This review is for food only as we ordered carryout. The food is just awful. I ordered "ultimate nachos" and asked for all of the toppings and chips separate so the chips wouldn't be soggy when I got home. They packaged it all nicely for me but when I assembled my nachos I found I had toppings for maybe 25% of the chips. I paid extra for chicken and had like 10 pieces of chicken. The lettuce was weak and there were about 5 diced tomato pieces. It was almost $10 for the nachos and their cost had to be maybe $1. I will not go back ever.

Got 7 different kind of wings and all the boxes were covered with sauce , I didn't know I had to power wash them in order to open the box and eat . I called the manager and she said there's nothing she can do . Awesome customer service that's all I have to say

Just mystifying. We've ate here before and it was fine. Again, taking a 4 year old in tow, we were seated quickly. A server?, came over and told us he wasn't our server but would take a drink order. Gave the drink order and crickets. Waited a half hour for our server and our drinks. Our waitress was very pleasant but absent. We watched table after table get their food and not us. We ordered a app, and the meals. After another half hour they came out. My wife's blue cheese burger was cold and just looked gross. The app came with our meal and was also cold. My wife was so disgusted she just left the table. I had the burger sent back and ordered boneless wings for her. My daughters entree and mine were fine. The manager came over and apologized and didn't charge us for the burger, app, and a beer (which they didn't have my initial order and took a half hour to get mine). The manager admitted the kitchen was terrible. We at least we're comped something. But 2 hours with a 4 year old is unacceptable. We also initially observed staff socializing while we waited somewhat desperately for a drink order. Don't make me wait a half hour when 6 people are chit chatting and I have a cranky 4 year old. We'll choose another BW3 before being back. This makes the last two times dining out awful and today we got the hat trick. I'll review that one later, but the last one cared a ton more then this restaurant

A few past visits rolled into one. I only go to this restaurant because it is close to home. We've never had great service and the food is just average. We used to always have great service...I think management has changed in the recent years. I stopped in with my husband yesterday for a beer and late lunch. We ended up leaving because we waited almost 10 minutes for a server to come to our table. The restaurant was crowded but the bar barely had a crowd. We ended up walking out and going somewhere nearby...nobody even noticed we were walking out without being served. These seems to be the normal service at this buffalo wild wing location. I've had decent service at the bar if I'm just ordering a beer. I might go back for a quick drink but I would go somewhere else nearby if I want a meal with good service.

Service keeps getting worse each time we come. This time, we got our beers and appetizer. Finished the appetizer. Over 20 minutes later, I had to call over to the waiter who was oblivious. His excuse was another table had separate checks.

Improved! We have not been here in over a year. Last time we were here...brown lettuce, rude bartenders, and poor management. The service seems to be improving but they still have things to work on. We had a great server. This is not the best place to watch football because they have loud music playing. They could at least put the sound of one of the football games. That would help it feel more like a sports bar. The kilt next door does a good job at playing sports with the sound rather than club music. You can't always count on the same beer if you order another round of the same beer due to incompetency. We will not return soon but we might think about it of they bring back $3 any beer on Thursdays.

Of course food is normal as usual. I love B-dubs. However, I don't think I'll ever be coming back to this one unless I'm sitting at the bar. I know that the bartenders are usually pretty awesome. Me and my boyfriend asked for patio seating. This was a few weeks ago when the weather was nice. It was very humid that day and hot outside. I thought it was great. We sat down, a server came. Asked to take our drinks after sitting in the heat for like 5 minutes. Then we looked at the menu for a while. She came back with our drinks, after another 5 minutes, which by that time, my boyfriend wanted to sit inside due to the heat. She came WITH THE WATER, but DID NOT GIVE THE WATER TO US. She was very rude, and just told us we had to be reseated inside by the hostess. I guess the servers on the patio don't have tables inside? Like she just lost a table? We were so thirsty and she couldn't offer us our waters before throwing us inside? I was so furious, I told a girl but doubted she'd tell anyone of the rude behavior. Other places, would normally just seat us inside without going back to the host. Maybe she was being racist thinking we wouldn't tip or something for being Asian. No clue.... but I stormed out after.. We went to Tilted Kilt instead. When I called to speak to a manager, I got disconnected three times before I finallyI called and spoke to the manager. I didn't want ANYTHING! I just wanted to makie sure to let him know that this behavior is unacceptable anywhere. I don't appreciate the attitude. I know they're always busy because of the food but you've lost a potential customer since we just moved closer to this one. I'll keep going to the Naperville one.. Thanks.

Me and my girlfriend ordered wings and a burger.... Now the thought is that food should be out in about 12-15 minutes on a busy night..... Well our food did not come out until 40 minutes after we ordered. The burger was burnt and cold and the wings were terrible as well. WORST B-DUBS EXPERIENCE EVER! I will never come back to this location.

This is the worst B-dubs ever. We ordered our meal for three people at 5:45, still not delivered at 6:30. Server says it was lost by the kitchen. No apology or acknowledgement from the manager. Meal still not delivered at 6:50. When we questioned the server she started crying. We just left. This is a miserable way to spend an evening. At $1 per chicken wing, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Service was great! Our waitress asked if where we were sitting was fine as she noticed we were looking around. Said it was drafty so she moved us to a better spot with no push back. The food however... celery and carrots looked malnourished, and my Thai curry chicken did not taste right compared to the other locations I've been to. Seems like it was some sweet chili sauce they were masking. If it wasn't for the great service I would've rated this 1 star.

The first time we visited this restaurant was a good experience. However, the last three times have been a major disappointment!! Tonight, we ordered takeout. Food was cold and portions were pathetic! Lately, the service has been horrible and the wait staff are more concerned with socializing than actually waiting on the customers. Foolishly, I keep going back to this place, mainly because they are literally 3 minutes from my house. That said, tonight was the last straw; we will NOT go back!!!

I had not been in for a while, we stopped in for a late lunch. Everything was fine and if I were a bigger sports fan, I would have appreciated the various sporting events on those HUGE screens. For me, my grandson was WAAAAAAAAAAY more important. Service was just fine and I must admit my burger was really tasty. I am not a wing fan, which is obviously their signature dish, duh. Worked out just fine for a quick bite.

Yummy boneless wings. Try the Honey sauce if you aren't into the the whole spicy thing. If you're brave try the Blazin' sauce-you won't believe how hot they are! The nachos and the onion rings with southwestern ranch sauce are dynamite...Good hamburgers, too. Great prices.

What can I say about this place: Average service combined with decent food is pretty much the norm at any of their locations. I do like the variety of sauces to choose from but they are very inconsistent with the amount of sauce that they put on their wings. This location is larger than most of them that I have visited. They have plenty of big screens so you can catch the game from any seat in the house.

I swung by BWW specifically to pick up an order of the fried pickles. I'm a fried pickle fanatic and I heard that BWW's were good. Unfortunately, the person who put together my takeout order forgot to include the sauce, which can really make or break fried pickles. (Side note: If the employees had spent less time talking to each other - it took a while for them to notice I was standing there ready to place an order - and more time focusing on the food, this might not have happened.) I was really looking forward to the sauce, which is listed as a Southwestern Ranch and I imagine has a little kick to it. I was bummed, but I didn't feel like driving back. Anyhow, the fried pickles themselves are yummy! They're slices, not spears, and have a cornmeal breading. I think there's also some pepper in the breading, which gives them a bit of a bite. They were yummy and I'm looking forward to trying them again - with the sauce.

Fun spot. Lots of seating options, and TV's galore. Good location next to the movie theater. Our server was very nice - did a good job (we had over 20 people). I went for the pulled pork sandwich which was great so I'd do that again. I think their wings are just OK. I think you can get better wings elsewhere, but you can't really go wrong in a place like this.

Best part of this location is their Thursday special on beer. Any and all tall drafts are just $3. That's any beer they have on tap in a large 22oz glass for $3.

This was a pretty typical Buffalo Wild Wings. The staff was very friendly and the food was hot. A big plus was the amount of TV's they have in-house. Being able to watch many games of March Madness made this place a great place to watch all the games. Probably the only negative was the amount of noise. It was pretty noisy. It just seemed like you could hear everyone's conversation. Other than that, a fun place to go for a reasonable price.

I have been here 10+ times (mostly before/after watching a movie at the Cinemark) and I think it is a very solid BWW. Consistently better food than at most others. I've always been satisfied eating here.

Who doesn't love Buffalo Wild Wings? I like the location, I like the staff, the food is great, the location is clean. Of course there are sometimes where they are super busy and the lobby and floor doesn't get the attention that it should, but they make up for it. I do think that they should have a full time door person (male or female) making sure that customers are welcomed and seated in a timely manner. I do know what Mary R. means by having to wait without acknowledgement - it seems like that can happen at any BWW. Great place to watch any sports game or fighting match. They do charge a small fee though for the big events just to make sure you're not just taking up space and sitting around, they want you to actually order food and drinks.

Wow, What is going on at this location? We have been going here for some time and have never really had a problem with food or service (3.5 stars). In fact we have told management that the food seems better here than other nearby BWW's. We stopped in for a 6:00 pm dinner on a Thursday. It was busy but this is to be expected on a Thursday ($3.00 tall drafts). Drinks: I ordered a Mich. Ultra DRAFT. My wife ordered a glass of Chardonnay. I received a BOTTLE of Modelo (sp?). I mentioned to the server that that was not what I ordered. My wife got about 2-2.5 oz. of wine. This is called a short pour and usually means the place is trying to save money and hoping the customers won't notice. Our server returned. This time she had a BOTTLE of Mich. Ultra. Again I told her that that was not what I ordered. She said they didn't have Mich. Ultra on tap. To be fair, the drink menu does say "selection may vary". I asked to see a manager. One stopped by. He said he would get a list from the bar that was up-to-date. As for the wine, I asked him if that was a normal pour. He asked if it came from the bar that way. Yes, my wife hadn't drunk any. He grunted. Several minutes later he came back with another glass of wine with a proper pour in it. As for the beer he said the list at the bar was not up to date. I'm thinking, "He's a manager, shouldn't he already know this?" Food: Our food comes. I had ordered a pulled pork sandwich with medium sauce and buffalo chips. I didn't receive any chips. I mentioned this to the food runner. She dug around in her pocket for our ticket. She un-crumpled it and said, "Oh yeah, you were supposed to get chips." And then she just stood there with no idea of what to do next. She finally said, "I'll get you some" and headed off to the kitchen. My sandwich looked like they had skimped on the meat. I have had this sandwich before and I remembered more meat. Also I did not get the correct sauce on the sandwich. The buffalo chips that I got were fresh but the portion was smaller than I had remembered. As for the chicken tenders, my wife said the breading was like trying to eat small rocks. Her buffalo chips were limp. They had obviously been sitting around too long. She got the correct sauce. A different manager passed by and asked how everything was. We gave him the whole story. He said he would do something and left. When we got our bill he had comped us 50% of it. Service: Our server brought us wrong drinks, twice. The food runner didn't know what we were supposed to get. One manager really didn't know what he was doing but the other took care of things. During all this, not one of the employees we dealt with ever apologized for the problems at our table. Bottom line: We think this location is going downhill. They are skimping on wine and food and service is slipping.

The service its fast and friendly, but the food takes foreverrrrr. Good Notre dame representation, however. A little chilly, as apparently all BW3's are, and only a decent atmosphere.

The service was terrible tonight. We had 30 min to kill after our dinner before our movie, so we ordered another round of drinks. Fifteen minutes later we chased down a waitress that wasn't our own to ask about our drinks, and then another TEN passed before we got them. We had to down them in five minutes and had to pay full price. The bazillion TVs had the hockey game on so loudly that I couldn't have a conversation with the person sitting next to me. We just ate our meal in conversational silence. I could feel the vibrations in my chair it was so loud. This is all I've got to say. Food-wise, you know what you're getting. I won't be back. Don't treat customers like this.

First off all, upon writing my review, seeing that someone was looking for an explanation of why this place is called BDUBS is probably just another example of why I don't like this place. I have tried jumping on that bandwagon of 20 year olds who know absolutely nothing about any sort of cuisine, and then go ahead and rave about this place. For those people, I'm sorry, but you don't know what dining is. I have been to this location about three or four times and each time I find myself full of regret. I somehow forget this in between visits, and this time, I can tell you I will not be forgetting. The first time I went here, I was a vegetarian. I know that you're called buffalo wild wings, but I was literally reduced to CARROT AND CELERY STICKS. Vegetarians often get stuck going along with what the majority of the group wants, maybe you should start catering to the people who get stuck going to your restaurant. I went here with my mom many months ago. We sat outside, got a basic lunch meal, it was decent, service was a little slow, but fine, whatever. If you're sitting outside during the day, the likelihood of an unpleasant experience goes down significantly, I feel. So I remembered I initially liked the wings, so I ended up back here months after the encounter with my mom. The person who I went with and myself arrived around 5:30pm or so and it made me want to construct a noose made solely of hot wings. There were a grotesque number of children running around. I felt like I was in a fun house--but the worst kind of fun house where you are ripping out your hair going "WHERE'S THE WAY OUT?!" It is also so loud in there from TV's blaring for their other overly annoying clientele besides children--sports obsessed males. The service was kind of weak this time around too, but if I were a server here, I wouldn't want to come out to take your order either. It's not that the staff is rude by any means, it's just the environment that makes me want to pull my eyes out and throw them at people. Wow. I think I really dislike this place, perhaps more so than I thought I did upon reviewing. I think the wings are OK. On the way down that is. I never feel good after eating them. You know what's really fun?? REAL SILVERWARE & PLATES! Don't worry, if you don't like that stuff, then you'll love buffalo wild wings where you'll pay $10 for your food to come in a basket.

This is the ideal Buffalo Wild Wings- the one that comes to mind to represent the chain. I often come here with friends, partly because it is a good location for many different circles of friends, partly because its near Seven Bridges, but mostly because they're just damn good wings! I've come here at least a half dozen times in the past 6-8 months, and I've yet to have a bad experience. The waiters are always fun, and most importantly, I don't think we've ever been pressured to leave early, even when we're a huge group taking up a ton of space. And for that, and parmesan garlic sauce, this BWW gets 4 stars! PS Get the chocolate cake if you still have space! So good

Never had B'dubs or wings for that matter, I know I know I was missing out on life big time however since a friend of mine from school is a big fan she and I went to lunch here...ahhhh-mazing shiz here at b'dubs! I tried the "Mild" and "Medium" so good. Spicy and tangy with a blast of flavor. Will be eating here frequently ladies and gentlemen. Now here is the bad news, my friend and I walk in and wait about 10 mins to get seated while workers are standing around chit chatting I only waited cause I was hungry. Mind you it was 1pm and it was not busy at all! The servers are okay no cute guys or whatever. Overall, love their food but this location needs to step up its game!

I come here with a large, loud group of people to watch UFC fights. Always good service and great patience from the waitstaff who wait on our group. The wings are always good, I have never eaten anything else here. Good drink specials too.

I live around the corner from this location and yet when my friends and I are craving bdubs we make the drive to the Bolingbrook or Lombard locations. Every time I have ate here I get stuck with the same waitress who is awful! Her name is Robin and every time I feel I'm getting ignored because I'm young. News flash just because I'm young doesn't mean in a crappy tipper or that I'm disrespectful. By the way, I'm a server so despite the crappy service I continue to tip hoping that the neglect is due to some forgivable reason. The service was always terrible so I started just doing to-go orders once in awhile. Surprise, they can screw that up too. Never given silverware or napkins, and when I open the wings to check them and see they are extremely dry and have almost no sauce they try to charge me to put more on. My suggestion, skip this location and head over to the Bolingbrook location to save yourself some hassle.

I've been to several different Buffalo Wild Wings, and when I went this past Thursday for lunch, it was my worst experience by far. We were in a hurry because it was our lunch break, so when the waiter came to ask what we wanted to drink, we placed our food orders at the same time. 30 minutes later, the same waiter came by and asked us if we were ready to place our order?!? When we told him we already did, he said he would "check on it", but instead he went to the computer to put it in. I understand that people forget sometimes, but an apology would have been nice instead of playing it off like nothing happened. He could have maybe went to the kitchen to see if he could get it rushed, but he didn't. It was another 10 minutes for just some boneless wings. Then the food was sub-par. Over the past several months, this place has been giving less and less sauce on their wings. I would recommend a different BWW, or maybe another wing place altogether.

What a great place to be loud and have fun! There's like 50 TVs in there to watch whatever game you like. I also like the multiple flavors of sauces you can put with the wings. There was a sweet mango flavor that I enjoyed as well as a hot spicy one too. Our waitress was really nice and gave us sood service. I would defintely go back to this location!

The wings are OK... from there, this place goes down hill! The ribs are total crap. I am not even sure what animal these came from, but they looked like no ribs I have ever had. They also tasted like crap. Before the ribs and wings dinner we tried the NEW Burger Bites.... They were basically cheese sticks with beef in them... and trust me that sounds better then it tasted. Being from California where you can not smoke in bars or restaurants... my favorite thing at this place was that the only thing that separated the smoking section from the non smoking section was a 3 foot high rail with a sign on it that said... NON Smoking Section. I guess in IL they figure either, smoke knows how to read... or smoke can not get past anything over 2 feet! The service here was also pretty poor. I assume that is because the waitresses have early onset emphysema from the smoking and can not move too fast.

How do people even eat this processed junk? The taste is disgusting, and everything is over doused in sauce. I have had better food fresh from my freezer. Gimmicky atmosphere and impersonal staff. Not to mention outrageously expensive!

This place is bullshit. I went here maybe 3 or 4 years ago and never came back. First of all, you walk in thinking this is a well decently furnished bar, grab a table and wait..........wtf why isn't there a waitress? Then you notice there's a pickup counter. Ok, so is this KFC? So you go up and order from their menu, I think I got some sort of buffalo chicken sandwich, fries and pop.....what the hell $10???!!!! And it was even worse when I got my "food" because this place doesn't even use silverware? My food came on a paper plate with a plastic fork and knife and my pop came in a paper cup. What the hell am I paying for? Finally a waitress comes by and asks us if we need anything else? What? You think I'm going to tip you? Buffalo wild wings is a fast food joint disguised as a bar and grill. If you want to poison yourself, there are much cheaper fast food places to do this. I can't believe there are so many of these places popping up. If I had to describe Buffalo Wild wing with one word, it would be Garbage. Thank you /end rant.

The wings were good (not great). They advertised Molson Canadian on the menu, which I love, but I was informed that they no longer carry it when I ordered it. Suckkas. Then the sandwich came. It was a breaded chicken breast on a bun with cheese on it, and the buffalo sauce squirted on it like ketchup instead of soaking it like a wing (or like a true sandwich should be). Anyway, only my dad was satisfied out of the 8 of us, and he ordered fish. The capper was the farting and cramps that woke me up at 2 in the morning, sending me to experience diarrhea myself as my first activity of my birthday. How did I know it was from the sandwich? Hot hole.

BWW is your run of the mill sports bar turn family eatery. Their food is alright, nothing to write home or Yelp about but I'm very happy to report watching the Bears game here was enjoyable. I'm new out here and totally out of my element. I feel the foreigner everywhere I go so it was nice to be among other Bears fans hooting and hollering for our favorite team while munching down on chicken strips, fried shrimp and fries. Plus the server was very good about getting refills on my coke so the entire experience from top to bottom was real first rate. I'll be here for a lot of the Bears games I have a feeling.

My wife and I went for a late snack after a movie. Should have had wings because what we had was not very good. My wife had a chicken wrap which had primarily lettuce and little chicken. I had what they call a pulled pork sandwich. The pork was not very tasty and very different in shape and taste. The mild sauce was too hot for me and overwhelmed the sandwich. The atmosphere is great and the service good. But next time we'll spend our money elsewhere.

Buffalo Wild Wings is the epitome of American culture. The chicken wings aren't bad and the service is decent. If you're not into large crowds loudly cheering on their favorite sports teams, then this restaurant is not for you.
(3)

Typical BWW. However the wait staff is above average. Neighborhood version, families, couples, and after work gatherings round out the mix. Normal background noise of a sports bar especially when the Hawks are playing but that is what it is all about.

This place sucks!! Point blank! I had the worst experience and won't be coming back! I ordered ahead of time because how crappy this place is and for the second time proved to me, why I'm not coming back. I waited 40 minutes for my food and then the cashier decided to have a convo with another person, instead of giving me my food so I could finally come home.

Being a chain restaurant you'd expect consistency, doesn't exist at this location. The friendliness of the staff, nonexistent. Walked in on Saturday 28, 14 and was told they couldn't serve anyone because registers were down. For me it was strike 2 at the location. Strike 1 was on another visit like warm food and lackluster service. My advice is to avoid it if you wish to have an enjoyable evening.

Good food. Like all other Buffalo Wild Wings locations, we're a fan of the boneless parmesan garlic and caribbean jerk wings. Bad service though includes long waits for refills or order taking. Crank it up a notch, folks.

I honestly have no idea why people like this place. I've had better and cheaper buffalo wings from the supermarket. It's nice as far as having 85 billion TVs goes, but the beer and wings aren't worth it for me. And the fact that my friend got food poisoning after eating here last night pretty much cinched it that I won't be back.

How does Buffalo Wild wings stays in business with such overpriced sub standard food ? They literally served me the worst Cheeseburger I had in 2 decades, it was on par with one I had from a hospital cafeteria. Their boneless wings are slightly better than Tyson Anytizers, there is nothing they do that is better than average except their prices, if you want reheated frozen food your better off staying home.

Buffalo Wild Wings is the epitome of American culture. The chicken wings aren't bad and the service is decent. If you're not into large crowds loudly cheering on their favorite sports teams, then this restaurant is not for you.

So you know the feeling you get when you order something, expect to pay for it but when it comes to actually eating it, buyer remorse hits and you spend the rest of the dinner eating it but every taste bud you possess wanted to slap you across the face? I had the experience on my last trip here. Long story short, this review isn't about the chicken wings or the sauces but the SALAD. Yes, I fully regretted my decision to get a Tender Chicken Salad. I wanted to be healthy, I wanted to be guilt-free so myself and one other person ordered a salad while everyone else in our group ordered wings. Well, the both of us really regret this decision and remained dumbfounded at how any place could really mess up a salad?? Well, I'm usually not harsh but I can't tell you the level of disappointment I had when we started to dig into our plates and find that we each had at the very least, 5-5 noticeably LARGE salad heads hidden under the bedding of the lettuce greens. Coincidence? I don't think so. The arrangement seems far too intentional. Besides that, there wasn't any other variety, the leaf didn't really seem as fresh or green and the chicken tender, it was not oh-so-tender but were too breaded and hard. You can't really mess up a salad. It has to take some work to fail. I mean, throw on some greens, put some leafy things on there, toss it up, add some color and dressing and it will look good no matter how you present it. But if you just throw LETTUCE HEADS on there, anyone with eyes and a tastebud WILL notice. The funny part is when I mentioned this to the waiter, he said that BWW don't actually chop their own salad, that they have it presorted from somewhere else and they just put serve it. Where is the ownership? This didn't quite make me feel better about spending $10 on a low-below par salad plus tax and tip. Two things that as a Yelper and a person I can't stand... bad food, and intentionally bad food. When a restaurant do anything like bedding a salad or giving you a couple shrimp on top and the rest is just carbs, or that time a place just threw raw mushroom and tomatoes into boiling water and called it Tom Yum soup (see my Thai reviews) it really irks me. Well, it makes me feel... cheated! Maybe I'm not being myself here because I am ranting on about salad. But I'm am kind so 3 stars so that I wont taint the overall reviews of the chicken wings. But if you learn anything from me, don't go for a salad because you won't get your money's worth there.

Started coming back to this BW's since our favorite server has returned. (Lisa - ask for her, you won't be disappointed). The food is decent. Have recently tried their wraps and the Southwestern one is quite delish.

I got here often...and somehow I only seem to go on Tuesdays or Thursdays, I wonder why? It might be because I'm in that area on those days, or it could be their deals on chicken! I'd go with the latter, plus I especially love Thursdays because the chicken is boneless! I have no idea why I'm yelping about this so late, but it's better late than never right? We were waited on by this short, cute lil asian girl, named Megan. She was very nice and took our orders at the perfect time. We ordered 12 honey bbq wings, and 4 spicy garlic, split between the both of us. As we watched the Hawks vs. Heat game (which in triple overtime, I'm so pissed the Heat won, ugh....anyways) so when our food came out our chicken looked so much better than everyone elses and so much better than I've had before. They were perfectly sauced, with a little extra and our ranch cups were filled to the top. And our veggie boat looked lovely and not dry like other times, thank goodness! She refilled our drinks, asking us at the right time (that is, not when were chewing on our wings or stuffing our mouths) On top of that it was Thursday and wings are cheaper. Our total for everything was 12 dollars, I normally tip 20% depending on how good our service is, but this girl was great, such a happy face (very different from servers who want you to get in and get out right away (especially when they rush you to get out)) I tipped her 5 dollars. What a great meal and great service.

A month or so back they would've received a much higher rating. The remodeling they did was not done well. Who is going to go to a sports bar with one TV behind the bar. Seriously, this is the focal point of your restaurant and you killed it. Sure, there are plenty of smaller Tvs throughout, but there are plenty of other places now that have a much better sports viewing setup. Not a good move BWW's. wings and other food still great, but 1/2 the experience is a real downer.

I'm not impressed with the service at this location. My family and I are sitting in the restaurant right now. Apparently the waiter forgot about even taking our order! It's busy, but it's not "crazy busy" as there are some empty tables. My timer is running to see how long the food takes. Wish us luck.
(1)
Julian M.
+1 for showing UFC pay-per-views without charging a fee, this just means more money for getting sauced (in more ways than one)! Even though the wings are teeny-tiny two bite morsels that look like they come from a Cornish hen, they're cooked perfectly. Th

Br sure to look at your wings in take-out orders. 75% of the time you order a "signature" sauce on them, but you basically get plain wings instead. Food quality is always bad. I have contacted management numerous times, but nothing changes.

First things first: I love wings and the occasional glutinous trip to a bar to slam down a dozen, even knowing I will wake up in the morning painfully regretting that decision. "BDubs" was cool in high school, but more recent trips here have led me to believe that the quality of their food as well as their service and management has gone down the tubes. My last few trips here were subpar at best and most of the time this place was a last resort because it's close to the movie theater. I cannot wrap my head around the fact that there's almost always a wait to eat here.... My REAL issue with this place is not the food. I do not expect much from chains like this as far as taste and quality so I cannot say that I am shocked as to what they offer. What has made me decide to stay away from this place in its entirety is their recent change in management and the fact that they do not continue to support children with special needs. Apparently this location has gone from a franchise to being corporate and thus, new management has come in. My autistic cousin, who is willing, enthusiastic, good at taking instruction with appropriate oversight, and ridiculously friendly (you want a hug? he will give you 20) was working at this location through a program that the old franchise management had set up for kids with special needs. If you care about the development and happiness of kids like my cousin, this was a HUGE deal! It gave him and many others a job where he could learn life skills that would help him adapt and mature to thrive better in our society as a functioning adult. Under the new corporate management, this remarkable outreach program was discontinued. As Emma Goldman once said (man, my history teacher would be proud): The most violent element in society is ignorance. If you want some wings dipped in prejudice with a side of ignorance-this is your place. If you want to stand up for what's right-I suggest you find somewhere else for your post-hangover meal ;)

If I were a bigger sports fan, this is where I would go for every game. The beer and food are good and the restaurant is filled with TVs. The service is quite good too. It was extraordinarily loud...not good for conversation. Non-sports fans would probably be happier during non-game days.

I get takeout from here probably twice a week. I get a Jack daddy burger no cheese, and my love usually gets wings and chili con quesi. They are on point 95% of the time with quick takeout. Very good customer service, Mary is the best. Thank you for making my dinners!

BWW is usually hit or miss but this one has been very consistent with their traditional wings the times I've been there. They're more liberal with sauce than other locations I've visited which is what I'm into and most of the time the wings don't taste like they've been recooked.

It's Buffalo Wild Wings. If you've been to one, you know what to expect. TVs everywhere, food that ranges from mediocre to decent, and service that can vary wildly depending on what server you have. I've had experiences here that I'd describe as totally awesome, and visits where I've been ready to walk out on the check as our server completely disappears for a half hour (no joke this has happened twice now!). But, again, that seems true for basically ever Buffalo Wild Wings I've ever set foot inside of.

This place is absolutely unprofessional. My friend and I go there for lunch on Thursdays and recently we had a very unpleasant experience. We had a waitress by the name of Paige who came off as very sweet. Turns out, she was pretty evil. My friend and I paid and left. Cool. No problems so far! Later, my friend was checking her transactions and she was charged twice for two way different amounts. We figured it was just a mistake (confused as to why the waitress didn't tell us she charged her card twice and didn't say anything or refund the money) so she called to ask for her money back. The managers were absolutely stupid about refunding the money. They told her it'd take 24 hours, but it didn't. Days have past and she hasn't gotten her money back. The manager claims the waitress knew about charging the card twice too. Interesting right? Anyway, they are very unprofessional. Do not go to this location!!!

This place isn't so bad. I'm not a huge fan of wings. Sure, you're probably asking yourself why I'd even go to a wings place. B-Dubs, you are loud and busy and you look and my drivers license like I am a 13 year old Jewish boy posing as a 50 year old woman. I don't like you. (I'm talking about B-Dubs, not Jewish people. I like Jewish people) I do like the drink specials however, so I keep coming here. This place is always packed. Like, super packed. Last time we came there literally were no spots to sit so we went elsewhere. If you are here on one of the rare unbusy nights it could be a nice spot to hang out, if it weren't for the blaring music. Seriously there could be a total of seven people in the bar including employees and they would still have the amps cranked up to 11. The saving grace here are the specials. Every month there is a specialty beer priced 3.95 for the tall one. Not bad. Food way overpriced and totally unsuited for non meat eaters. Plus they are still doing that thing where they charge you for every cup of sauce you want, and even more extra for diabetes. Bogus. Why do I keep coming here again?

This place has really gone downhill. I used to come here all the time because it's close to my apartment, but now I go to one a few towns over. Not only are the wait times here sometimes extremely long, but the last two times I came here they were out of what I specifically came for. How do you run out of sauce and beer? Service sucked and it wasn't busy at all.. Not sure what the other reviewer was saying about there being no wait service. The counter you order from is for carry-out.

Hot hole.

Service sucked and it wasn't busy at all.. Not sure what the other reviewer was saying about there being no wait service. The counter you order from is for carry-out. While we had a waitress, she wasn't bright or quick so it could feel like there is no waitstaff. Food tasted as you would expect for BWW.

(2)Michael B.

(1)Mike H.
(1)Redrico R.
(3)Barry W.

Thanks.

(3)James M.
Best part of this location is their Thursday special on beer. Any and all tall drafts are just $3. That's any beer they have on tap in a large 22oz glass for $3.
(5)Joel G.
(4)Pudding P.
I have been here 10+ times (mostly before/after watching a movie at the Cinemark) and I think it is a very solid BWW. Consistently better food than at most others. I've always been satisfied eating here.
(4)Rachel G.

(2)Dj Nightwolf ..
Nice service, decent wings, but SLOW food... Meh. #NotImpressed
(2)Jeka M.
The service its fast and friendly, but the food takes foreverrrrr. Good Notre dame representation, however. A little chilly, as apparently all BW3's are, and only a decent atmosphere.
(2)Melissa H.

(1)Sandeep P.
So good
(4)Rebecca B.
(2)Erin S.
I come here with a large, loud group of people to watch UFC fights. Always good service and great patience from the waitstaff who wait on our group. The wings are always good, I have never eaten anything else here. Good drink specials too.
(5)Melissa L.

(1)Arlene G.
(4)John F.
(2)Andrew M.
How do people even eat this processed junk? The taste is disgusting, and everything is over doused in sauce. I have had better food fresh from my freezer. Gimmicky atmosphere and impersonal staff. Not to mention outrageously expensive!
(1)Andrew S.
Took the lady 20 minutes to get us water. Then 15 to take our order 45 minutes to get food. This place is awful
(1)Yvette N.
Okay place to go to..pretty dead here..had the knockout punch and my sister got some kind of mountain berry tea. Both really sweet drinks...not a fan
(2)Max C.
The staff is always nice, and when sitting at a table they're always flexible when it comes to separate checks. The Thursday drink special is nice as well. I just wish I wasn't read a script whenever I go.
(3)Brett C.
(1)Zach T.
Hot hole.
(1)Matt W.
(3)Maria S.
the only thing I have to say is that the service at this location SUCKED!v They server was RUDE and just a jerk! other than that the food was great.
(2)Len S.
(2)John F.
I am waiting 5 minutes the only family in line...there are 9 tables dirty and no one cleaning or seating my family...terrible service!
(1)Jonathan K.
Buffalo Wild Wings is the epitome of American culture. The chicken wings aren't bad and the service is decent. If you're not into large crowds loudly cheering on their favorite sports teams, then this restaurant is not for you.
(3)John A.
Typical BWW. However the wait staff is above average. Neighborhood version, families, couples, and after work gatherings round out the mix. Normal background noise of a sports bar especially when the Hawks are playing but that is what it is all about.
(4)Jennifer W.
(1)Anthony C.
(1)Angela P.
Good food. Like all other Buffalo Wild Wings locations, we're a fan of the boneless parmesan garlic and caribbean jerk wings. Bad service though includes long waits for refills or order taking. Crank it up a notch, folks.
(2)Grant P.
(2)Redrico R.
(3)Barry W.
(1)Richard G.
Got 7 different kind of wings and all the boxes were covered with sauce , I didn't know I had to power wash them in order to open the box and eat . I called the manager and she said there's nothing she can do . Awesome customer service that's all I have to say
(1)Craig L.
(2)Heidi B.
(1)Wendy F.
Service keeps getting worse each time we come. This time, we got our beers and appetizer. Finished the appetizer. Over 20 minutes later, I had to call over to the waiter who was oblivious. His excuse was another table had separate checks.
(2)Paul Z.

---It's 6:45pm as we enter the Buffalo Wild Wings. Stay close and keep alert.. anything can happen.. *door opens* ---Oh gahd!! It's worse than we expected. Wh-wh-what are those things?? They're everywhere! They are climbing on everything and it looks like

(3)Lydia Z.

(2)Christine C.

(3)Alex C.
I get takeout from here probably twice a week. I get a Jack daddy burger no cheese, and my love usually gets wings and chili con quesi. They are on point 95% of the time with quick takeout. Very good customer service, Mary is the best. Thank you for making my dinners!
(3)Mike J.
BWW is usually hit or miss but this one has been very consistent with their traditional wings the times I've been there. They're more liberal with sauce than other locations I've visited which is what I'm into and most of the time the wings don't taste like they've been recooked.
(4)Graciela S.
Fast pick up service, decent food and part of amli perks. Server was nice and courteousand manager was there and greeted us which is rare for a franchise.

(1)Eli H.
(2)Alexa M.
Love the chicken wings and the variety of different sauces is a HUGE plus! Teriyaki sauce is absolutely my favorite! The only reason this place doesn't get 5 stars from me...is because I believe service can be a lot better!
(4)Tatiana B.
(1)Katherine B.
I don't understand all the bad reviews, I've never had an issue with the service. All the waiters I've had have been attentive and the food is consistently good. Love this place!
(5)Zach A.
For the price they make you pay these days for wing, they put a very sup-par amount of sauce on their wings. Carry out service was good though.
(2)Jenna S.
This place isn't so bad. I'm not a huge fan of wings. Sure, you're probably asking yourself why I'd even go to a wings place. It's in the same strip mall as the movie theater, so it's a good and convenient place to go before or after a movie. I think the customers are mostly obnoxious and the service is mediocre. However, I've always had good experience with the food. I've had wraps, salads and sandwiches and I've always been satisfied. If you're looking for a decent place to go watch a game, this place will do. There's a ton of TVs and usually a beer special. And you're in the suburbs, you don't really have much choice.
(3)Lauren T.
(2)Ryan S.
This place has really gone downhill. I used to come here all the time because it's close to my apartment, but now I go to one a few towns over. Not only are the wait times here sometimes extremely long, but the last two times I came here they were out of what I specifically came for. How do you run out of sauce and beer? These are the two reasons people go to BWW! It seems like management doesn't even care anymore, so I will go somewhere they do.
(2)Osiris V.
I love me some Bdubs. Can anyone explain why they call it BDubs? Or is it just my special group of friends and I? lol This location is pretty big. They have huge tables at the bar that seat about 8. Of course it's always packed if you're going to watch a game or fights. I tried a new sauce at this one, they were out of it at my regular location, I must say.....preeety good. Clean bathroom, nice staff, just like a bdubs should be.
(4)Nicole S.
(2)Paul Z.

(4)Pudding P.
I have been here 10+ times (mostly before/after watching a movie at the Cinemark) and I think it is a very solid BWW. Consistently better food than at most others. I've always been satisfied eating here.

(3)Lydia Z.
Started coming back to this BW's since our favorite server has returned. (Lisa - ask for her, you won't be disappointed). The food is decent. Have recently tried their wraps and the Southwestern one is quite delish.
(4)Zach T.
Hot hole.

(3)James M.
Best part of this location is their Thursday special on beer. Any and all tall drafts are just $3. That's any beer they have on tap in a large 22oz glass for $3.
(5)Rachel G.
(4)Melissa H.
(1)Tim K.
