I haven't had Boston Market in forever and a day, in fact I thought they all closed. I was wrong. This place is a safe bet if you're looking for a healthy "fast food" kind of place...healthy with a drive thru! Of course, there are some not so healthy options too... but in terms of a decent meal, this is your place! I'm a fan of the whipped sweet potatoes and creamed spinach. I hit up the drive thru right after work and it was a little crowded with the dinner time rush but it went pretty quick and smooth. You can usually score coupons in the Sunday paper so I ended up with a quarter chicken - white meat with two sides and a small corn bread for about $7. Can't go wrong here!

It was fine, completely edible, relatively inexpensive, but what happened to the meatloaf? Something must have changed. Used to be the meatloaf was your mom's meatloaf, or maybe your friend's mom's meatloaf, at least. This was TV dinner meatloaf. Darn.

Their internet site states they open at 10am. When I pulled into the drive thru at 10:25 I was told they open at 10:30. When I mentioned the website says ten, I was told I was wrong. He wouldn't even take my order five minutes early. I get a half hour for lunch, now I must sit and wait five minutes because he couldn't take an order a little bit early.

Popped in for one of their chicken carver sandwiches, which came with chips and a drink. It was freezing cold and very windy, so the drive through was a little backed up. Staff was friendly and conversational. My lunch order only took a couple of minutes. Inside, busy with most of the tables occupied at lunch time. That's a good sign, right? I took my sandwich to go, unwrapping and enjoying it back at my desk. I only found one bone in there - about two inches long. So be warned.

So, seriously. I haven't had Boston Market in like 20 years. I really don't think that's an exaggeration. Walking in, the staff was SO friendly. Everyone said hello, made small talk, offered samples, cleaned the tables. Excellent customer service! My bf and I shared a meal since neither of us was super hungry. There are tons of combinations you can get but we split a half chicken since he likes the white and I like the dark meat. It worked out perfectly. We were able to get two sides and it included cornbread. We got the steamed veggies, which were very good and the creamed spinach, surprisingly delightful. I didn't have high expectations for that, but if you like spinach, that should be a must have! The cornbread was delicious, and the perfect size! With all that food and a drink, it came out to $12 but let's be honest, chicken isn't cheap. I loved the flavor of the chicken. Our receipt printed a BOGO offer for this Saturday. I'm not sure if I'll make it back for that, but in the future I'll look for coupons BEFORE going in. I could see this being a great alternative to take-out.

The Mac and cheese is to die for! Everything on the menu is delicious and tastes fresh. My only complaint is the size of the portions, over the years the amount they give you is less and less. The staff is friendly and do serve you quickly so you never have to wait long for your food.

I don't feel like Boston Market everyday. But sometimes just some plain only American comfort food is nice! There's not much to say if you've ever been to this chain before. Expect middle quality food, and cornbread on the side. Service wise, I give this location a thumbs up. I've never had my order mixed up, and they are pretty fast. One thing to note is that the parking lot is always busy, since it's shared with lots of other stores at a major intersection. Another is that the bathroom here is shared with the Einstein bagels in the same building on the other side of a wall. But usually I drive through. It's faster than McDonalds at lunch hour, and the food is a little better, if heavier. Final note. If you want my meal recommendation, it's the meatloaf with tomato sauce and double stuffing on the side. Or the chicken pot pie. Or both, if it's a fat day.

I live near this location and visit there once a month. The service is average the food is slightly another average. Hot side items from this place can be a hit or miss event. Today I went thru the drive up and ordered a chicken carver sandwich by itself....no combo. I died when she told me $7.03 with tax. There is no way this sandwich is worth that. The amount of chicken was not enough to give me a bite full of chicken all the way through. I will never order this again, plus it's 750 calories and 34g of fat. Kfc is a better deal for less money. Be prepared for sticker shock when you finish ordering for your entire family. 3 stars tops

Ever since the Boston Market nearest my home closed a few years ago, in addition to the other closings around the Chicagoland suburbs, I've missed their mashed potatoes, pot pies, and chicken or turkey carver sandwiches. Luckily, there's still a Boston Market open in Wheaton that isn't too far out of my way. Boston Market has changed a bit from the early days. A few new menu items have appeared like the Market Bowl (two sides in a bowl, choice of meat, and some kind of sauce or gravy). Probably the biggest change is when you dine in, your food is served on real plates with real silverware. Also, if they are not too busy behind the counter, they will ask where you want to sit and carry your food to your table for you. When you're done eating, they will bus the tables so you don't have to return your dishes and throw away your trash. The service is really quite friendly at this location, or at least they are during the lunch times that I've been there mid-week. Each time I've gone in for lunch during the week I have received a coupon with my receipt for "Buy one meal get one free" for the upcoming weekend only. Great deal, considering BM prices are a bit higher than other fast food restaurants. I just wish they'd create a deal for us single people who don't always have a buddy to dine with on the weekends. This is probably a limited time offer to drum up business on the weekends, so take advantage of it soon. By the way, if you are turning from the stop light at County Farm Road into the parking area at Boston Market, beware of the ever-present pot hole in the turn lane (that seems to have been there for years) and KEEP MOVING so you don't stop traffic behind you. But watch out for cars coming out of the drive through on your left side by the door to the restaurant! In other words, be alert because the traffic in this area can be full of hazards. And there's plenty of parking on the other side of the bagel shop (attached to Boston Market) so don't assume there's no parking if you don't find a space right by the front door. So, be sure to visit this Boston Market regularly. I really NEED my mashed potato fix at times and I really do like them from Boston Market. I would hate to see this location close like the others.

My co-workers and I have been calling in our order at this Boston Market location during lunch time. This is where my husband typically picks up meals for us too since we live nearby. Though today, Kristen told us that they can't take phone orders anymore (not one explanation why or a mere apology). So I went to the drive thru and placed our orders and once again it was Kristen. She was just as rude as she was over the phone. She didn't even utter a greeting: no "Hello," "Welcome to Boston Market" or "How are you doing." So I went right into the order and I informed her that we are participating in the "Tax Day BOGO Deal." Again, Ms. Attitude couldn't say the word "Thank You" when she handed me the bags so I told her "Thank you for your Business." I started to drive away until I reviewed the receipt and she purposely charged us regular price for all four meals despite informing her that we're participating in the promotion. I had to come back inside the store to rectify the situation, and she was there ferociously staring at me as if I did something wrong (not a word of "I'm sorry" from her). She claims she didn't hear me say anything about the promotion when in fact I did. She wouldn't have done anything if I didn't tell her that I'm reporting this incident to Corporate Office. What's worse in this experience was that she was unsanitary in preparing our meals. She kept sneezing like she was doing it in purpose. And to know she is a manager at this location. This is not the first time she is this rude, every time we visit this location she always have a negative attitude. So for this reason and more, we're never coming back again and we'll be glad to pass this along to the general public.

Went here for lunch today after not having been to a BM for quite a few years. I like the non-plastic plates and real silverware! They will also bring the food to your table and bus your table after you leave. Everyone there was genuinely friendly!

expensive for 2 mac and cheese sides: over $6 dollars. WHY!!! other then that, they have a girl that works there, and she really knows how to drive home sales. in a good way. very talkative, very kind, and bubbly.

I went here because I had a coupon for a free meal. I find this place to be expensive whether it's a meal just for me or for my family. Actually it's REALLY expensive for my family since they can eat 2, maybe 3 rotisserie chickens for dinner. I hadn't been here in awhile, so I was surprised at how many options the menu had. Actually I think it's too many options. There were lots of us standing around reading the board and nobody ordering for some time. Everything in front of me in the warming table looked like it had been there for some time, so it wasn't too enticing. So I just got a sandwich. There were many tables, but nobody was wiping them down when they were emptied, so you had to take care of it yourself which I didn't like. They also had the restaurant at a subzero temperature and I couldn't feel my fingers. Good thing I didn't have anything that had to be cut up. So unless I get my hands on another free meal coupon I won't be heading back here.

Too expensive, really not worth it. Good meatloaf though. They do have a lot of different sides, but it really is too expensive!

Went here today, just started Weight Watchers and I had a great lunch for 8pts! I was stuffed. Everything tasted great, I had the turkey, roasted potatos and green beans. The staff took my plate to the table and the waitress ran around refilling drinks. Impressive!

I've been going to this Boston Market for a few years now. I'm lowering the number of stars. Not because the food is bad. And not because of the employees. I'm lowering the number of stars because the drive-thru TAKES FOREVER! We always get take-out via the drive-thru. Almost every time I go, I end up waiting at least 5-10 minutes. One time I waited more than 20 minutes. There's not even a long line. If just 2 or 3 cars are ahead of me, I know to get comfortable and open up my favorite iPhone game because I'll be sitting there a while. I should add that I don't blame the employees for this. The girl that is usually working the drive-thru does a GREAT job considering all the multitasking she has to do. The problem is that there's only one person working the window. She has to take the orders, take payments, and then put each order together when the car gets to the window. And if something isn't ready...forget about it. This isn't an employee problem, it's a corporate problem. They need to figure out how to run the drive-thru window more efficiently. Who has time to sit there for 20 minutes waiting for dinner? I'll repeat what I said earlier, though. The food at this restaurant is good. Never any complaints. The employees are nice, helpful and hardworking. If the drive-thru improves, I'll definitely update this review and add more stars to my rating.
