I'm giving this place 4 stars because I've never had a problem here, and if you need something to eat fast and have to choose between McDonald's, Wendy's, burger king (which are all close by) andHardee's pick Hardee's everytime. Their breakfast sandwiches are the best!

This is the worse place to eat. Our company moved a few doors down for convenience I tried this place a few times. Always the same poor customer service, order incorrect and fries were not fresh and most of all I was the only one in line and it took them 18 minutes to get a bad order. Never again. I wish I could give them a 0.

Drive through was not friendly at all..I got my food and it had like bbq sauce inside my box when my food had nothing to do with bbq just plainly dirty I can just imagine what the kitchen looks like...

What a waste of time.. Had to ask for my money back, because I couldn't wait any longer. I finally quit after waiting ten minutes with only two small orders in front of me. It started with the girl hat taking the order unable to figure out a coupon and the manger having to put her on break because "she was tired". Then I stood and waited and waited and waited, at ten minutes on the order clock I said I had enough since when asked by the manager if the guy working line started the burger he said not yet. There were 2 chicken nugget kids meals and 2 ham sandwiches was all that was on the board. Then when I asked for my money back, they gave me a problem for not having a receipt (that they never gave me) even though I never made it out of the line. It took a second lead to say it was ok and grabed a receipt from somewhere at the packaging station.

Now that I have time to post a review after my 5th time here I'll make it short and to the point. Every time I've come in here there has been a change in management and by the communication skills of the managers or GMS I can see why. Not very friendly at all and not very sociable. This time my order was actually correct that's why it's getting a review because there is no option for 0 stars. Grease pit needs to be cleaned because you can smell it walking in the front door and I almost lost my appetite. Sad that I had to hold my breath in intervals waiting for my food. Another store that must enjoy burning labor and I saw at least 3 upper management team members in the store. One of them had his paper work and satchel spread out all over the table right in the front of the store. I guess because it's Waukegan the rules of Hardee's don't apply here. Angers me that management can't even talk to a paying customer for 10 seconds when it's not even busy. I hope corporate reads this review and by all means please get in contact with me because I can't write the entire review that I wish to about managerial conduct. Corporate or the District Manager knows the turn over ratio here at this location so enough said. Will not go back
