Donuts ok, service ok, not the cleanest place. Some filled donuts are a bit thin on the filling. I think it's probably a cost savings thing but if I go elsewhere is that really a savings?

I have to say every time I visit this place all the employees seem to hate life. Customer service is really bad here. I only visited Dunkin donuts today since my wife had a gift card. I will never visit this place again. Ordered two bagels and they were very stale. Iced coffee is crap, u have to order it black with cream and sugar on the side. If not u will get a coffee that is all cream.

This is an interesting coffee and while I wouldn't say it's the best I've ever had, I've certainly had far worse. I would categorize DD coffee as a medium blend with several complex flavors to it, not easily identified. I would almost say it has cloves in it, but it could be something else that resembles cloves. There's a hint of chocolate in it, too. (And it was better than the DD coffee I had last week.) I can see how people have come to regard this as their favorite coffee.

You know what would be really awesome? Going to Dunkin' Donuts and actually getting the donuts you came for! Also how about an employee who isn't in high school and knows what they're doing! "Uh, we don't, uh, have like those donuts. It's just what you see." What happened to businesses taking pride in what they do and training people they hire. And MAKE EXTRA!!!!!

How hard is it to make a cinnamon raisin bagel, not toasted, with plain cream cheese and a regular French vanilla latte? Well, let me tell ya. When they spoke, I didn't understand them and asked them to repeat it. Not only did they repeat it, but they spoke faster and louder - so fast I couldn't understand them and so loud, too. Cripes, I didn't understand their heavily accented attempt at English and I'm not deaf. They became more agitated when I said I didn't understand them and they amped up the volume again. Well, finally they went to work on my order. I saw them toasting my bagel and spoke to one of the female workers and she yelled at the guy running the toaster and all the help laughed. Someone (Manager, maybe?) came over and asked why I changed my order. Calmly I told him I didn't change the order, that I ordered the bagel not toasted to start with. Ugh! Long story short - finally got my bagel and coffee (no French vanilla, just regular cream). What an ordeal!! I've been to other Dunkin Donuts locations in McHenry and Lake Zurich. Seems to be an inherent issue with those locations, too. It's more aggravation than it's worth.

This store is so frustrating. There is no reason why they should be defrosting the freezers during business hours. I have come to this Dunkin Donuts-Baskin Robbins location on several occasions only to walk back because half of the ice creams aren't available. I have worked as a manager at Baskin Robbins for 5 years and never once did we defrost the freezers during business hours. You are losing business!! It is absolutely absurd and beyond frustrating. This store has many younger employees who are very nice and accommodating but I am not sure who is in charge of this store. It is poorly run which is very unfortunate. This is the closest location to my house, but I will not be returning.

I've always liked DD coffee, even bought some beans in the past for use at home. Had coffee, a sandwich (in today's parlance, a wrap) and "hash browns" (flat tater-tots is more like it). Coffee was as expected, rich enough but not bitter. Unfortunately, I asked for a "sweetner," whatever they used was ... off somehow. I thought I was used to the aftertaste of artificial sweetners, but whatever they use, it was unpleasant. The wrap was awesome tasting, but rather small (well, not enbiggened like we're all used to, and to be fair to them they do call it a "snack"). Crispy chicken, tasty cheese, bacon and ranch sauce on a flour tortilla, hot and fresh-made. The hash browns were somehow unique, I don't know what's in them but it's flavored, like with garlic and chives, or something. Hot and fresh-made they were awesome (but not all that many, even for the larger count I ordered). Friend had coffee too but she uses so much cream it could be coal tar and she'd still like it, so no opinion accepted there! She also had a sundae from the Baskin Robbins side and it looked .... awesome! I "browsed" the ice cream and if I didn't have any willpower I'd still be there to this day, eating it all. All of it. Service was great. Quick, patient with special instructions, and with a smile. One employee didn't know how to make an item, asked another, and got careful instructions (she caught on quick, too). Not the cleanest store I've ever visited, even with someone scrubbing the floor of Winter's worst (the cleanest would be Chik-fil-A), but not grubby at all. Personal note: I prefer the atmosphere here, commercial fast food basics, to Starbucks. Guess I'm just unable to falsify the pretentious attitude that seems to be required at Starbucks, but ya'll enjoy that burnt coffee, ya hear?

Meh, it's DD. Pretty typical standardized donuts from a chain as you'd expect. /sigh Old farts like me miss the old donut shops that actually had some heart to them.

Their coffee tastes like a dirty butt and they always have to ask you to repeat yourself at the window so they can finally start making what you ordered five minutes beforehand. I know other DD don't have bad coffee and their employees aren't the most inept jerks in the world so I assume it's just because this is in Woodstock.
