I've been here twice since it opened and both times I had to wait almost 10 minutes for my food...and I was the only car there! To top it off, the fries were cold and my burger wasn't very fresh either. I won't be going back.

The first time we went there, the food was great. This last visit, I can't say that it was. I ordered a large meal with a coke. The coke was a small, and was out of syrup. So all I received was soda water and ice. Both of the chicken sandwiches were naked. We asked for and paid for cheese on both. I tried to call and complain only to receive a message that the number was disconnected. I was so excited to have a Hardee's near by my house, but now I don't know if I will ever go back

I used to come here al the time on my break from work and their drive through should NOT be open. It's supposed to be "fast food" but every single time I have waited 10+ minutes for my food. Remind you I only get their onion rings!! They are amazing but not worth it.and they have cut down on their sizes. Not worth the wait for the smaller quantity. Used to love and recommend it but now I can't stand it!!!

Very disappointed. The smell inside was horrible and the food also. We have eaten at other Hardee's and liked it. The fries were the only part of the meal that was hot,even after a 20minute wait

Since this is a chain restaurant, the only thing they can offer is better or worse service depending on location. Compared to most other fast food burger joints, Hardees offers an exceptional sandwich. They also have an excellent breakfast too. After numerous visits, this particular location leaves a lot to be desired. My first visit was a week after this location opened, through the drive thru. After waiting 15 minutes to receive my order, it was complete as it should be. Knowing this location was new, I expected service to be mediocre until the staff became competent. About three weeks after opening, I visited the drive thru for some biscuits and gravy and waited 25 minutes! Numerous people had walked in and out during that time. For people on the go, this was absolutely unacceptable. I truly enjoy Hardees on occasion, but this location is worth skipping until the next one. Hopefully management can get things sorted out and make this place worthy of more stars.

The food here is very good. I go through the drive-through frequently for my boss because that is the only place that has diet Dr Pepper in a drive through for only a dollar for a large. Every single time I have to wait a ridiculous amount of time just for a soda. I do go there for breakfast and the amount of time needed to wait is horrendous. Terrible terrible service but great food.

Wow, what a burger! These guys are all around great. The service was exceptional and the food was fantastic. I will definitely be back for more.
