Came in 30 minutes after they opened. It was my first visit to any Wingstop, not just this one. The cashier had me repeat my order a few times - it was a combo that had half boneless & traditional, but they were mixing up which sauce went where. When the food came up I discovered the fries that come with are very sweet (seasoned with salt & sugar?). Not really my thing, won't get them again if I go back. That's also when I realized that celery and carrots aren't included in combos, they're a dollar extra. My two sauces were the Louisiana rub and Cajun. I didn't notice any particular flavor with the Cajun, so I guess that just means hot wings. The Louisiana rub was very tasty though. Would order that style again. A friend that came with had the Parmesan style, said it was "okay." The seating area has a couple televisions going, and the decor on the walls was fun. No trash cans, so the trays have to go back to the ordering counter. Not the best wings I've had, but they were ok, and they stay open pretty late.

It's pretty obvious this place just opened. I have only been there twice. The food was decent enough for what it is. Don't expect Gator's quality. The cashiers need to learn the menu and POS system. Hoping when I give them another month or two before I go back, that they have things figured out by then. 3-31-15 Update: Bumping up to 3 stars. They are slowly coming along. Had a much better visit this time around, and the 5 free boneless wings coupon helped too.

Good customer service but the food needed some work over and over. I had ordered 10 wings on a Monday, love the 60 cent special. When the wings came out, there was barely any sauce on it. When I asked for more, barely anything was put on it. Had to ask again and finally someone got the sense to put the right amount. Also it was takeout, so you would think they would offer if I would like ranch or any of the sides to go with it. But no, I completely forgot to order ranch with mine and they didn't mention anything like the order wing stop or buffalo wild wings do. That left a terrible taste. I know it's a new location but they need a lot of work for them to keep up with buffalo wild wings and other wing stops.

Great wings and just as awesome sauces to go with them. my favorite spicy sauces are definitely the mango habanero and the classic hot. teryaki, garlic parm, and Louisiana rub are also really good and I always throw at least one of them in my order to cool down after finishing my hot wings. this place is always pretty clean, the staffs friendly, and they show ufc pay per views! shut up and take my money!!!!

I was excited to try this place and now I know why I haven't been before. Prices are insane. Fries are over seasoned and under cooked the chicken fingers and wings I had were over cooked and hard as a rock. Now I can see why this place is always dead. This place won't make it. If you want great wings head to Evanston and go to Buffalo Joes.

I should first start out by saying that I have been going to Wing stop for years. Needless to say i was excited when one opened up near my work in Wheeling. The opening week I went in and it was busy, you can tell there was a buzz for the brand new eatery. The staff you could tell was inexperienced. Lots of order repeating, but not for the sake of clarifying your order, pretty sure it was for their own benefit not being used to the menu. I knew the menu and prices better than they do. I had to help make sure the right combo was charged for the way i ordered. Even with all this I give them a pass. It was the opening of a new store. However now 3 weeks in, I have now gone twice a week since the opening the service and quality has steadily gone down. They aren't improving, they are getting worse. Today was the last straw... my wings were inedible. Wing stop wings are known for their somewhat smaller size wings. I'm OK with this. Smaller wings makes less fatty wings and crispier skin... the main selling point! But today they used wings twice the size of normal. Most people wouldn't complain, but here is what is not considered at first glance... you quote 14minutes for classic wings. I'm sure all of the timers on the fryers are set for 14 minutes. These times are calculated by the head office for the perfect consistent wing at any wing stop. now introduce a bigger fattier wing. that 14 minutes is not going to be enough to get the wing to the same level of crispiness. if you use the same amount of seasoning and now you technically have less seasoning for more chicken which will change the flavor profile. Today i got fatty, under seasoned limp chicken that was not crispy in any sense of the word and just tasted terrible. I ordered a ten piece and threw half of the wings away. and the first half was a struggle. In my opinion these are the areas that are lacking at this particular wing-stop. - Under seasoned - need better trained employees - half the time i've been there the wait after the order has double the quoted time. - friendlier staff - and pay more attention to the food being served. all in all just raise your standards. if anything go check out another store and see how much more consistent the food is. I'll still go to wing stop... just not this one.

Wow, I was so excited to hear that a Wing Stop was opening up near by,Ive seen the commercials but never been. Well after the waiting I've finally had them, boy was I disappointed. Tonight we had a dinner for 2 , 15 wings, fries and 2 beverages. We had classic wings, Cajun and teriyaki. The wings were small, dry(overcooked), flavorless and cold. As hard as it is for me to say this, I think Buffalo Wild Wings is better and I hate that place. Seems like WS just drops the wings in grease, for 30 minutes, takes them out and dumps a gallon of sauce on them. With all the local places, Rocky Vanders, Players Pub, Union Ale House,Gators etc.... in close proximity of Wing Stop, I don't see this place lasting long. All of those places serve better wings 10x better.......

The only reason they are getting a star is because the place was clean. I ordered wings and got boneless wing. when I asked why I got boneless wings they told me that's what I ordered I simply said may I please have the wings with bones and they told me I would have to pay for because they already made my order. I should've stuck with Buffalo Wild Wings. This place will never make it Service sucks and food isn't really that good either
