Very good experience. First time to Qdoba, we have been to Chipolte a few times and this, at least to us, is very similar. The manager (or at least I think it was), saw us come in and blankly stare at the menus so he came over and helped us out. He answered a few questions then was there when we ordered. He also offered us a few chips to try out. It was nice as he genuinely seemed to care. Gold star! Two thumbs up for the Coke Freestyle machine. I love those.

Items are always fresh. This location is well maintained and the staff are friendly, helpful and attentive. They offer one of the awesome soda machines where you can add flavoring to your soda which is awesome! Prices seem higher than chipotle and I am not sure why that would be. But I also don't frequent either to truly know if one is better than the other. I definitely like this location and am never disappointed in the service or the meal.

This place is off the charts ... I only wish I lived closer! Everything is fresh and reasonably priced. The staff is always friendly and you're in and out of there fast if need be. The variety of dishes keeps me coming back for more, top quality ingredients and great taste! I'm getting hungry just thinking of it ... only a twenty minute drive for me!

My office & I get our lunch every so often from here. A few of us switch off & it seems like we have the same experience each time. We have been the only ones standing at the counter, one girl just looks at you, keeps fixing the plates & foil, no acknowledgement of when you will be helped. Finally a young man takes our order & if you ask for more on your burrito bowl, it seems like an annoyance. I know we aren't crazy when saying this because other reviews expressed the same. One girl who previously worked there ALWAYS screwed up our order every time we went in. The food is decent; I would pick this place over Chipotle.

I've been back several times and happy to say, food is always good, employees recognize a regular and talk with you! Nice touch! Love the food. Great Job!

Not a big fan of Chipotle and this place is similar in many ways. Service is fast, almost too fast to absorb what's available. Queso was the best part, chicken & steak tacos were nothing special! Was very clean, small but had an outside sitting area.

Qdoba is one of my favorite fast food retreats so when most of the west suburban locations started to close last year, I was ticked. The only one remotely close to me now is the one north of downtown Wheaton, on Main St. A couple months ago we made our first trek over here. It took us 45 minutes but was completely worth it. The manager was very friendly and we'd mentioned our trip and love for the taco salads they made. She threw in free drinks to thank us for our loyalty and was great to talk to. Tonight we went back only to find a note on the front door saying they were temporarily closed due to an electrical issue. We started to pull away when I decided to call and inquire if they'd reopen within an hour or so. The gentleman that answered was very apologetic and said to come back over because they were reopening in a minute. Ten minutes later we walked through the front door..and into a line of 20 people. The folks who work here bust their tail to make quality food very quickly, and are extremely friendly. Tonight, they also offered apologies for the wait. The same manager (brunette lady) was there again this time and was again overly courteous to us. Fast food is fast food but some restaurants take it a step further and offer amazing service and great food. This Qdoba is one of them!!

Always like the variety at Qdoba. Had a burrito bowl. Wasn't up to having the queso diablo, wanna keep my tastebuds sharp. The bacon jalapeño queso was just spicy enough.

Basically, this is a Chipotle with a more interesting menu and higher quality food. I know, I know, that's controversial. Here are the five reasons why you should make this Qdoba your go-to for burritos/fast mexican. 1) Steamed tortillas. At Chipotle, they're only heated. Burritos at Qdoba stick together so much better! 2) More variety. A delicious mole barbeque sauce. Three kinds of queso. Two types of rice. Five types of salsa. Quesadillas, tacos, salads, naked burritos...and the choice to combine smaller portions of each into a single entre. 3) Way more flavor. The brown rice is actually better tasting than the white. Now I like chipotle, but Qdoba goes gourmet. It is just more interesting flavor-wise. 4) Great staff. They're fast and nice, and they even remember me. Although that might not be a great sign for my waistline... 5) The drink machine. If you haven't seen the touchscreen soda fountains, they're worth a try! Near infinite beverage combinations. Makes the experience more fun.

3rd attempt and finally i can say "No More".... or "Q-NODA" After placing an online order, their system said 45 mins for a pick-up. So we wait. We wait the 45 mins and drive to pick it up. No order. Not found, not ready... noda. For the third straight time, the order is incorrect. For the 8 bucks the taco salad cost, i was hoping to get everything put on it as requested. Nope. Got a little beef with ton of lettuce and beans with corn. Forgot the cheese and the sour cream I guess. Last time i waste cash at this place.

This Qdoba is probably really similar to all the others, but since this is the one I go to, I'll review it! Good service. Even when there are crowds, the line moves quickly. It's similar to chipotle, but doesn't seem as spicy as chipotles' meat. The different salsas give the hot heads their choice. Nice place, really clean, really good location in a strip mall. I'm glad it's here because it replaced my beloved and now defunct taco fresco down the road.

Decent place to grab a great burrito!. The people there were really nice and always have a great smile on their faces.

Pretty good, exactly like Chipotle, but way closer for me...HELL YA! I got a naked burrito, a.k.a burrito bol at the aforementioned resturant...extra for some extra veggies...in the words of Cris Carter... "C'MON MAN" I love getting double beans instead of rice. THIS P.E. TEACHER LIKES HIS CARBOHYDRATES COMPLEX, NOT SIMPLE!

"Qdoba, great even after you find out they're owned by jack in the box!" The pick two with a chicken gumbo and naked steak burrito - that is a craving that will linger for days until satisfied. Always a fan, always will be!

I love Qdoba. My intense interest in Mexican food is a little unhealthy, actually, but I could have way weirder quirks. This location is nice, and relatively new! The staff is friendly (a little too friendly with concern to one of the cooks, who shamelessly hit on my 20 year-old sister [he was about 45] and gave us both free drinks), the service is fast, and everything is clean and inviting. They also have a plethora of vegetarian options that actually taste good, which is fun. I recommend: black bean tacos with queso and rice on them; 3-cheese nachos with black beans and rice on them (notice a trend? I like black beans a lot); tortilla soup with extra tortilla strips; the quesadillas; the burritos. Yum!

Just went to this Qdoba for lunch today. I've been there before, thought I'd write a review this time. The food is good. Nothing special. But for a good lunch or dinner, it can really hit the spot. The service is also good. The employees are friendly and they keep the line moving at a nice clip. My biggest complaint for today was that there were no forks, low on napkins and the tables could have used a quick wiping down. Maybe it was because it was lunch-hour and the place was hopping. Or maybe they were short on staff. Either way, it doesn't look good from a customer point-of-view. I gave this establishment 3 stars because of the above problems. But also because there's nothing much that sets them apart from other Mexican restaurants.

My thing is that this is similar to Chipotle with a couple minor differences (for me anyway). One thing is that you do have a bigger choices in burritos as far as flavor. I'm a big fan of the queso burrito myself with either chicken or beef. Again, nothing special but solid. Chips and salsa make for a nice touch. It's a little more expensive than Chipotle (not by much). I give them 3 stars for creativity for trying to be a little different than other chains. Not like the burrito joints I'm used to (ala El Famous in Summit) but still decent to eat. I might try a quesadilla and or soup (both looked pretty good) on another visit.

Although most qdobas are full of great food, this particular location is ALWAYS slow. After being in there many different times (mainly on my way to work), ive yet to walk in and out of there in a timely manner. Even with no one In line.

When I am looking for something between Taco Bell and a traditional Mexican restaurant this is one of my choices . The staff always seem to be on top of their game , the food is fresh and made right in front of you . It is not overpriced and they have a points card that rewards you for visiting .

Just barely above Taco Bell and, if you throw price into the consideration, wouldn't even measure up to TB. Can't believe I paid almost $10 for an entree and a drink. Would have been worth it if it was fabulous but it was most decidedly Meh. Yes, it was clean and the staff was cute and courteous but if the food doesn't measure up, the whole place doesn't work for me.

I love Qdoba and this location is only a few months old. They have the best burritos and the warm 3-cheese queso is just the right spiciness. I've never eaten inside but it seems clean and the employees are friendly enough.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
