The perfect time to be at this Starbucks is Autumn. Pumpkin spice latte in hand, walk around enjoying the best of autumn in the Midwest. I found employees to be extra friendly and energetic. It is a busy spot on some days, so while it's hard to stay upbeat it makes a big difference to customers. My only issue was the condiment bar that had creamers that had not been changed and were not cold. Always feel the canister to make sure you don't pour spoiled dairy into your drink!

Terrible. Does anyone even know what they really put in these drinks? They always make me sick to my stomach. If you really what a good homemade fresh coffee that is made right in front of you, go to Ethereal Confections. It is on the other side of the square. There coffee os so much better than Starbucks. Besides the bad drinks, their employees are okay. Some are kinda rude but most are nice.

I definitely miss the older people that worked here. They have so many new people working here lately and they are just down right arrogant and condescending ! I miss you Linda and everybody that used to work here!

I used to like the Woodstock Starbucks, but out of the five times I've been there in the past year, my drink was made wrong three out of five times. Sometimes I'll say something and sometimes I just deal with it. They are more than happy to replace it, but I find I'm spending more time trying to get them to make it right than just enjoying the experience. If only all baristas really knew how to make good drinks.

Nice place...fairly busy. The inside was clesn and the flow of the workers was consistent and efficient. It is easy to relax in here if not for one thing. I read the first review and thought he may have been wrong on a lot...but there were a couple of flies inside that were annoying. (Not saying there were a lot...but it is annoying when you want to enjoy breakfast but you are waving off the damn things every five minutes.)

This is the second time I have been to this location. This is also the second time they got my drink wrong. I order the same drink every time I go to Starbucks so it's hard to believe i ordered incorrectly. This time the cashier told me "actually, no, you didn't order it iced. But you can go to the end of the bar and ask them to remake it". The problem with this is that it is extremely busy and there is such a large crowd around the end of the bar how am i supposed to squeeze through and ask for that? Why would I want to cause a scene like that? I think the way the barista handled the situation was unprofessional and she was rude. I am a very nice and sensitive person and she made me feel stupid. Her name is Courtney and they need to teach them, the customer is ALWAYS right. I have worked at Dunkin donuts and conscious cup coffee roasters and my wife has worked at Starbucks. Both of us sucked it up and made sure the customer enjoyed their experience no matter what.

i work in walking distance from this Sturbucks. i would agree with the other reviews. the customer service is hit and miss. I go there almost every day. My son 14 years old ended up one evening there and had the emergency of using a phone to call his family. I am very dissapointed with the staff that did not make that happen, because of their policy- they can't have anybody in the back using the store phone. I find this very rude. if I see somebody in need to call I would offer my own cell to make a phone call. it comes back to customer service and more important to the simple idea of helping each other when we need help. i use a lot of sturbucks shops with my job but this one is by far the most unpleasant. I hope another coffee shop comes in town soon. E. M Woodstock, IL

I like the location, I like the decor that is about it. The place is constantly busy but the staff is hit or miss.

Couldn't gave cared less that I was a patron. Too busy talking to friends and each other to provide a good experience. Howard's new book Onward should be mandatory reading for today's staff.
