Ordered pizza online this morning at around 11:10. Did receive a confirmation number on that second page but have not received an email confirmation as of 11:30. The page says to call the store if you do not receive that email. Have tried calling the store 3 times and NO ANSWER. This is ridiculous. We don't know if our pizza will be delivered to the office for lunch and if we should put an order in somewhere else.

I ordered last night and had my food delivered to my apartment. The food was cold. I order poppers which were soggy and served with red sauce ( i just assumed popper were served with ranch). I wasn't given any utensils or napkins with would have been helpful since I just moved and didn't have any, again I just assumed they would put those in. All around the food didn't even taste good cold probably wouldn't taste good hot either. Weird side note I didn't have to sign a credit card slip either, I even asked but the driver just shrugged and said it was fine. Don't waste your money.

Used to order from here all the time when I was younger, the pizza is actually pretty good. The only problem is that of course it is high quality, the quanity is limited, which hurts because you pay an arm and a leg. Wish Marshall's pizza was still in downtown Wheaton, I think this place drove them out of business a LONG time ago!

Oh for the love of pizza! Here's a great place where you can go and wait for your delivery for 2hours and even better have the owner disagree with you that the pizza was cold. He is a very, very funny man. I guess the customer is wrong right? Anyways, I told him the two hour old pizza was at best a step above an ice cube and he said "don't buy from us anymore" so I took his advice. Thank You! I can't wait till your doors shut for good!

I grew up in Chicago eating great pizza. I prefer thin crust, but my wife likes deep dish. Both are great at Nancy's. When we moved to Wheaton 10 years ago, we tried many, many pizza places in the first year, and after that, have only ordered from Nancy's. Sure it's pricey, but we'd rather have one GREAT pizza once a month than one ok pizza once a week, so that's what we do. The thin crust is excellent, and the deep dish has a different sauce, sweeter, and great. Sometimes I wonder what a thin with that sweet sauce would taste like. Sign up for their e-mail deals and get $3.00 or $4.00 off. They have online ordering too! And sometimes when I pick one up, they will have slices in the warmer, and I'll grab a couple for the kids. They don't like all the stuff that we do on their pizza anyway, so it's more for us!

One of the things on my back-to-Chicago-weekend-checklist was to have some good old fashioned deep dish 'za. After going to college in Wheaton, I was used to dining at Gino's East (blah) and Giordano's (yay). My brother and his wife suggested Nancy's, a chain in downtown Wheaton I had never tried. So my hubs and I thought, why not! lets give it a whirl. I was surprised first and foremost at the price. In DC, our go-to deep dish pizza place (which is amazing and authentic) is $4 cheaper for a 12'' build-your-own (at Nancy's it is $22, + $2 for each topping). The original deep dish (2.5'') did not appear to match the advertised height (although, I didn't exactly pull out a ruler...this is based on comparison to other deep-dish style places). The bottom was SOGGY - several pieces just kind of "fell apart". I was also disappointed with the amount of toppings that were on the cake - we had plenty of roasted red peppers but not nearly as many 'shrooms. Even though the overall flavor was pretty good, I wouldn't choose Nancy's again over other local pizza joints.

I've always been a huge pizza fan, trying new pizza places every chance I get. I moved up to the suburbs to go to college back in 2003 from a small town in central Illinois. There was a pizza joint down in my hometown called Joe's Station House that made a great thin crust pizza. I never realized how good it was till I tried finding a good thin crust pizza up here! Some places came a little close, but most just either sucked or were moderate at best. Maybe I was just spoiled with Joes? Then I found Nancy's when I moved in Wheaton in 2009. I haven't been to any Nancy's other than the one here in Wheaton and I've heard that many others are not all that great but this one here makes one killer thin crust pizza! The ingredients are so fresh that you'd swear they have a garden in the backroom or something! The crust is outstanding. It's obvious they make it from scratch. They even nail down the cheese and sauce. All around, they just get it right everytime I order from them (going on 10 times since this post) and they just p0wn any other pizza joint around here! BTW, I don't know who the cook is that does it, but sometimes they'll have a cook there that makes some incredible cheesy breadsticks. You have to special order them because it's not on their menu (Nancy's - if you're reading this take note, find this cook and put it on your menu permanently!!) Nancy's isn't as good as Joe's back home, but man it comes pretty damn close! I'd recommend this one to anyone who is looking for a good thin crust pizza!

Being new to the Wheaton area both my wife and I needed to find a new pizza place; luckily we found some coupons to Nancy's. We've been there twice. The first time we got a medium Stuffed Lite peperoni pizza and a small Caesar salad. The pizza was great, but the salad was lacking. Not a big deal though. The second time we both ordered our own pizza, she got the chicken Alfredo thin crust, and I had a peperoni thin crust. Both were also very good! Again, however, the side was lacking. We ordered a thing of cheesy bread and was kind of bland. Overall though I would recommend Nancy's Pizza!

Tasty pizza and really nice people when placing the order. We had them deliver to my son's birthday party for 16 boys last night. The cost was reasonable and they even called me to follow up to check to see how it was! The delivery guy offered his help and rather than hand them to me at the door he followed me into the party room and carried the 4 pizzas for me. A great experience, we will order again often! Fast delivery to our home too.

If I could do less than 1 star I would. A couple months ago, ordered some pasta and appetizers for pick up from the Wheaton location. I was told the food would be ready in 30 minutes. Approximately 35 minutes later, I arrived to pick up our food which was not ready. Of course neither was the food of the other gentleman waiting. After another 30 minutes of waiting, the food was ready, or at least so I thought. When I got home (only 5 minutes away), we realized the order was wrong. We were both given the wrong food and missing items. The food that was provided was over cooked and cold. I called back and was informed they could make the food that was missing but it would be another 30 minutes. Since it was already 9pm, we explained that was unacceptable. The manager offered a $10 gift card to be picked up the next day as an alternative which was reluctantly accepted. I should note we were charged for our full original order. I picked up the card 2 days later. Tonight, we ordered one pizza and picked it up since gift cards can not be used for delivery. When I got to the Wheaton location to pick up the pizza, the card didn't work and the manager accused me of lying. This is the worst experience I have ever had in food service. My family was a regular customer for Nancy's pizza, although historically at the Elmhurst location, and previously had recommended it. However, after this absolutely ridiculous experience and horrible treatment, they will never see our business again. And as I look at the reviews I see I am not alone in this experience. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! Gino's east is just up the street on Front Street. Or Jack Staw's will deliver and is located very close by as well. Not to mention Capri pizza and the multitude of other options in Wheaton.

Way too expensive for what you get, but it's still very good. I'd say 4 star food, but 2 star price... hence the 3 star rating. Nancy's sauce is definitely unique. I like their thin and stuffed equally. I wish it was cheaper, though. Just a take out place... I prefer this over Gino's East, but GE is a better experience because it's an actual restaurant.

Nancy's Pizzeria is a carry-out/delivery pizza joint located in Downtown Wheaton. Nancy's offers a wide variety of eating options from Pizza to Pasta. I've ordered food from Nancy's quite a few times over the past decade I've resided in Wheaton and with a recent visit under my belt I decided that now was as good of a time as any to review them. Nancy's has stuffed and thin crust pizza. However, they have two different variations of each. A regular thin crust pizza, a super thin crust pizza, a stuffed pizza, and a taller stuffed pizza. Overall my opinion of Nancy's is that it's very good quality pizza but is a little expensive unless you have a coupon. There's a good sauce that's used here, high quality cheese and I like crispness of the thin crust pizza here. It's well above average pizza, with a generally well above average price. Nancy's also has pasta dishes. I recently tried the Lasagna here and was pretty impressed with the quality, the ricotti cheese used within the noodles was fantastic. While a little watery as far as viscosity goes, the sauce used was flavorful and rich. I also added Italian sausage to the lasagna which were thick cut pieces of sausage that were a nice compliment. Overall, I was very impressed with the pasta dishes here as well. My general feeling on Nancy's is that it's very good quality but a bit pricy, you might be able to find as good of pizza at lower prices. But Nancy's is definitely a fair deal (especially if you have a coupon) and well worth the money, the quality is always there. I'd recommend Nancy's, but would once again warn that their prices are higher than most pizzeria's in the area and to take this into account before ordering. I give it three stars, above average pizza for below average prices.

I love, love, love, love, Nancy's pizza, its flakey delicious goodness in my mouth, convenient from home, warm, lots of different options to offer. I absolutely love the people there. One thing I do not like, the price. But, you get what you pay for, and in this case, its excellence.

We had this pizza on our first night of moving into Wheaton, blindly picking. The pizza was fantastic, the thin crust is waffer thin! I ordered online and there was an issue with the billing where i got charged twice. As soon as I noticed it I contacted Nancy's and was told they would call right away to get it taken off. Sure enough, the charge was off of my card in the next two days. The fact that the pizza was amazing and they were quick to fix a simple mistake will definitely keep me coming back!
