This has to be the most expensive Wendy's I've been to. Everything is 20 % more, at least! Their parking lot is like driving on an old wagon trail, which tells me the owner is very greedy! I'll never stop here again. Who would pay more for a fast food restaurant when prices are almost always a standard at all other locations? Its WEST Chicago, in dupage county not Chicago in crook county. Maybe they didn't get the memo

I like Wendy's for the most part and this individually owned location is poorly managed, food was bad as I got a grilled chicken which was unchewable and so salty and the baked potato had a horrible aftertaste and the fries were the saltiest thing I ever had. All this for $12 was the biggest rip off. I can not believe this guy is allowed to be a franchisee . Will Never be back to this location.

I hate for this to be their first review but the poor customer service and lack of communication brings on this bad review. I had found a coupon after I ordered when I pulled out my wallet to get money. I get to the window and hand her the coupon with my card and she looks down at what I'm giving her and says NOTHING. She rings me up and hands me back the coupon, card, and receipt and says NOTHING. She closed the window promptly. I look down at the receipt and see that the total was the same as quoted. I asked her what was wrong with the coupon and she said, "you had to say you had a coupon when you ordered, SORRY". So I looked back down at the coupon and it does say that which is fine but to acknowledge the coupon when taking my card and giving me back the coupon with my card when she rang me up and saying nothing is very discourteous. All she had to do was say, sorry I can't take this coupon because I had already put in the order but just took my card and ignored everything else. I hope this is her first job and is gradually learning how to provide better customer service but then again I shouldn't expect too much for a drive-thru cashier.

I have left messages for the managers and owners that their parking lot is atrocious. I will not drive in there again until they fix it. You can blow a tire if you are not careful! I'm surprised that Wendy's Corporate has not taken up the issue with the franchisee.

I went there got cold food. Handed it back to them. They were rude, but made me new food. For how much more this Wendy's cost compared to others you would think the quality would be better. Top it all off after they made the knew food they took my receipt out of my bag. I will not go here again. And plan on calling health department on them. You can't serve old cold food and not get someone sick.
