I've been to this Dunkin' Donuts location multiple times and have yet to have a less than highly satisfying experience. The staff is as cordial and accommodating as you can get. They've exceeded my expectations each and every time. Whatever management is doing they are doing it right. Other locations should take note... this is how you run a store!

They have the worst service here. Every time I've come through the drive thru, the experience with whoever is working has been horrible. One time they pretended to be closed and another time the woman tried to rush us with the order (just to name a few, but the list goes on).

Let me start off by saying that I have always LOVED dunkin donuts, however there aren't any nearby in Wisconsin for me. Needless to say I was excited. The food, donuts, and drinks were fabulous, as they always are, however this review is rated mostly off of the customer service at this location. Here I met some of the most incompetent, shoddy workers I've come across for quite some time now. Nkt only did they mess up my order twice, they were all extremely rude towards me, openly complained about me to my face. It's not my fault you can't tap the right button on the cash register... one star for you! Avoid this location at every cost!

A week ago I stopped in for coffee and went into the ladies room to wash my hands. The soap dispenser was broken and there was soap on the floor. I reported it to the guy behind the counter who did not understand me. I then repeated it to someone else who thanked me and said she'd check on it. I stopped by again today and guess what? The dispenser is still broken and there is still soap on the floor. The ladies room was filthy as well. This means that for at least one week, no females, including employees, could wash their hands with soap! I will not be back

Good service. Coffee is hot and fresh; donuts are good. The drive-thru is a trainwreck, as it's in the corner of a parking lot near an entrance/exit. Holy traffic nightmare. Just park your car and go in -- your car is safer and it will be faster.

I've never had Dunkin Donuts before so when asked I said hell ya let's do this! The minute we walked in the donuts on display teased me and whispered eat me, eat me... We ordered an assortment and chilled out for a while. We also ordered a few cups of coffee. After a few bites into my donut, I discovered that it was stale! I could have probably complained and asked for another one but I was too dam tired. The coffee however was just fine. Maybe I should have dunked it in my coffee? Maybe next time...

Yeah! First to review! I rule. LOL One of my first stops when i went back home to Illinois was, of course, Dunkin' Donuts. I wish we had DD here in Cali, but the closest one is in Vegas. How sad. I ordered my all-time favorite doughnut, the frosted chocolate cake doughnut and a box of assorted Munchkins (which, in layman's terms, are dougnut holes). Everything was just as good as i remember. I was a little disappointed that they didn't give me any of the cinnamon powdered sugar munchkins because those are the best ones. Just to be clear, I SHARED that box of Munchkins with my daughter and her cousins (i'm a pig, but not that big of a pig). On that same visit, i ordered a turkey, bacon & cheddar flatbread sandwich (yes, I'm a glutton. It was vacation!) because my cousins were raving about it, and for good reason. It was soooo yummy! Probably because it contains 20 grams of fat. However, it has 36 grams of fiber, so there is a little nutrional value to it, right? Anyway, needless to say, I miss Dunkin' Donuts, but it's probably a good thing they don't have them here, or else I'd be there all the time!
