Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

We had three large fried rice combo and three large sesame chicken catered for a church event. It was delicious and amazing! Highly recommend this place for events! Fast and on time! And they have yummy instant coffee drink machine (tea time).

Wonderful, fresh, great food. We ordered chicken yakisoba noodles, Mongolian beef, sesame chicken, and shrimp with vegetables. Our kids devoured the Mongolian beef, raving that it was the best beef they'd ever had (and we've been to a lot of different Chinese places)! The shrimp with vegetables was fresh and hot from the wok. The sesame chicken was tasty and flavorful. Their yakisoba noodles were also excellent. We ate at their three small tables and had plenty of room. We are definitely going here again!

Ordered the Teriyaki Vegetable noodles on the cashiers recommendation. They are really like Japanese Udon noodles and very good ( ask for the green seaweed to be added). I too ordered the Vegetable Fried Rice and it was very good with large amounts of fried egg. The egg drop soup was made without any salt at my request as was the Chicken with Vegetables. When I ordered the Crab Rangoon they threw in the Fried Wonton and wrote on the package, SAMPLE. Both were good. When I got home, I noticed they threw in 4-5 fortune cookies and 1 package of almond cookies. They have extremely hot tea for free and a very fancy coffee machine for 25 cents while you wait for pickup. I would go back as the service was quick for a Saturday night and food tasty.

We ordered shrimp fried rice, vegetable deluxe, and an order of egg rolls. It was ready 20 minutes after my call. The food was delicious. The vegetables are fresh. When I went in to pick it up, the owner gave me a dish with a sample of the spicy cabbage side dish (a cold salad). I asked her where it was on the menu and she said it's not on the menu. I told her it was very tasty and she put a small container of it in the bag with my order. She also put in an order of wonton for us to try. The owner's family owns another Chinese restaurant in town -- she's been doing this for years already. It's nice to have a good Chinese restaurant with take-out in this part of town! We will definitely order again (probably often).

Just opened this month! So good! The pot stickers are really fresh and home made sauce. If you want to sit and eat there, they have fresh hot tea served. Glad to have this place down the a street from me!

Wonderful dinner specials at good prices with VERY fresh food. We had Kung bao beef and Cashew chicken. Both were very generous portions. Since I'm Celiac (requiring a Gluten free diet), they substituted egg drop soup instead of their standard accompaniments of crab rangoon and egg rolls. Entrees come with your choice of steamed or fried rice. Get the fried rice because it's made a la minute and without soy sauce - not the muddy fried rice of other Chinese restaurants. This husband and wife team are friendly and accommodating if there's something you want to change on a menu item. Although it's billed as takout, they have 3 tables at which you can dine in. Try it! You won't regret it!

The best in the area! They know chinese. High quality with fresh ingredients. I had the Mongolian beef and the sweet and sour chicken on different occasions. The fried rice is great too! If you want great Chinese at great prices you can't beat it! Yum!

This place had great chicken fried rice, I plan on going back soon, if fried rice is your thing pick up a small.

I am not usually a fan of sweet and sour chicken(or orange chicken...I forget what it was called), but Dori's version is not overly sweet. Their sauce was a good kind of tangy didn't taste artificially flavored. It was a hit at a potluck today. I really like their spicy cabbage kimchi that comes as a side. It really is a perfect combination to the fried items in the menu and gives the whole meal a kick in the bored taste buds. Great job!
