Awesome fast food. Love the beef and especially I am hooked on the gyro. Hope that you all continue to do well and stay in Yorkville. Good fast food!!!! Try the chicken gyros with honey mustard sauce !! They are the best .

They have a bit of a movie theme, or at least a whole bunch of movie posters on the wall. No wif-fi for customers which was kind of a bummer, but I can let that slide. The Ketchup squirter thing you use to fill up the little cup things to bring back to your table was labeled Heinz, but I'm near certain that it is filled with a different brand of catsup. I was in the mood for a beef sandwich so I ordered one. The Italian Beef sandwich is packed full of beef. Seriously, it made it hard to pick up the sandwich. That worked out as the beef was good to eat on its own till the sandwich as pick-upable.

One of our favorite places to eat. The gyros are amazing, the chicken sandwiches are great and the portions are HUGE! My kids love the corn dogs and the service is usually quick. A cool atmosphere and they serve ice cream so no need to leave to get dessert!

Not impressed with the Italian beef this time. Bread was flat. Wish everyone could use Gonnella. Chocolate Malt was good.

Malts are so awesome. However, I've gotten cheeseburgers from there a few times and the burger meat is like gray-colored and mushy. Looks and tastes like gross fake meat.

Patelli's has become our choice in the area for the "fast-casual" type of eating when we are in the mood for a sandwich and fries and we don't want to go to a more full service type of place. I think it's great food for the price and we go back often. I really love the various panini type sandwiches here, and the fries are always served crispy and perfectly salted. The cheese sauce, while a processed product, is pretty good along with them, though some type of non-processed cheese sauce would probably be better. There's a tv towards the back, but it's not exactly placed in a location that's easy to watch anything is more background than anything else. The staff is generally younger, but friendly, and do a good job with what they are tasked with.

I just went to Patelli's for the first time yesterday and I was blown away! I love their Dbl chesseburger and their fries. The fries are crispy and salted just right and the burgers were a nice size and char-broiled which is really hard to find. My Dad had the Italian beef and it was juicy, thin, and so tender with flavor! We will definitely be going back regularly.

Came through Yorkville with my son Jake on a car trip. We used to live in the area and wanted to see what was new and what was still around. Yorkville's a small but growing town on the crossroads of a couple of roads you might use to get somewhere else, including IL-47, one of those secret roads that goes around Chicago congestion. At least it used to be a secret and go around the mess - it's gotten fairly busy, though it's still not bad. And Illinois, which really does seem to want to stay out in front of growth, is trying pretty hard to improve the former bottleneck in this sleepy town. Wait - I said "sleepy". It's NOT sleepy anymore. Holy cats - there's a ton of shopping (even a Dick's sporting goods!), lots of new subdivisions, and a whole lot more traffic lights than I remember. And a lot more food choices. Here's Patelli's. It was kind of a compromise between my down-home-food loving son and me, who will eat anything but really, really hates chains. And we were just about on time to get where we were going, so we couldn't do fancy or far off the beaten path. Jake had been here before, Yelpers recommended it, so let's go. Patelli's was good. It's a tiny chain (two stores!), and they're working hard on getting the comfortable polish, cleanliness and slickness that's part of what makes people come to chains. The menu is familiar, with classic fast-food items, but a range and combination you don't see at Mac-n-Don's. Jake got a two-hot dog meal. It was large and kept him happily busy. My gyro was the same. It was maybe the best fast-food gyro I've ever had. The meat was probably just the same stuff everyone gets from the same place, and maybe I was just hungry, but it was wonderfully tasty. The wrap was soft and very flavorful, not just boring, tough, dry bready-thing I often seem to get elsewhere. And the sauce was perfect. Get that. The servers were a couple of freshly-washed, enthusiastic and helpful girls. Service was quick, though we were the only ones in the store at 2PM. The decor is attractive and a whole lot of fun - movie posters, most of which are for "did you see that one?" flicks: not ones that everyone sees, but ones that enough people people enjoyed to start a conversation (complete with remembering dialog and reliving dinosaur chases). And there was a different movie on each of two TV screens - one a classic campy one, one a recent PG13 adventure. The place is clean, though not perfectly so. I was very comfortable there and enjoyed myself. And $13 to stuff two grown men full of delicious food is something I'd classify as a very good value. Go there.

Nasty, Nasty, Nasty. Never Going Back. Ordered 2 Gyros with feta cheese, sauce & onions. And OMG... Meet tasted like plastic as well as the feta cheese. The sauce had no taste except like hot mayo. Even the fries tasted nasty. Who can mess up on an order of fries? Yes, this people did. Everything tasted very old, cold and nasty. Never going back here. Don't recommend to anyone. Nothing was freshly made. Yuck!!!

Friendly staff, good portion sizes, good pricing. We have eaten here many times! Try the chocolate malt shake and the gyro salad!

We were out in the far western exburbs and looking for a place for lunch. We are in this area frequently and we were tired of the standards McDonalds, KFC, Taco Bell, Panera and Culvers. I had recalled this place from a previous drive-by, so we stopped in. First, Patelli's was incredibly clean for a burger/dog/beef joint. Unlike most of these types of places, there wasn't a layer of something greasy or sticky on everything. Well done! The young lady who took our order was pleasant and cordial, another rarity in these types of places. Finally, the food was pretty much what I was hoping for. We had a couple of Italian beef sandwiches with hot peppers and fries, with a side of cheese (for dipping). My expectations were low, being this far out of Chicago, but Patelli's did a good job with the Italian beef. Thin slices, tasty 'jus and the hot pepper giardinara was crisp, crunchy and tasted fresher than I've had elsewhere. The fries, which are standard crinkle cut fries, were quite good as well. No lingering tastes of last weeks fish fry or a month of dropping chicken nuggets. Again, clean, crisp and hot. Even the cheese sauce was good. I do not typically get the fluorescent orange melted processed cheese product. It just grosses me out as it gets cold and gelatinous. However, at Patelli's, the cheese was hot, smooth and again, fresh. There are movie posters all over the place with lots of movies kids young and old will recognize. While we were there, they have a kids movie playing on the big screen hanging in the corner. This is the best beef I have had in this neck of the woods. I recommend it. We will absolutely be back.

Horrible customer service - went in today at 3pm, I was the only person there and they still messed up my order -they shorted me two fries and a drink. the girl at register was on her cell phone, fries were cold. I wasted $20.

My Chipotle burger was decent. My wifes Italian beef was tough and bland. We have had much better beef. Fries were bland and very greasy. Staff was eh. Two girls at the counter. One may have been new. The experienced one seemed inconvenienced by me asking what was on specialty burgers. There is no descriptions. Not sure if we will be back. Rather sad. I wanted to really like it

Foods delicious. No doubt about that. Too bad we were "those" customers that came in close to closing. As soon as we walked in we were greeted with "we close at 6." Aside from that being the rudest welcoming I've ever encountered. As we waited for our To-Go order other customers came in and we watched the server tell 4 different couples, "we close at 6." After she chased away paying customers she was pleasant enough to wish us a great rest of the day. Someone needs to remind her that not only does the food have to be great but so does the customer service.

good food, reasonable prices, quick service. i had an italian beef and it was really good, thinly sliced and tender not rubbery, juicy and nicely spiced. my kids had hot dogs and cheese fries, the cheese was really good, not super thick and gloppy, nice and smooth. the fry portions were generous, i shared theirs and we had plenty, crinkle cut, my fav. the place was clean and restroom was clean. the worker was friendly. i will be back for sure, if they had a drive through that would be more convenient.
