I asked for a toasted bagel, I received a whole bagel that was toasted. Who toast bagel without cutting it in half? Where am I suppose to spread the butter? Food taste okay though. So if you don't mind have to give additional instructions and waiting long time for your food, then it might be okay, but I definitely would not be going back.

I can totally understand why this is a one star donut shop. People from my office would rotate each week to pick up donuts from this location. We would get 2 or 3 dozen donuts each week visit. Yesterday I went there to get 4---- 1/2 price drinks after 3pm. LINDA who called herself the manager, informed me that I would not be able to get 4 drinks at a time. Only 2 per person. Our office gets 50 dollars a week in donuts/drinks minimum from this place. Because I was the only one in the car, I could not get 2 additional drinks for the office staff. Well Linda, way to go. I went down Boughton to the Bolingbrook Dunkin, and they had NO PROBLEM giving me 4 drinks. They just rang me up 2 drinks at a time. And for that , you can let PAT and SCOTT your owners know that OUR ENTIRE office will now be going to the JANES and BOUGHTON BOLINGBROOK DUNKIN DONUTS. Where apparently, they realize that 3 dozen donuts a week or more is worth being customer FRIENDLY. Not to mention all the morning drive thru our office staff USED to go there for. THANKS for directing us to a better Dunkin Donuts. Maybe you should take a field trip to see what a 4 star location operates like. Linda, your service is NOT EVEN 1 star. ITS a NEGATIVE star. --matches your negative attitude.

Worst Dunkin I've ever been to. Even after they ask me to repeat my order back to them 3 times they STILL manage to get it wrong. Not once in a while... Every. Single. Damn. Morning. M-e-e-e-dium co-o-o-f-feee cr-e-e-eam and su-g-ar c-a-ra-mel fla-vor. Its not rocket science, its what you sell!!! They have given me smalls when I ask for mediums, forgotten my straw for my iced coffee dozens of times, they never remember my caramel flavor, and sometimes the coffee just tastes weird and I can't pin point why. The drive-thru takes 20 minutes to get 3 cars in and out and there's different kids working every time I go. One day the kid said he was dizzy so he dropped a penny of my change...... o-O..... OK that's fine just gimme my damn incorrect coffee I'm late for work. Damn them for being the only Dunkin Donuts with a drive-thru on my commute!

Went through drive thru. Gave the girl $10 and change. I pointed out to her that I was giving her a $10 bill. She still gave me the wrong change and when I pointed that out she tells me that I gave her $5 not $10. The manager told me that I would have to come back the next day and I would get the $5 if her cash drawer is $5 over, but he would not stop and have it counted then. He didn't care that she short changed me. Probably a routine they have to rip off customers in a hurry.

This will be a quick one because there is nothing good about this Dunkin' Donuts. I guess the owner is too cheap to make more donuts after 11:00 am. All the donut shelves were almost barren. Hey owner of this establishment... Time to make the donuts !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This place is still slow and it seems that the employees don't really care about working there. Went in on Saturday morning and ordered 3 breakfast sandwiches, well they were out of waffles, which they told me after I paid and then it still took 15 minutes

Untrained. Unprofessional. It's quite simple, if I ask for a xlarge hot coffee with 1 cream and 1 sugar and a large iced coffee with 2 cream 2 sugars, I don't mean a large hot coffee with 2 cream and 2 sugar! 3rd time this has happened! 3 strikes.
