Overall, I'm a fan of the chain's concept: sports bar offering a dozen of sauces to tailor a sports bar fave -- buffalo wings. Service can be slow on all fronts, which is why weekday nights are probably best to visit. We were told it would be about 15 minutes to be seated on an early Friday night. The actual seating time was closer to 30 minutes. Our server did appear promptly shortly after. The only benefit of waiting so long to be seated is that we had the opportunity to figure out what it was that we wanted for dinner so that we ordered as soon as we sat down. The menu prices are slightly cheaper here than it's sister restaurant in Fayetteville, N.C., but I soon realized it was because this location did not include celery and dressing in the price (not much but additional $.40 for celery and $.40 for dressing). I've tried a few of the sauces from previous visits and prefer the Mango Habanero, but I'm pretty sure that's not what they gave me. The sauce was much heavier on the habanero, not at all sweet and the consistency of the sauce was almost chunkier versus a fine glaze. It tasted almost like the Blazin' sauce instead. The smoke wafiting into the non-smoking section was a nuisance but tolerable since we ate and left quickly.

wings, beer, sports. how can you go wrong? if it was hoots, id give it 5 stars. but its not, so it gets 4.

this place is pretty lame. the portions are really small, the prices are kind of high, and the food sort of sucks. i think you could probably find better wings, and possibly even have more fun, by going to the frozen food section at dominicks. i'm not hatin, just keepin it real.

I give this place a 3.5 stars for average. I do come here every once in a while but it's not like I ever have the urge to come here and when I do come, it's probably a Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday for a speical. I do like how they have different sauces that you can put on your wings. My current faves are Mango Habanero (sweet & spicy), Hot BBQ (tangy BBQ with heat), and Carribean Jerk (sweet, spicy, and smokey). I do think their wings are kinda small compared to other wings places that I've been to. I find that the service here, among other BWW places is just average, can be slow at times, but they are nice. This is just a cool place to go with friends or co-workers after work to get some drinks. They have some pretty good brewskys on tap. Overall, a fun place to go to watch the game and get a couple of drinks and some wings but come on the following days (don't quote me on the prices). Tuesday- 35 cent wings Wednesday- 50 cent legs Thursday- 45 cent boneless wings

It wasn't that bad. He came to watch the game. It was on. I came to play NTN. It was on. The beer specials weren't my cup of tea, but it's a sports bar so I kinda expect them to have domestic specials. I've liked the caribbean jerk buffalitos since I frequented the MSU version in E. Lansing. They have gotten a little pricey over the years, but it's not like I plan to spend my life in this establishment. The manager actually came by to check on us. He seemed friendly and genuinely interested in our experience. My only real complaint is the backless bar stools, but that's typical B-Dubs decor for ya.

Always a great time at the B-dubs. Great huge beers and awesome boneless wings. Love the fried pickles and the sauce they serve with it.

Absolutely horrible service. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. The place used to be okay about a year ago, but they renovated it and decided to employ a bunch of people that have no idea how to do their jobs. Today for example: We were sat at a booth, my husband, our two children, and myself. It took about 10 minutes for someone to come and take our order, even though there were only about 3 other tables there and a BUNCH of servers. Then, for some reason, the server did a bunch of weird things, like bring out a carton of chocolate milk (the single serve ones) and then said "I'll be back in a minute with a kid's cup for it." WHY EVEN BRING IT THEN? Then once we finally received our dinner, our server disappeared. Not even in a funny "oh he's taking forever" kind of way - he was just gone. Thirty minutes after receiving our food, no one had even stopped by the table. We needed refills. Boxes. Additional sauces. My husband had to actually track down an entirely different server just to tell them we needed our check. And we still had to wait about twenty minutes for our check after that. Servers kept walking by going "Oh, did you find your server yet?" When all we wanted was to pay and get the heck out of there. I don't think they ever tracked him down. I overheard many tables complaining of waiting over thirty minutes while I was walking out. In the end, the manager came and talked to us, but never comped a thing. Just gave us our check, no discount. It was the first time in my life we tipped $0.

i guess my experience was the usual. LOVE bdubs, NOT THIS ONE. lets do this in order. loaded nachos; they were only loaded with tomatoes and salsa..... mmmm no i like the cheese and the chili! well we complained to the server, "captain of guest blah blah blah" and the manager. they offered to make me a new one, but lets be honest after eating half and already ordering my wings, i wasn't gonna waste a whole huge order and risk them still not making it right.(side comment-my bf used to work at a diff location so i know that the potions were way off, I'm not just assuming) Next the wings; not to crispy, but they were fine... except for the dry seasoning ones! they weren't even tossed in the seasoning! there was just a handful on seasoning on one side.... the bottom was plain. and we come to the bill; being a long time server (4-5 star places), and having many friends who are also, i expect a little respect. i didn't ask you to make new entries, i respectfully commented on how bad they were. a little bit of a discount would be appreciated not over 50$ for this crap of a meal for two people. along with the charges were each tiny ranch, blue each, and carrot& celery side was $0.60. Ok thats fine, but when asking if id like some mention that there is a cost, or ask how many i want! i didn't need 5 sides i didn't even use 1 full side! over all these recent reviews are all pretty accurate. Service only about 3 stars (still got a full 18%-20% tip ) cooks in the back ZERO stars

I have been to this Bdubs multiple times and every time I have experienced the worst service possible. The serving staff & management don't care if you have a good or bad time. Take my word... GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! (And the food comes out cold half the time)

Eh. We came in for lunch on a Friday and got seated right away. I suppose, at noon on a Friday, that should have said something. It was pretty empty. And the whole place smelled weird, like either rotten chicken or a dirty bathroom or something to that effect. Our server got our orders taken right away and we got our drinks in a timely fashion. After that, though, we have no idea what happened. From the time we ordered until we got our food, it was nearly 30 minutes. I can understand if the place has been busier but it really wasn't so there's no reason I can find that it should have taken so long. None of us had special snowflake orders at all. We had someone stop at our table to ask how things were going and if I hadn't been busy chowing through my food as fast as I could so we wouldn't blow our hour for lunch, I would have told him that things were not going that well. This used to be a bustling, pleasant location with lightning fast service. It seems like things are going in a downhill direction and not sure if it is somewhere I will be willing to revisit. Which is too bad because once in a while, getting my face melted off by the Blazin' sauce is what I want - it just won't be at this location.

What happened? I remember quality food and quality service. My last visit was disappointing. I always order the same thing: boneless wings (parmesan garlic & Carribean jerk), mozzarella sticks, and a drink. So now I've had these menu items probably a hundred times. Where the heck was my sauce? I couldn't even decipher between the two different flavors. There was that little sauce on the wings. If it weren't for the sticker labeling each one, I would've had to dig in for a surprise. My wings were pathetically dry. I don't want to drown in sauce, but I would have liked to taste it. Something was off with the marinara sauce with the mozzarella sticks, it was very watery. I'm used to something chunkier here. Same with the blue cheese dressing. Lack of sauce, crummy quality in other items, makes me think they're finding shortcuts to save money. Although, our waitress gave us free ice cream. We didn't complain about anything, they just gave us scoops of vanilla ice cream saying it was "free ice cream day." Okay, I'll take it. Doesn't make up for what I DID pay for though. The water had a strange taste. I drink tap water all the time, and my friend agreed the water had an off taste. I can't describe it. If you're sensitive to water tastes, order a soda or bring bottled.

Ate here last weekend. The service was awful. We waited 5 minutes before someone acknowledged us. Finally the girl that helped us said they were changing stations and didn't know if we were in hers. My chicken fingers were over fried and hard as a rock. My husband got some boneless wings that had no meat in them and were solid pieces of batter. Needless to say, we were not happy. I have been to this one twice and both times have been awful.

Really, BWW is one of those places you either like or you don't. Some people vehemently think they have butchered the concept of wings, and some people think they're god's gift to sports bars. I LOVE BWW because I can get 6 naked tenders and a side salad with a dipping sauce for about 500 calories, which is a nice low-cal option when you're going out to eat with people who aren't watching what they eat. And when I feel like eating terribly, there is something wonderful to be said about a pile of crunchy, fried boneless wings doused in delicious Parmesan garlic sauce. This particular location has always been great. I can get in and out for lunch on a workday as long as you remind them you're under a time crunch, and anytime I've gotten takeout to bring home the order is correct, hot, and fresh.

Every time I've ordered lunch from here it's either never ready on time or they get my order wrong altogether! They try making up for it by giving you extra sides but it's still not worth me having to run back and forth and wasting my lunch time!

I'll start here with part of another review: "Angela P. 12/21/2012 What happened? I remember quality food and quality service. My last visit was disappointing." In a way, I asked the same thing my last few visits. Now I really like the new layout. The refresh give it a more clean look that it did need. Not like it was a dump or anything. In places it's pretty dark, which could make a bit hard to see. Service as a whole was still decent. Definitely much better spacing now. Consistency is my big issue now. I came here one day, ordered some wings and it was business as usual. Table was clean. My food came out pretty quickly, hot & ready to go. First, I'll go back to some of the "dark places" I touched on. My server arrived pretty quickly but neither seemed to notice that my table was dirty. You would think that a host should have noticed this but they didn't. I told the server that I wanted to switch tables (since it was dirty) and that went without a problem. So I ordered my food. My most recent visit involved ordering ultimate nachos and a coke. Now someone help me here. How is it that it takes 15-20 minutes for an order of nachos? Yes, I said it. This is an APPETIZER and I waited that long for it? Where's the disconnect? Did the server forget my order? Did the kitchen fail to let her know or the table was someplace she didn't (or couldn't) see it? So my food comes out and as I ate, it seemed almost lukewarm. It almost had a "gas station" nachos taste to it. I ate most of it (I was pretty hungry). I nearly sent it back. It was edible but not as good as I've had. HOW can you mess up an order of nachos? I wrote on my tab that the nachos were cold (should have written lukewarm) and didn't have time to do the order over. I tipped giving her the benefit of the doubt. I guess the moral of this visit is stick to the wings & burgers.

I'm not sure if it's because I've worked in customer service for almost 10 years, but my biggest pet peeve is when common sense mistakes are made. I purchased dinner here a couple days ago, I had never been to this location prior but I have been to other BWW's and really like their food. The girl took my order, I ordered two chicken sandwiches, and two small orders of wings - the girl explained to me that a small order includes 8 wings as the menu was off and listed 7 - the total amount was $40 for two sandwiches and 16 wings. When I picked up my order, she asked me if I wanted lettuce and tomato on the sandwiches and I said yes that was fine, she then told me that they didn't put any on the sandwiches because they didn't know and I had to wait for her to go to the kitchen and get two small boxes with tomato and shredded lettuce - I'm sorry but if I had allergies or was a picky eater I would have made mention not to include those two things and if I hadn't then it would be my fault, I just didn't understand why assume not to include something that is standard? When I got into my car I checked the food the make sure it was accurate, one of the small orders of wings was correct and the second only 4 wings, so I ended up having to go back inside to get my order fixed. When I told the girl the issue she responded with "oh..did you want me to have them put the additional wings in there?" -- What?? no, I don't I just paid $10 for 4 wings and wanted to let you know. When she took them back to ask the cook boy to make the rest, he kept trying to squirt buffalo sauce on her saying "wanna get high?", she had to repeat herself 3 times before he decided to stop goofing off. When she returned she said "sorry, they were wrong, they should have counted better" I understand that food places are often job-starters for teeny boppers but customer service practices and attention to detail are basic foundations for successful guest interactions. Please take the time to train your staff better.

This is the worst BWW I've ever been to. I usually like BWW food but not this particular location. Very inconsistent food. Service is so terrible that I've almost wanted to get out of there several times but its my fault that I went there again only because its close to my home. If anyone's got an option, DON'T GO HERE. Hostess' are rude and have a very nasty attitude. Courtesy is unheard of to the staff I think.

Good service and prompt on the carry out orders. Had the Black and Blue burger which was a) smaller than i expected and b) dryer than I expected. I'd go to BWW's again, but would try something different.

We go to Bdubs too often not to review them. However, it's almost always our children that want us to eat there. I like this location better than the one on 75th. The tables aren't as close together and the service is better. However, if you want quiet...don't come here. It is really, really loud. But, that doesn't usually bother us. They have 30 beers on tap and usually a few are decent craft beers. Unfortunately, they aren't always the coldest. As for food, it is chain bar food. Their burgers are decent, nachos are ok and their wings are good. We like the parmesan garlic, med, hot, mango habanero and Asian zing. I wish they were more consistent with size but I gave up on that years ago. Overall, for bar food, beer and big TV's this isn't a bad choice.

Run of the mill chain, sports bar. The wings were great. Got the mango habanero - they were spicy: they used the real thing! Also tried the jerk wings, pretty good. The bf got the double burger, which was what you would expect, certainly not health food, but great. The fries were run of the mill, not particularly noteworthy, but certainly nothing wrong with them.

This place went straight in the toilet the past couple of months!!! Service SUCKS!! The bartender is more worried about washing glasses than taking drink orders. I used to go there every Friday night and play trivia and have GREAT service, happy wait staff, AWESOME bar-tending. I would say in the past 3 months this place went south horribly.

I have never been to a BWW that I did not enjoy. My boyfriend and I were horrified when we went to this location. They had poor service and food. We tried to talk to the waitress, but she just did not do her job. She ignored us while taking care of everyone else in the place and got our order wrong, which further proved that she was ignoring us. When we asked to speak to the manager, he did not apologize for the poor quality in service and food. He just took care of our bill. Throwing money at a situation will not improve the service. Go to a different branch!

Always a great place for game day. My sister comes in from Ohio and we are always guaranteed to find the buckeyes on one of the big screens. Food is always good and the service outstanding. Thanks B-Dubs!

I don't think I'll need to come here again. There are a ton of hot wing sauces, so I'll give them that, but if you're a girl like me and prefer your sauce on another cut of chicken, your choices are limited. The portion sizes, as another reviewer has said, are very small, especially for the "big bar" feel they're going for and the big burly guys they're trying to attract. The food tasted like it came out of a bag from the freezer. The location is really convenient and the service, when I went, was good.

We visited this Buffalo Wild WIngs after seeing a movie at the Cantera theatre. We had the Garlic fried mushroom appetizer. Excellent. I ordered the ribs and the caribbean jerk wings. That is a good combination. My family ordered the steak slammers and the cheesburger slammer and of course wings. Everything was good. The service was outstanding. We'll definitely go back to this location after a movie in the future.

If you like Wings this is the place to go! The sauces are fantastic, I love the Spicy Garlic. Every Wednesday for the past 6 years I perform Strolling Magic from 5:00 to 8:00 pm. Hope to see you there. After 8 years & a packed restaurant every week, Coroprate took over & let all the entertainers go. Wednesdays are dead now go move on their part! paulleemagic.com for more deatils.

I've been to a few BWW, and this one is comparable to the others. I looove the garlic parmesan sauce on the boneless wings. I think the portion sizes are big, as 6 or 8 wings are a LOT for me in one sitting. I also love the mini corndogs and the desserts! My complaint? It's usually too loud to have a conversation, unless you go at an off-time, like 3 o'clock in the afternoon was pretty nice. But that's all BWW's. So I usually get my food to go. lf you call ahead, you don't have to wait, and it's hot and ready when you get there. And they double-check your order before you leave with it. However, if you go for an event, get there EARLY if you want to sit. It's smaller than the Lombard BWW.

I have only gone on boneless Tuesdays (or is it Thursdays?). I don't go out of my way to do it, since it is a stomach bomb. I got naked tenders once, trying to be healthy. I think they microwaved them, though! I hate wings because why have to work when you eat...haha, that sounded really obese!

I had a "pleasure" of dining at a different Buffalo Wild Wings location which was out of state and close to the Minnesota/Wisconsin border, but hey - its a chain, I am sure they are all very similar if not exactly the same. I have to say the food is crap! I have not been to a fast food or casual dining place in a long time that was so weak as far as food - Long John Silvers and White Castle come to mind as far as comparable level of discontent here.... They cook their burgers well done - fine, I understand safety reasons and all, but our burgers came out hard and dry as a shoe sole! It actually reminded me of a radio ad where an angry customer wants a refund for the $1 burger and demands the manager tries to eat it. The place was crowded which I hear is the case all the time, and the service was not good either. We ordered boneless chicken wings - how are those supposed to be better than chicken nuggets from McDonalds? Oh, maybe because of all the different sauces they let you pick. None of them were to die for, and I could not overcome the feeling that i am eating chicken nuggets (ordering boneless was not my call by the way). Sure they offer you the little game things at tableside, mine was sticky with something a previous player must have spilled on it. Sounds like the main attraction for this place is the beer and the sports programming on their abundant TVs. I am not into that, so I wont come back to this place even for that.
(1)
Thomas T.
I've been to a lot of sports bars/ wings places, and a lot of different buffalo wild wings, and pretty much the same as the others. This location had a ton of TVs though, more so that some of the other places I've been too. Staff was nice. My waiter had refills ready for for my table before we finished our drinks and I love people like that. Definitely a plus. A small complaint I have is that it's 60 cents for a small container of ranch....I mean c'mon, it's a wing place, just have it be free or something. Wings we're pretty good too. Went on a Thursday so 60 cent boneless wings, and some of the boneless ones are bigger than the traditional ones too. Went during lunch and I'm not sure if this is only at Warrenville or other BWW's too, but theres a card where if you eat lunch there 5 times, you get 5$ off of your 6th visit. That is useful.
(4)
Anthony S.
Not too good. The wings here are about the quality you would get at a baseball game or airport pub. Presentation is about the same too. Weak beer selection. Lots of TVs to watch sports.

I'm sitting in this B-Dubs for what seems like the 100th time in the past year. My boyfriend convinced me to watch the Colts' final Playoffs game with him. But I also need to rep the Minnesota Favreses. Until the second game, I decided to do a bit of Yelping to pass the time. Now, we all pretty much know what BWW is all about. So I didn't see any rush to review it. But I looked it up and saw such a list of bad statements against them that I felt the need to give my two cents worth. Although there is always a crowd we've never had trouble finding a place to sit and get a good view of the TVs. If something doesn't interest us then there are always a few programs or trivia games to choose from. Our servers have been nothing but good to us. They get our humor and play along while remaining professional. At times we've spent 7 hours in this place and never felt rushed to leave. The food? It's bar food. Nothing amazing. But I love chicken and beer, which they have an abundance of. What more could I ask for?

I had never been to a Buffalo Wild Wings prior to scoping out the Warrenville location. Boy am I glad I went! The wings were so damn bomb, and the price was extremely reasonable. The service was also excellent. I hesitate to give 5 stars because I know there are probably better wing places out there, but I am for sure a fan of Buffalo Wild Wings!

This is what you expect it to be; sports bar, loud, big, fun for some.. not for everyone... but I must say it gets a 4 because of the friendly service and the fact the finally accommodating this hop head with several IPA's.. Since they opened I had been pleading to them.. now they have 2Hearted, Resistance, and Lagunitas IPA.. Kablamo! Deryek and Janet are my 2 fav bartenders / servers.. always nice and remember what I drink.. Good daily specials I get the naked tenders.. good healthy option.. also the corn dog nuggets.. good unhealthy option..

First of all it took our waiter 4 mins to greet us and the whole place empty. You would expect your server to want to be helpful with no business around. Our first server that came up to us was named Taylor. She seemed like she just wanted to pass off the table so she can get out of work. I didn't appreciate her Attitude when I asked for the specials. Then she said she will be just taking our drink order and passing us off to her fellow employee Kara who seemed pissed to get another table. It took 7 mins to get our drinks. And after all of that Taylor comes back and said that she will actually be are server because her manager told her to take the table. Sorry for trying to have dinner and ruining your night. The service is terrible here. I will not be returning to this location in the future. As I was walking out I addressed my experience to the manager. He was very helpful.

I normally am pretty generous with my ratings & I'm pretty optimistic & I seriously frequent BWWs 5 days a week across the nation as I travel allot, & BWW is now comfort food to me. However I used to frequent this particular one a few times a week, but haven't for several months as I've been out if the country. Please someone tell me what happened??? I know it went from franchise to corporate, but the ambiance & atmosphere is completely GONE. From the remodel if that's what you want to call it it's officially so loud in there that you cannot hear the person next to you at the bar. I've given it 3 tries in the past 2 weeks with the same results each time. First off that bar layout is non guest friendly why on earth would you go to a square where you expose the back bar with all the chemicals, plumbing, chords etc...? In addition coincidently enough each bartender has told me how much they cannot stand the layout from their point when I simply ask "So how do you like this new layout". Two of the three times the wings were cold, I get it that you are probably making them in bulk to keep up with the volume, but that's no excuse to jeopardize quality. I've seriously visited over 50+ BWW so when I have a pretty good point of reference if I can say so. Perhaps pulling that staging area out from the back bar dinning area is causing the increase of white noise, not sure just thought I'd mention that. I realize I'm all across the board here, & if I didn't genuinely care, I would not be wasting your time or mine writing this novel. I know it's petty, but switching the ceiling from black to white was a mistake, as I know it was most likely to "open it up", but at the end of the day you guys are a sports bar, & I'm confident your target demographics which is me would unanimously agree. I by no means am out to cause anyone any issues, I'm just so disheartened by the changes in which the corporate office has chosen to go with, it just turkey has had the "Cheers" effect drained right from it.

The BEST night to go is Wednesday night and is a frequent stop for my co-workers and me when trying forget work. They have $3 tall drafts and $3 shots of Jameson. After having a few drinks it's entertaining to watch their magician, who looks like a short Dr. Gregory House, walk around and entertain the kids. The servers are nice, however suffer from the same BWW script that is hammered into them when first hired (no, I don't want to try some of your Coke products). However, they are always nice enough to do separate checks. They're not the best wings, but some of their appetizers like the Chili con Queso Dip is very good.

Daylight robbery, lots of tv w/ sports, people having fun in large groups. Two out of three ain't that bad, the remainder leaves a lot to be desired however. Really weird ordering process as you come in, staff is way too busy with their social life to pay you any attention. Don't go if 1) you're used to getting more than 4 cheese sticks for under $8 on a paper plate (like at the ball game) and 2) like to hear your fellow group members conversation instead of a lot of rowdy beer-happy guys all around (was it a bachelor party?) seriously.

To all parents: This place has Smiley Face Fries! If your toddlers are anything like my daughter, this is a godsend. To everyone else: I have to admit, I love boneless buffalo wings (which are glorified chicken fingers, I know), and the fact that this place has so many sauces to slap on them, it just makes me happy. I've NEVER had to wait for a table here, even on a Sunday during football season while the Bears are playing (as in, this past Sunday). We have been to this specific location about 3 times now, and we've never been disappointed. The service is cheery and quick, and the food is pretty much what you get at any other BWW. The onion rings are great, the cheese sticks are tasty (kind of an herb breading), the nachos are kinda dull (they use cheese sauce, not real melted cheese), and the boneless wings are great. My personal favorites are the Asian Zing, Garlic Parmesan, Honey BBQ, and probably a few others I'm forgetting. Oh, and the BBQ pork sandwich is also pretty damn good from what I remember. The best part about this place is that on a Friday or Saturday night when there is a 30-45 minute wait for the Red Robin across the street (I know, I'm a sucker for chain restaurants), you can walk right into this place and still make it in time for your Movie at the Regal Cinema.

I've been to a couple other BWW's over the years and to be honest I wasn't overly impressed. But I started going to this one and now it's one of my staples. The reason is simple, great service. Jen, a little blond either working behind the bar or busting her rear working tables. Katie and Josie are another couple of top notch servers just to name a few. All in all, my beer glass is never empty and I never have to wait. And the food's not bad either. I like the trad wings (honey bbq), potato wedges (mmm) and the chili cheese dog slammers to name a few. Their chili type salsa is a little interesting. Plus they they have wi-fi which is definitely cool.

BWW is a franchise sports bar. If you want tons of TVs, beer, and wings with dependable reputation, this is it. I had the BBQ Chicken Salad... tasty and the right size portion. The others I dined with also enjoyed their meal, made mostly of wings in a variety of flavors. Food is served on disposable dishes which feels like a lower quality experience, but hey it's beer and wings! Why dirty a plate for that?! Service was slow. Then again there were 12 in our group so that may have been why. The servers were all busy so maybe a staffing thing. They were nice so that's a plus. With faster service and overly pleasant servers BWW would rank higher, but regardless I will be back.

In general, I love BW3. I grew up in Ohio where BW3 originated, so I've eaten many a wing & chicken tender from this establishment. That said, I'm not particularly impressed with this location. I've ordered take-out from here several times & every single time, I NEVER get my Carribean Jerk sauce with my order. They always remember to include the bizarre Southwestern Ranch sauce with my onion rings, which I don't use, but they always forget their bbq sauce. Thankfully, I'm anal retentive & double-check my order before I leave places, otherwise I would be really annoyed. Unfortunately, I haven't found any other take-out place in Naperville that I prefer, so until then, I will come here to get my chicken tender fix on.

It's OK for what it is ... a sports bar. We like the wings, chicken tenders and the buffalo chips. We haven't been to other BWW's so I can't comment on the portion size. Some of the servers actually try to give what they think is good service. Others just don't care. I was upset when they discontinued my favorite sauce, smokey southwest. It had a lot of flavor and was at the top end of my heat tolerance.

BWW is usually a great place but I wasn't too happy about the portion size at BBW Warrenville. I been to multiple locations yet this one isnt so great. The waitress did look like Juno though. Anyways the wings of course are good. I usually order Carribean Jerk and Hot BBQ which are my two fav sauces. I also ordered garlic fried mushrooms which were good but the portion was ridiculous. I received exactly 10 mushrooms when other locations give double the amount. Whenever I go to the Algonquin BBW, if I order 30 wings, ill end up with 34+. But this place you get exactly what you order or less. I expected more mushrooms but whatever. Lesson learned, stay away from this BBW.

This is the kind of place where for dessert, you can order chocolate cake and your boyfriend can order potato wedges and you won't feel weird. Better yet, this is the kind of place that when your boyfriend TOTALLY STEALS A BIG BITE OF FROSTING OFF YOUR CAKE, you can squeal in horror and no one looks at you funky. Especially when you EXPLICITLY said if you are going to be a BIG FREAK and order potato wedges for dessert, you cannot have any of my cake and ESPECIALLY NOT THE FROSTING YOU FREAK. That's totally a squeal-able offense. Especially when he didn't even APPRECIATE the frosting and said it didn't go with Cajun seasoning. Which is why you never HEAR of a Cajun seasoned chocolate cake, for the love of god. Anyways, our waitress was fun, the popcorn shrimp was very good and the mini corn dogs were excellent. However, our wings were pretty dry, and as others have noted, there isn't really a "non smoking section", so you walk out smelling like smoke. Just don't go with a vicious chocolate cake stealer. And don't have sex with him later. That just encourages that kind of behavior.

I wanna give 3.5 stars. Nothing spectacular, but it's what you can expect from Bdubs. Wait times in the evening/during major sporting events are obviously going to be pretty long. One time my server was less attentive than I would have liked. I asked for a to go box and she basically left us hanging.. I couldn't even find her to flag her down, so I gave up and just asked for one from the takeout counter (should have thought of that in the first place). Still, good food, beer and generally good service.

It's my own fault. I continue to go here because I like all the other BWW's I have been to.l and it's near my home. Every time we go to this one we have horrible service. Showed up Saturday night at 9:00 and asked the hostess for a booth. She said they were all full but I pointed out 4 were empty and just needed to be cleaned. She went to clean one herself and took as long as she could while making sure to shoot myself, my kids and a friend dirty looks as she did it. Every hostess I have ever dealt with here has been rude. Then we got the worst waitress ever which was a record previously set at this same location. This place is horribly mismanaged. The employees are slow and rude and I will never eat here again for any reason. Buffalo Wild Wings should be ashamed of this location. This is the 4th time they ruined a nice evening for us and I blame myself for giving them the benefit of the doubt. Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me.

I'm giving this 5 stars even though it isn't a 5 star restaurant because of one reason... Terrible yelpers. "1 waitress was kind of rude for a second... 1 star" "My check came too early... 1 star" ... After looking into the 1 star reviewers, what do I find? THATS ALL THEY POST, NEGATIVE REVIEWS!! Enjoy life for Christ's sake. Look into the bad reviews and you'll find 3 main qualms about BWW. And I'll shoot them all down now, because I almost didn't come here because of the bad average (2.75 stars) 1. Dirty restaurant/ sticky menus- nope, perfectly clean... I think the kid at the table next to me dropped a napkin, does that mean I should give this place 1 star now? 2. Bad service - great service. It's relatively busy and every employee has been reasonably attentive. My beer is half empty and the server isn't here yet, letting me enjoy my meal, does that mean I should give this place 1 star now? 3. Food wasn't served fast enough/ not good - wings take time, have some patience. Fried mushrooms were delicious, so were the wings. Though my Parmesan garlic wings had a little TOO much sauce on them, does that mean I should give this place 1 star now? Negative yelpers are bringing down the accuracy of the rating system. Shame on you. 5/5 will be coming back. Thanks waitress, Kimmy. You were phenomenal.

Came here today Thursday on a game night around 8:30 kinda busy but we got sat right away. I totally understand the industry since I'm a server myself. It took about 20-25 mins just to get greeted by someone and take drink orders drinks came then another 10 mins to order food. Food came and by then our drinks were running low the "captain" was a few feet away from us. Clearly still on the clock. We were trying to get her attention but she was on her phone... Towards the end it died down real fast ... Still very hard to find any server. 1st time at this location Will not be back.

Something wrong with sitting in the bar area but having a hard time getting another beer. Came here on a Friday night around 7pm and they were surprisingly slow. So, I can't say that the service was shoddy because they were busy. In fact, it seemed there were many servers sitting around rolling silverware or drinking coffee. I'm giving them 3 stars in spite of this because my wings were really good. Sometimes BWW overcooks them, sometimes they under-sauce them. This time they were just right. Our server was also very nice once we got her attention and asked for another beer. I guess I'm just used to servers asking us if want another beer when it's almost empty instead of letting it go empty.

I love coming to this wild Buffalo Wild Wings because they always make my wings extra crispy. The place is always clean. The servers are friendly and they give you extra napkins for those messy fingers. I been here with my son Mike and his girlfriend. I been here with Luigi and Stefano too. I enjoy coming with mike because we both love Mango habanero. Spicy and sweet.

Every time I order from here I regret it,if you specialize in wings, then you should serve awesome wings every time. My wings are always overcooked, dry, but most often lacking enough sauce or dry rub. I thought that I just disliked this chains food, until I tried another location.I like the wings at Buffalo wild wings, but this location does not get it right. I've tried other things like the cheese fries and other sides, nothing was great or something that I'd purchase again.

I counted about 40 televisions in this place. Definitely not a candidate for the setting of a remake of My Dinner with Andre, BWW is a nightmare for anyone easily overstimulated. The wings are decent (though I'm sure you can find better in Buffalo) and I was quite fond of my strawberry dacqueri. Just don't come here looking for hushed conversations.

Great food for ok price. Don't get a large or medium size wings unless it's for the whole family. Even snack size was too much for just me! No complaining about having too much :) fast to sit down and friendly waiter. Only bad thing is they don't have sweet tea. But, you can order unsweet and sweeten it yourself. 4.75/5 would recommend.

I didn't expect much because it's a b-dubs, but one thing you can usually count on is friendly people working there. Michele the bartender was completely the opposite. No eye contact,no personality, not even a thank you after running my card. Awesome! Remember you work in customer service! Spent more time on her pink phone then she did working. But very clean, accommodated my tv request, and the beer was cold.

My husband and I come here all the time. Thank heavens they don't have the paper menus. The service is unbelievable. The people here are always nice and friendly. We are certures of habbit and always get the same thing. Always start off with an appetizer and a beer. Boneless wings split between three sauces. Make them Wet!!!!!

I always get the boneless honey barbecue wings from here, and they are awesome! This is my favorite location to dine in or to order from because the wings are always fresh, and they put just the right amount of sauce on the wings (not too little like some other locations I've visited). The service is always great, and anytime I order for pick up, the wings are always ready within 15 minutes.

Tia B.
When I'm visiting the 'burbs and need my sports and a side of chicken, this is my spot!! Everyone is very friendly and the service is speedy. Only issue I have is with the heavy traffic here. There's a Target, Chipotle, Starbucks and McDonalds in this little center. And a few other establishments that escaped me at the moment. There's also a huge gym next door. That makes getting in and out of here a nightmare. No stop sign for incoming traffic so you may wait a long time before you exit.

I've been coming here since 2007 and have never had a bad experience ever. All the waitresses are super friendly, especially Josie who is very friendly and funny. The orders are quick to come out, and are always correct. If you come during a game you might have use the Target parking lot.

I was here last evening with my friends. This was my worst ever experience at BWW. I ordered boneless wings in 3 different flavors. All of these wings looked exactly same and there was hardly any sauce on the WET WINGS. It made all wings to taste the same. I would prefer other Wing places in town which taste anytime better.

OK, so we are talking about a BWW here. If you like their wings, you figure it is going to start off with about a 4 star review and be adjusted up or down one based upon your experience. And, I like BWW's wings. Love them. So does my wife. So, keep in mind that I am writing this review about this particular location. If I was writing this review three years ago, it would have probably gotten 4-5 stars. But, I don't know what the heck happened to this location about 2 years ago or so. Sometimes I would go with my wife. Also, a friend of mine and I would usually go here about once a month on a week day evening to have some beers, some wings, and just shoot the breeze. The place had this wonderful, beautiful long wood bar that was what you look for in a bar. Solid. Appropriate for a "sports bar" environment. Long. Well set up. Easy for the bartenders to work in so they could work efficiently. The tables in the bar area were also good wooden tables, just a nice fit for the environment. The total ambiance of the place felt real comfortable and warm....a nice cool sports bar and restaurant I could come to and feel good at. Then, I don't know what happened, but about two years ago, they ripped out this nice long beautiful wooden bar and replaced it with a square,cheap-apartment-kitchen-countertop-looking thing. Seriously, it looked like something that two guys would build in their basement after buying the materials at a going out of business "Bars-R-Us" store. It is some sort of odd half linoleum, half plastic, grey square block sitting in the middle of the room. You sit at it and stare at the sinks, cleaning supplies, dirty glasses, some glass cleaning contraption that sticks out and gets in the way of the bartenders. You feel like you are in a test kitchen at the local animal testing facility. It is ugly. It is cold. It is not comfortable or inviting. They did the same thing with the tables in that area. Ugly, uncomfortable, oddly placed and configured tables that look like they were purchased at a bankruptcy sale for a failed deli. Purely hideous. A normal restaurant/sports bar would have gone the other way in this transformation. If they had what this BWW looks like now, they would have dreamed of having what were the original bar and tables. They would have thought it would have been a major upgrade to have the old decor over this decor. This place is so sterile, so cold, so uncomfortable, that I no longer go to this location. I still go to BWW, but not to this one. I truly hope the owners/managers read this. If I met them I would look at them and in a feeble, inquisitive and defeated voice, gently ask them "Why? Why, sir, did you take such an unbelievably ignorant step backwards?" It puzzles me, truly. Why? What the heck were they thinking? Anyway, 1 star, there are too many better places to go.

We always get wings and poppers as an appetizer then whatever entree. I have yet to fall in love with any entree. Today I tried the grilled cheese with boneless wings. Forgot what it's called. It was alright. Last time I got the chicken wrap and it was bad. We love the poker, it's a major reason we keep returning. That and the awesome appetizer :-) Morgan is an amazing, and keeps on top of our drinks!

I used to work there 4 years ago and the service has just gone downhill. We went in to watch a few football games today. - our server left us hanging when she went to take a break - when she came back all 5 of us had empty glasses and our empty boats were piled on platters ready to be taken but she didn't clear the food until someone at our table asked her to - she left half the dirty garbage there for the rest of the time so we just moved it on to a table near us - no personality whatsoever, no sense of urgency when tending to our table - I then ordered take out at the front, a wrap with wedges and cheese - the wrap came out with fries - I told her I ordered and paid for wedges with cheese - she came back with only wedges - I had to bring the order back to her for the cheese A very frustrating visit

Ever walk out of a place with practically no opinion? Me neither. At the least, I'll leave places thinking I've just experienced something mediocre and practically none-comment worthy, but then I go ahead and run my mouth anyway. This is one of those times. I walk in BWW looking for my crowd of people, no hostess, no greeting. I manage to locate my posh little crowd packing their faces with chicken and sipping on draft beer. I sit down and it's ages before our server notices I am in desperate need of saucy wings and hard cider. Finally I'm noticed. Could she have been any less personable or boring? She fetched our food and drinks fairly quickly, but getting the bill took forever. Not one smile. Drink and food: I love Angry Orchard Cider. My dream is to skinny dip in a giant vat of it. The wings were just wings. I've had better and I've seen better prices. I was however pleased to discover that my wings (snack size) came with celery and blue cheese. Celery, that was the highlight of my meal.

Anyway, 1 star, there are too many better places to go.

i guess my experience was the usual.

I hesitate to give 5 stars because I know there are probably better wing places out there, but I am for sure a fan of Buffalo Wild Wings!

its bww, nothing amazing, the wings were good and the drinks were right....no complaints

Not too good. The wings here are about the quality you would get at a baseball game or airport pub. Presentation is about the same too. Weak beer selection. Lots of TVs to watch sports.

I am not into that, so I wont come back to this place even for that.

this place is pretty lame. the portions are really small, the prices are kind of high, and the food sort of sucks. i think you could probably find better wings, and possibly even have more fun, by going to the frozen food section at dominicks. i'm not hatin, just keepin it real.

Wings, burgers, etc are okay. Downgraded due to no gun policy.

(3)B C.

(1)Nari H.
Good service and prompt on the carry out orders. Had the Black and Blue burger which was a) smaller than i expected and b) dryer than I expected. I'd go to BWW's again, but would try something different.
(3)Bonna M.
(3)Katherine B.
(3)Ben B.
(1)Dianna A.
(1)Tina H.
Always a great place for game day. My sister comes in from Ohio and we are always guaranteed to find the buckeyes on one of the big screens. Food is always good and the service outstanding. Thanks B-Dubs!
(4)Melissa H.
(2)Ben B.
pretty decent food for a chain, but the service was not so hot.
(2)Angela U.
(4)Paul L.
(5)Joy S.
(4)Pat E.

(1)Thomas T.
(4)Anthony S.
Not too good. The wings here are about the quality you would get at a baseball game or airport pub. Presentation is about the same too. Weak beer selection. Lots of TVs to watch sports.
(2)Ericka A.
(4)Eric C.
(4)Tamara M.
its bww, nothing amazing, the wings were good and the drinks were right....no complaints
(3)matt w.
(4)Joey L.

Don't go if 1) you're used to getting more than 4 cheese sticks for under $8 on a paper plate (like at the ball game) and 2) like to hear your fellow group members conversation instead of a lot of rowdy beer-happy guys all around (was it a bachelor party?) seriously.

this restaurant is one of the cleanest bww I have been too. the staff is always welcoming and show a great energy! Really am hooked on the asian zing flavor not to sweet but not too spicy. yummmmm!
(5)Bill H.
no different than the other BWW I have been to.. Was there for lunch on Thursday, ordered off of the " lunch express ' menu, was in and out in 45 minutes. Service was GREAT..
(4)Michael S.
Friendly service and good food. Matches the same experience of other BWW.
(4)Joel G.
Decent restaurant here. It's get pretty busy at lunch time, but there is usually enough help to get in and out quickly. Typical BWW.

(2)Tim K.
(2)Neil R.
(2)Gail L.

(1)Danny H.
(5)Olivia F.
(2)Amy H.
(3)Gina V.
(5)Khalilah W.
(1)Eric F.
(3)Luke H.
(5)Dennis D.
(2)Michael G.
Came for lunch with some people from out of town and service is still horrible. I was also never reached out to from my first review. I am so upset that I had to actually come back and give them my hard worked money.
(1)Tabitha S.
(5)Stephanie L.
(5)Tia B.
(4)Erick H.
Just finished the Blazin' Challenge. 12 wings in 6 minutes. Did it in 5:15. Service was excellent, lots of games on the tube. Wings were really blazin!
(5)Doug Z.
Ouch. It is so loud in hear tonight that I had to leave. I Changed my order to go. Felt like my ears were going to bleed. I have never been this uncomfortable in a restaurant ever. It was as bad as a Rick concert, maybe worse.
(3)Kevin S.
I've been coming here since 2007 and have never had a bad experience ever. All the waitresses are super friendly, especially Josie who is very friendly and funny. The orders are quick to come out, and are always correct. If you come during a game you might have use the Target parking lot.
(5)Amit S.
(1)Hank M.
(1)Sharon S.

I have been to this Bdubs multiple times and every time I have experienced the worst service possible. The serving staff & management don't care if you have a good or bad time. Take my word... GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! (And the food comes out cold half the time)
(1)Jessica G.

Just finished the Blazin' Challenge. 12 wings in 6 minutes. Did it in 5:15. Service was excellent, lots of games on the tube. Wings were really blazin!

Anyway, 1 star, there are too many better places to go.

i guess my experience was the usual.

We had really good time loved it! I had a cheeseburger it was so go. I also had the onion ring they were ok but not great

(3)B C.
Every time I've ordered lunch from here it's either never ready on time or they get my order wrong altogether! They try making up for it by giving you extra sides but it's still not worth me having to run back and forth and wasting my lunch time!
(2)Jen L.
(2)Katherine B.

(1)Nari H.
Good service and prompt on the carry out orders. Had the Black and Blue burger which was a) smaller than i expected and b) dryer than I expected. I'd go to BWW's again, but would try something different.
(3)Bonna M.
(3)Thomas T.

(4)Eric C.
(4)Tamara M.
its bww, nothing amazing, the wings were good and the drinks were right....no complaints
(3)Anthony S.
Not too good. The wings here are about the quality you would get at a baseball game or airport pub. Presentation is about the same too. Weak beer selection. Lots of TVs to watch sports.
(2)matt w.
(4)Joey L.
(1)Melissa H.

(3)Dianna A.
(1)Tina H.
Always a great place for game day. My sister comes in from Ohio and we are always guaranteed to find the buckeyes on one of the big screens. Food is always good and the service outstanding. Thanks B-Dubs!
(4)Ben B.
pretty decent food for a chain, but the service was not so hot.
(2)Paul L.

(4)Joy S.
(4)Pat E.

Stay Away = Stay Happy (or at least choose a different one in the area)
(1)Jessica D.
(1)Sarah S.
this restaurant is one of the cleanest bww I have been too. the staff is always welcoming and show a great energy!
(3)Jason P.
(4)Anthony G.
(4)Drew S.
(3)Jenny M.
(2)Neil R.
(2)Gail L.

I am not into that, so I wont come back to this place even for that.

this place is pretty lame. the portions are really small, the prices are kind of high, and the food sort of sucks. i think you could probably find better wings, and possibly even have more fun, by going to the frozen food section at dominicks. i'm not hatin, just keepin it real.
