I love Jimmy John's sandwiches and have eaten at several locations in and outside of Illinois. Unfortunately, this is the first location where I have had a write a review which is less than good. First, it's a sub sandwich and that's what I expect for my money. I know, it's lunch meat, but I expect to see some meat. Here's what I ordered (as I always do), the Turkey Tom with extra cucumbers and all the toppings. Here's what I got: One slice of turkey with one slice of cucumber, no mayo, no tomato, no other dressings. My order was to-go, so I didn't realize how skimpy the sandwich was until I reached my destination.I also ordered two additional sandwiches for my family and they were just as pitiful. I live quite close to this location, so I was hoping the restaurant would be successful as this bit of Roosevelt Road looks a bit depressing. If they close, I wouldn't be a bit surprised and it would be through their own fault. I will NOT be visiting this location again. That's sad because they're in a location where you won't see them unless you know they're there. And, they could use the business.

I like the sandwiches but always feel really rushed to order because they try to make your sandwich so fast- it feels a little stressful and like you don't have enough time to look at the menu or think. This time the bread for my sandwich tasted very stale- maybe I was there on the early end and they were using bread from the day before? I do crave the sandwiches (VITO!) and they are tasty but I wish the bread this time had been fresher and that the environment was a little more relaxed.

Always super fast delivery. Sandwiches are always fresh, neatly made and huge. Delivery kids are always so nice and polite.

IF YOU WANT TO READ MY REVIEW ABOUT THE BUTTERFLIED LOCATION GO HERE------- yelp.com/biz/jimmy-johns… this location i have never been inside, but after giving them another chance i think they deserve 3 stars. freaky fast delivery to wheaton. the subs are not bland after you take off the avocado. i still like subway bread. over all a good place the fill the hunger void.

No high chairs or booster seats for kids but they can fit 7 booths n 40 chairs on the place. Also, I asked for a disposable knife and fork to cut my children's sandwiches and they didn't have any either. Honestly, I love jimmy johns, but it had to be the most depressing one I've ever been in. No music n very poor lighting. It almost felt closed.

I don't see what the hype is with this place. Their subs to me, are plain jane are not very flavorful, in fact, pretty damn bland. And the music was so loud in the place I had to repeat my order! I won't return anytime soon.....
