food, good prices! I will be back! We tried the boneless and traditional wings, three different sauces and loved it all! Fries were good too!

Went early on a Friday night and the place was already busy. Service was excellent, waitress was super friendly and the manager and owner both stopped by to ask if we liked our meal. We ordered wings and they were excellent. We really liked the crispy coating and the sauces were tasty. Our waitress even brought us samples of the sauce before we ordered. Try the brownie bites, they are excellent. As for the parking, yes, the lot is small but with a little creativity you can park nearby. This is Yorkville so you don't really have to worry about getting mugged walking across the street.

For being answer wing place and there not being a BDubbs close, they have decent wings! Waited a bit after it opened to give it time to work out kinks that several new places have but had a good experience - with the food. Our waitress seemed newer to the food industry, not coming back to check on us or refill our drinks. Had to flag down another waitress just to get a refill on water. Will go back and have also recommended to friends in the area.

I went to wings in 3-2-15. Wings are good. I think we may have got jumbo. If so, I'd hate to see regular,if not, then nice size. Nice selection of sauces to chose from. You get to choose between ranch or blue cheese sauce but the ranch sauce was a small amount and it said you had to pay for extra. Didn't like that. My husband had the burger, he loved it. Plenty of drink choices. Family friendly. Prices are moderate. Parking is HORRIBLE. We almost didn't go because there was no parking. I did see other people drive up then drive away because of no parking. The place wasn't packed. It has to share the lot with plenty of other stores. Bad choice Wings. As for service, it was friendly. Quick. Only complaint, I have is I NEVER have been so rushed out of a place in my life. Three different times in a short amount of time, she wanted to take a tray that had my sauce and ketchup on it. Then she picked up my basket and I had a wing left in it. She practically ran off. I had to choke on my food to get the words out STOP. She said couldn't see I had one left then she picked up my tray and ran off which was holding my ranch sauce on it. I looked at my husband and said" I guess she has decided I'm done eating". We were going to stay and have a couple more schooners but forget it. She obviously wanted us out of there. My husband and I were very disappointed about this. I will give wings a second chance-if there is a parking space( I will have a backup plan, you may want to do the same)-and hope I don't get the same waitress!!!!!

Please bring a Buffalo Wild Wings to yorkville. This place has terrible food and is way over priced. It is 7/30/2015 - I bet this place will be closed by March. Over cooked food, nasty sauces, inattentive staff, and too pricey. Skip this place at all costs unless you are not hungry and your pal says he'll pay your booze tab.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! Don't waste your time! We ordered drinks, 10 min later we ordered an appetizer. The appetizer came, we ate a whole basket of curds and still no drinks. We asked the waitress what happened to the drinks and she told the manager. 10 min later manager delivers the drinks and gives us the excuse that another waitress took our drink order to another table. 1 mixed drink, a Reds apple ale, st Paulie girl, miller light draft. Yeah, sounds like a very unique order not to be confused with another. The manager not once said the word "sorry" in the process of explaining how our order room so long. It's so hot in here (no AC on) that everyone is sweating. I actually saw a lady fanning herself with a menu! Our food order is in and right now we wish we could leave!!!!!!

Where to begin. Came in town for a one day training and stopped here for lunch. When we sat down we were only the third table in the place. Took 45 minutes to get our order. We inquired about our food on several different occasions only to be told it was on it's way. We eventually asked for it to go and then the manager brought us our food. So for three of us we spent about $40 dollars for food we did no even get to eat. Manager offered us $2 coupons for not getting our lunch. Really? we are there for one day only. So she was like oh well have a good day. Disappointed to say the least. Did take one bite of my food about three hours later, wasn't bad, can only imagine what it would have been like had the manager or staff cared about customer service.

Extremely slow/poor service and my wings came out cold. Another time that I went I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap and it was bland to say the least. I had really high hopes for this place seeing as Buffalo Wild Wings is a bit of a drive and I'm tired of their menu anyways. I'm sure I'll end up trying this place again at some point, but that will be the last time unless they learn to toss the wings and sauce together in a bowl instead of just squirting it on top of the wings.

My husband and I walked into Wings Etc. and we were immediately greeted and seated. Our server was really busy with a large party but a different server came by to let us know and took our drink orders while we waited. We ordered the wings (bbq & hot), mini corn dogs and fries. The hot wings were great, I loved that they had a crisp layer when I bit into them, they had plenty of sauce on them and were served with a side of ranch and 2 celery sticks. Unfortunately, the corn dogs were a bit on the greasy side and the fries had too much salt on them but overall my experience here was great! They have a friendly staff and good food. I will definitely be back, it's a nice change from your bww's of the world. Second time around: they lose a star because I received terrible service and the manager didn't ask how we were doing, but she asked everybody else around us. Let's see how the third time goes...

Wings etc is relatively new to the area but so far it's the best wing place in the area! I've been here about 10 times sine they opened and every time, the food has been great. Prices are pretty reasonable and the staff is awesome. Really have no issues with this place. I'm not crazy about BWW wings and wing stop wings. Hooters is prob my fav runner up wing wise. The wings etc wings are always good size and you can from like 20 sauces. I've had most of them now and they are all pretty good. The alcohol selection is pretty good too, tons of beers and you get a massive 32oz mug of beer (caution: will end up in your wife/girlfriend being upset with you and you not remembering why the next morning). All in all prob my fav wing place in the greater aurora metro area now.

Darn. I had the highest hopes for this place. I've been here twice. The first time, there was a problem with the amount of sauce on the wings, one was almost totally bare but I didn't say anything. Today we went for 59 cent wings. I asked the waitress if I could get them with NO breading and she said, yes. When I ordered the wings I asked for NO breading and the wings came with breading. I have never sent anything back, ever. I called the waitress over and inquired, the manager came and told me all boneless wings are breaded and offered me something different. I opted to just eat the wings. Both my co-worker's and my wings were not hot and were not fresh. I feel like they were sitting under a heat lamp, and sauce coverage was poor. No discount offered for the mess up either.

Solid good wings place that offers a good variety of sauces. Yes, parking is bad when it gets packed but you can use the banks lot after they close or on the opposite side of the building. They have weekday specials, both with food and drink. This will probably end up for me a lunch or very early evening dinner place. One final note, this is a franchise place that has locations in the south.

I love chicken wings. The is the way I actually introduced myself to people my love for chicken wings run so deep. I was very excited to have a chicken wing place open close to home. I do recommend getting takeout from this place. The wings aren't the best I've had but there tasty and they have some fun side you can order as well. Yep........ Can't go wrong with takeout. Dine in is a whole other story. My husband and I have learned not to go just by ourselves but if we are going to endure dine in we will bring some other people as to make it more interesting. We will bet on how many refills we won't receive or how many minutes it will be till a waitress actually pays attention to us. My favorite is if they actually bring us the right food or even ask us if we need anything. It's quite entertaining. Cracker Barrel gives you those nice little pegs on the wooden triangle to entertain you while they actually serve you your food appropriately. This place does not provide you with entertainment at the table per say but you'll have quite a lot of enjoyment trying to decide if you will ever see your waitress again or get a refill. I showed my husband my true love for him when he had no beverage left and was eating some very hot wings and I had one fourth of my soda left and offered it to him knowing that I would not see any more soda for the rest of my visits in this establishment. That's love folks. I don't recommend dining in if you're extremely hungry either because as I mentioned above you'll be waiting quite a long time. I got there at 8 PM one night and you would think it establishment that sells chicken wings would be much faster than a two hour visit and I thought hey I'll be able to stop at target after this and get a few things but how silly me for thinking that. Two hours is about what you'll spend wishing hoping praying and soul-searching for those chicken wings that you ordered. In their defense a coworker of mine told me her teenage son went into this establishment and got great service. I just had to laugh at that because of course he did. He's a nice looking boy and those young waitresses probably flocked all over him like the Bachelor. I don't know if this is a true testament to how good the wings are that people will endure this kind of treatment or if I just love chicken wings that much. The moral of the story here is if you like chicken wings get takeout. Unless you're looking for some torturous entertainment.

9/13 My husband and I have been here several times. The service has been excellent the first time. But the next few visit not so good. This Sunday was the final straw won't be back. We were seated right away then nobody came over to take our order for 14 minutes I timed it. Then during that time another couple was seated waited on and got their drinks before knowledge was made to us. No Thank You

Where to start? The good, the food was pretty decent. Got the pretzel dippers and a buffalo chicken wrap. My husband got the boneless wings with a bunch of different sauces on the side. Sauces were good. Fries were good. Bad...we ordered our first round of drinks and after 20 minutes, we asked our waitress where our drinks were. She talked to the manager. 10 minutes later he brought our drinks and said they were delivered to another table. While delivering, he made no attempt to apologize and came up with that ridiculous excuse. Next, our table of 7's food was delivered, except for mine. The waitress said my wrap was given to someone else. Really?!?! Twice in one outing! Our waitress was very apologetic even though the problems were not her fault. Pretty disappointed with the managers crappy attitude.

I don't advise spending your hard earned money here. We went there tonight and after waiting for 5 minutes for someone to come take our drink order, the wings came out cold and were drenched in too much buttery sauce, the fries were soggy, we were never checked on by our server (so we couldn't let anyone know of these issues), never offered drink refills, and when she returned with my credit card...we weren't even thanked for coming in! However, the bartender did thank us! (a huge thank you to him, and he didn't even have anything to do with us...at least someone cared enough to show some appreciation) On the way out, I talk to the manager and she offered us a come back card, in which I declined and informed that we would never be back. I work hard for my money, too hard to EVER spend in a careless service establishment, such as this, ever again!

I went to this place on the recommendation of a few friends. I arrived at Wings Etc around 7:15 pm on a saturday with a friend and I was immediayely drawn to a sign next to the kitchen door that read "No Pissy Attitudes". I immediately was not impressed with the place. My friend and I were seated at a table big enough to seat 6, which I found odd. The restaurant/bar was not even 1/4 full. We ordered 2 waters to start, and it seemed like it took forever for them to come out of the kitchen. While we were waiting for our drinks, we noticed a female server walking around that was wearing what I thought was a very offensive shirt. The front of the shirt read "Wings, etc Bar and Grill" the back of the shirt read as follows: "Men: No Shirt, No Service. Women: No Shirt, Free Beer!" I almost got up and walked out of the bar for seeing that shirt alone. I am quite surprised that the company would issue such a shirt and even have a female employee wear it. It's definitely not giving off a good impression... Anyway, back to the food. I ordered 10 traditional wings with their TNT sauce, while my friend ordered 7 boneless parmesan garlic wings. I was disappointed with how my wings came out as it didn't look as if the wings were fully covered in sauce. My friend's food however was a totally different story. My friend began eating his wings when he suddenly asked me to try his food. When I did, the wings were lukewarm at best. I immediately called for a manager. The manager Ben (who had been sitting at the corner of the bar since at least we walked in) came over and we expressed our disapproval, especially on the cold wings. Ben had the audacity to reply to my friend, "Continue working on those, while I put another order in for you" SERIOUSLY?!?! I've worked in the restaurant business and I would NEVER make a guest continue to eat food he or she was dissatisfied with!!!!! Ben sent our server over to our table with a "comeback" card that offered a free appetizer for our next visit, and my friend was given 50% off his bill, but I was pretty fed up. Overall, the service was extremely slow (especially for a restaurant that barely had guests in it) and I think I'd rather take my business elsewhere the next time I'm in that area

Wings and sauce were awesome. Solid beer selection and the staff was friendly and fun. Good vibes all around. We'll be back. Thanks Ben and Enrique!

Big disappointment! I've been here 3 times so far. The first time was great, the food was awesome, and the service was decent. The 2nd time was a huge disappointment. My buffalo chicken sandwich was literally a dry piece of chicken in between 2 buns with nothing else. The service was also terrible. I understand that they are new and busy, but waiting 25 minutes for a beer is a bit too long. My wife and I decided to give this another try and came back a 3rd time. This time was the worst. Our waitress would hardly give us the time of day. When I asked for another beer, she rolled her eyes and scoffed away, where again I waited about 20 minutes for the beer. The food was the same as the 2nd time. I ordered the same sandwich thinking that maybe someone had an off night the 2nd trip, but again, just a dry piece of chicken on bread. When we received our check, I was astonished to learn that they had charged us $8 for a Guinness, which we were told was the beer special! I suppose it could be worse, but we will not be going back. The atmosphere doesn't help either. It's very cramped and loud, especially when they are busy. Try it and decide for yourself.
