Rudest barista ever tonight (on June 6)! Made the wrong drink, when I (and the nice girl who took our order) told her nicely it was wrong she went into a huff. Our table was not near the ledge and when she remade it she just set it on the ledge and didn't announce it. No one else was there... How hard would it have been to say "latte"? I have been going to this Starbucks since it opened and this is the first time someone has been rude. Also, why did they change it from the soothing colors to bright white?

Great Starbucks. It's clean, the staff is great and friendly and it's in a good location. The only downside is that it's a little limited as far as seating, but other than that, it's in great shape.

Service is always super friendly, all the baristas are great. Coming here at around 2:30/3:00 during the school year is a bad idea though, because that's when all the students (including myself) are here and there's rarely seating during that time. Not a lot of parking nearby so that can be a bit unreliable, and when freight trains go by it gets really, really loud. I admit that I miss the booth seats since they've remodeled. All in all: great Starbucks, poor location.

My favorite Starbucks! I am a frequent Starbucks drinker and this is by far my favorite one. I go here usually in my pjs while everyone is in their suits getting their coffee for their commute to work, so most of the staff recognize me. They always strike up conversations with me and are the happiest bunch of Starbuck employees. My order usually tastes great but they would never put up a fight if you were to say otherwise. They would fix it in a heartbeat! This place makes the start to my days better.

Small and comfortable Starbucks on the corner near the train station. Street parking only so you're going to have that challenge if you're spending a lot of time here. And from what I could see, it looks like quite a few people spend time here. There are not many tables and the few that there are, are occupied by the laptop crowd. Otherwise, it's the same friendly *$ with coolers of pastries and sandwiches, free wifi and power outlets. On a warmer day, sit outside.

I like this place because it's Starbucks, and as much as I like to use my dollar vote in favor of local, independent shops and roasters, I can't help but love the taste of this coffee giant. This location in particular is always lively. The only downside, for me, is that it's very difficult to navigate from the front door on front street to the back of the line. There's just enough room between the counter and the tables for a single file line, and squeezing through with one or two little people in tow is not an easy feat. I know, I know, just use the side door. But sometimes I forget. Also, if you have a stroller or wheelchair and need to use the accessible side door (or the restroom), you need to work your way back through the aforementioned line.

The staff here is great and there is a very neighborly feel from the regulars that come here. Yes, everything they serve is just like any other Starbucks. Do not come here as there is no parking. It's not worth it to circle around and walk far for this location. The railroad is nearby so do not double park or you will cause serious traffic problems and lead to unsafe situations. There is also very limited seating as the waiting line is very narrow. You cannot sit more than 2 to a table and if there is 3 of you, you'll block the ordering line.

I don't even want to give a one star review because of my horrible experience here. When I first entered here on a Tuesday evening, this place was not full. There was a man behind the register who was looking down (I'm assuming on his phone?) who kept looking down as I walked up. I smiled and politely said hi how are you, and he blatantly ignored me. Looked me up and down and made a really annoyed face -side note I'm a masters level student who spends her days/nights in-doors trying to finish her damn thesis so I walked in with my house clothes and no make up on because I really needed coffee! Then when he got my order, he walked away as I was still talking. Once he made my order, I said thank you have a nice day, and he pulled out his phone and said nothing to me. I don't know if this was a racist thing, because I came looking like a hobo, or what but this was plain rude and disrespectful. I will never go back to this location again.

Overall a great Starbucks with great coffee (wouldn't expect anything less). A little small and cramped on the inside as it's in a older building - so it's different than a lot of other Starbucks. One side note: As I was sitting sipping my iced vanilla latte, I saw an employee coming onto his shift, grabbed a NYT and went into the bathroom. Employee came out several minutes later and placed NYT back on rack for customers to buy.

Overpriced coffee. Don't bring your laptop to study here. Green Tea is good, coffee is good, and they just remodeled!

Nothing bad to say about this location. I don't drink coffee, so I'm more into the Caramel Apple Cider/Fruit Cups/Egg Sandwiches/pastries. I also like how the location stayed true to the building. THey've remodeled once sinc eopening, and it's very nice. Not a very large location.

So last week I didn't even make it in the door because the line was so long. This week, I was in the area again and I decided that it was time to have coffee or hostages might be taken. The space is tiny. The building is cute and all but for the location, this is a Starbucks that could do well to be maybe like double the size it it. Go in the door on the northwest side, not the one that faces the tracks, because if there is a line, and it seems like there always is, the end of it will be at the northwest door and getting through the the throng at the register is kind of obnoxious. So yeah - cramped, to say the least, and if you don't want to be be smushed, you might look for somewhere else to get your coffee on. That said, the folks working here seemed super nice and offered to remake my iced coffee when they didn't leave much room in it. I didn't need them to do that, though the thought was a nice one. And even though the line was long, it moved fairly quickly, which was nice as I figured I'd be waiting a lot longer than I did.

This Starbucks has great customer service, but is not a good place to hang out. The location is very central in downtown Wheaton and LOTS of people come here. You can get claustrophobic when it is really busy. There are not many seats, so if you plan to hang out, realize that you might not get a seat. If you want to work on your laptop, walk up the block to the Wheaton Public Library. They have some study areas that allow beverages.

The staff is fantastic. I really like when they take your name for the cup assignments. Makes picking up my drink a whole lot easier. Being in a downtown setting is nice and Wheaton has free parking in its garages which is very pleasant. However, I have to give it three-stars because it is so very stinkin small. I kept bumping into a guy talking to someone at a table by the register. I then had to squeeze around (and holding it while i passed so I didn't knock it over) the gift card display to get by other customers and get my drink. Second, the Wi-fi is abysmal. Surfing is fine but a video is nearly impossible to watch. In a place that has to be no more than 900 square feet, I only have a 75% signal strength. This only adds to the displeasure of the cramped feeling of this place.

NOT a coffee freak, so cannot put my two cents in. my favorite things to get here are hot chocolate, banana walnut bread(GET THIS). but this staff has to have the FRIENDLIEST staff i have ever experienced at a Starbucks before. CONS: loud music. Not a lot of space. other then that a tight little place.

It's a typical starbucks, witch means its a little expensive, but has good coffee and a nice setup. But for some reason this one can get really crowded, and its a little small for that many people. Still good drinks though, so if theres not that many people, and you have your wallet, walk right in.
