this is my favorite location hands down! My favorite is Jen! She's the reason why I come here and continue to come back. So friendly and funny, and always makes my drink the way I like it. Come here everyday and will continue to!

This is the Starbucks I visit on a regular basis. The parking lot can be a headache but the coffee is aways worth it. The staff is friendly and seems happy to be there. This location is smaller so they do not have a ton of seating. I have always seen a crowd at this Starbucks but they do a good job at getting the drinks made quickly. Only improvement I would like to see- the pickup counter could be cleaned a little more. Other than that this is a great Starbucks location!!

I don't come to this Starbucks as much as I used to, but I don't get Frappuccino's here anymore. The ice tends to be a little chunky, where as other locations tend to be more blended. The people at the registers tend to be really friendly, though!

This Starbucks is convenient for college students of Benedictine University. The wifi is good/speed, easy parking and quick service. The only negative is if you are looking for a relaxed conversation, read or study time you can not get it here. The senior Barista is loud, dramatic and likes to include the whole coffee shop in staff conversations through volume. I have heard staff dismissal, social chats and gossip from all areas for the venue. Makes it hard to concentrate and is very unprofessional from an supervisory staff member. The young girls and a couple of young men are quiet in general. The Starbucks down the road is much better for studying, relaxed and quiet atmosphere.

This is one of my two regular Starbucks. As there is an Ice cream shop next door, it works out perfectly for me to take kids there who could enjoy their ice cream while I enjoy my Green Tea Latte. I've always got the nice service out from here. Their staff looked like they like working there. They double check with me on my drink order when I order something other than the usual. I like that! The seating area is pretty limited but I have never seated inside. I either take it to-go or sit outside with kids which is not ideal since we are right facing the parking lot which is usually quite busy. A drive thru would be perfect.

I was gonna go a 3 bc the parking/unsupervised kinder sitch up in this piece is purty outta control (not their fault, I know- doesn't change that it's still REALLY f'n annoying) BUT I'm working on an 80 hour week this week and I got one (count it: ONE!) hour of sleep last night and the thought of my ultra piping hot Venti Soy Chai is the only thing keeping me going right now... Well, that and the cold hard cash I'll *hopefully* be making from working so much this week. Aaand maybe the fact that if I died right now the credit card company probably has the right to revoke my coffin and order me buried in some unmarked mass grave somewhere. Maybe even sell my body parts to medical science for testing, or more likely, some rich lady's butt injections. *le sigh Summation: Drinking Starbucks might not be the most cost effective way to live one's life, but sometimes you just need it to keep you feeling like you are actually still alive. Good service as usual like the other Starbucks. Taste the same as the other Starbucks. Great as usual! No complaints here! They have outdoor seating and not much tables to lounge there. Great location next to the theatre.

Two entertaining and welcoming employees + a plethora of guests waiting on a 6:30 Wedding reception at Bobak's, these guys did a good job at keeping the crowd pleased with their latte making skills. Waiting on the Ebenezer wedding reception to start, they had just enough seats to satiate the needs of this hodgepodge group. I'm thinking a cake ball or mini cupcake may be in order to keep me from eating my hand, luckily my chai tea latte did it's job.

It's good to know there's a spot close to my rink where I can pass some time with coffee, snack, and wifi before going skating. This place can get pretty packed with people before the skate school lessons, though, so be wary of alpha parents and unruly kids at certain hours of the day.

I stopped in and ordered my tea in venti size....as always! The barista made it grande...I said "I'm sorry, that's supposed to be venti! He said "Oh, no problem"! The girl who took my order stated to him "well she didn't pay for a venti"!! I walked back up to the counter and said "I'll pay the difference" letting her know I heard her rude comment! She said "no, that's fine"! I will NOT go back to that Starbuck's!!

On my way to work I pass six different starbucks, but this is the one that I choose to stop at. The reason why is that the baristas there are awesome. What makes them awsome? 1. They know their regulars tastes really well. This is evidenced by the fact that the baristas will often make suggestions about new drinks their regular customers might like. On a few separate occasions they have even just made a drink for me to try. The idea is if I like it I'll buy it, but if I don't like it than I don't. i.e. I get to try something new with out risking my money. 2. If they make a mistake they fix it right away. 3. They are very friendly. The only bad thing that I can think of about this Starbucks is that it is very small, so if you plan on sitting in the store seating can be very limited.

Always gets my drink right and in a prompt timely manner, staff is nice and the place is always very clean, only complaint is it seems to be the hangout of the teeny-boppers on the weekend so it's really only good for grab and go coffee as opposed as a place to sit and chat with a friend.

I don't drink coffee - I've had two cups my whole life and was unimpressed both times. This Starbucks is downstairs from my hair goddess yelp.com/biz/DAt6pO3UJxG… , and I got hooked on the egg & harvarti sandwich when Starbucks employees walked around offering free, hot sandwiches to hair clients. I don't know beans about coffee but that sandwich kicks ass. Don't tell me what's in it. Don't.
