Ordered the Double Decker, assuming it would be similar to a Chicago-Style stuffed pizza. I was disappointed because when I opened the box, the pizza had cheese on the top layer. Pizza experts like myself know this is not stuffed or deep dish, so I was a bit upset. The pizza was two thin crusts stacked on top of each other, with a hand rolled crust. The crust was definitely the saving grace for this pizza. It lacked sauce which was a disappointment. The restaurant is located in Warrenville, and is about 20 mins from my house. I probably won't try again unless I'm looking for a thin crust pizza, and I have a coupon of some sort. The prices are reasonable, but this place is nothing spectacular. It's solid; something you can count on, but nothing you look forward to. One final note: PUT MORE SAUCE ON THE PIZZA! It's a good sauce, but it was seriously lacking on my order.

This place makes a great pizza! Fresh toppings and a great crust. They even delivered out of their normal zone. We were so lucky to have stumbled upon them as we live in Wheaton and had no power as well as several other homes and businesses that were hit the weekend before July 4th. Arnie's came through for us! Thank you so much!

Pretty solid pizza, crispy crust for sure. I prefer Al's, but this place is still pretty darn good.

The pizza here is awesome! I love the crust!! However, it is pricey. Two large cheese pizzas cost me 32.00.... That is a little much if you ask me.

We ate in on a Monday night. We chose Arnie's because Al's is closed on Monday's. Let me be up front, the atmosphere of Arnie's is not very good when compared to Al's. Essentially, it is a take out operation that has added 5 booths. The booths are nice but in desperate need of repair. The system is much the same as Al's. You order at the counter and they bring your pizza out too you. The service was friendly and prompt. The folks running the place seemed very friendly and helpful. Now, as for the pizza, it was very good! Just like it's Warrenville rival, it is a cracker style crust. The ingredients seemed to be fresh. They make their own sauce (witnessed this process myself). The one thing I didn't like was they seemed to take the pizza out just a little to soon. While there was a ton of quality pepperoni on the pizza, it never had a chance to crisp up or gt some of those tasty carbonized edges. I know this is a matter of personal preference, but for me, this is a key element to pepperoni pizza. All in all, this is the second best pizza in the suburbs. They lose a star for broken tables and taking the pizza out to early.

Arnie's is hands-down the best thin crust pizza in the area. If you are looking for a thin, crispy and delicious pie, go no farther than Arnie's. Try the sausage and also try their BBQ pizza...you won't be disappointed. Their pizza is excellent and has been made the same way ever since I started eating it in 1989!

I love their thin crust pizza! Nice people behind the counter and great food-you can't miss with this place.

Funny name, but serious pizza! I love pizza. I love trying new places. Arnie's Pizza fit both those criteria before tonight. Arnie's is a "local joint" (said in thick Chicago/Warrenville accent) that is VERY hidden in a strip mall on Route 59. There are five are six booths as a dining area to the left as you walk in, and then a pick up window to get your pizza for carry out. If I were a business/real estate person, I would say "What a terrible location, no one can see us". This is why I went into education, because I am an idiot when it comes to those things. Simple yet so GREAT! Based on recommendations for pizza in Warrenville, it was either Al's or here. Since I have already tried Al's, I wanted to try Arnie's...and how did it turn out? AMAZING! Local joints are much better than chains because you don't get cookie cutter products. This was something different for sure! The Double Decker stuffed pizza was an experience. I am not going to bore you with the details of what it is, do it yourself lazy ass. My only complaint is that it did not have enough sauce for my liking. If I were to order it again, extra sauce would definitely be part of the equation. When I think "stuffed", I always think sauce as the top layer. This was not the case, but I wasn't that upset, I ate my half of the pizza with pride, pleasure, and pure joy. I would say the double decker is more of a double dough pizza than a stuffed pizza. Jesus, oh my, that crust was great! It was layer after layer of excitement and fun. Like a roller coaster, except no chance anyone pukes on you! Plus, when you're eating you don't have to wait in line to take a ride. Arnie's Pizza is like taking a ride on a roller coaster. My expectations are high and they were met. It was a roller coaster of fun; the only issue was that last corkscrew (not enough sauce...I LOVE ME SOME LYCOPENE TO STAVE OFF PROSTATE CANCER). If you're in Warrenville you cannot go wrong with Arnie's Pizza (or Al's for that matter who has excellent thin). I can't vouch for Arnie's thin pizza, but the cooks/staff at both places just seem to be regular guys trying to make a living using the freshest ingredients they can. Way to go, boys!

Arnie's has, in my opinion, one of the best thin crust pizzas I've ever tasted. I'm not really much for thin crust as a general rule (give me a thick crust and I'm happy as a pig in mud!), but Arnie's sauce is delicious and the crust is crisp (but not too crisp - just right!). My family gets a couple pizzas from Arnie's at least once a week and they never disappoint.

Pretty good pizza! Comparable to the pizza at Roma D'italia down the street. You get these pizza points / dollars for each pizza you order which adds up to a free pizza when you have enough. Pretty good deliver area too and reasonable prices.

Tried this based on reviews here on Yelp actually.....I have to admit, everyone is spot on, this pizza is pretty damned good! The garlic bread was good and the sauce was flavorful. However, I will disagree with the "reasonable price" comments, I paid almost $22 for a 16 inch with garlic bread, that is pretty pricey to me. However, i think I may have a new addiction forming here! They lost a star based on the prices.

I have going to Arnie's for over 25 years. When I was little, we had pizza night once a week and it was always Arnie's. It's a great pie for a great price. Always friendly and always delicious!

For thin crust pizza this is the place! Arnie's Pizza vs. the rest of the western 'burbs. Arnie's wins hands down. Right amount of sauce (even though I could drink it by the gallon), cheese and toppings all laying neatly on the best pizza crust ever! You know it's crispy when you are waiting ever so patiently and your ears hear them cutting through the "crispiness" of your pie into the most glorious little pieces that will soon be consumed. On a side note; I hate to complain about fellow yelpers, but I'm sorry Joe E. "Pizza Expert" (Reviewer from 2011); "Ordered the Double Decker, assuming it would be similar to a Chicago-Style stuffed pizza. I was disappointed because when I opened the box, the pizza had cheese on the top layer. Pizza experts like myself know this is not stuffed or deep dish, so I was a bit upset. You call yourself an Expert of Pizza....from the Chicago area....and think a double decker = Chicago Deep Dish? COME ON MAN!

Classic "Old School" style pizza joint serving a perfect thin/cracker crust pie. Almost too perfect as the crust can dominate your taste buds at times. Why's that you ask? Because the perfectly Sweet Italian Sausage is rather sparsely distributed offering minimal contrast of taste, most of the time. And that leaves us with the perfectly tasty pizza sauce that forms a visible ring around the outer edge...and only the outer edge, all of the time. But, somehow it all comes together... every time!

I am a harsh critic for pizza but this is quite possibly my favorite place right now. The thin crust pizza is by far the best in this area. Their sauce is amazing, something to write home about. The unsuspecting place definitely caught me by surprise. I'll surely be back for more.

Quick service, fair prices, and delicious as hell. Arnies Pizza makes the kind of classic cracker-thin crust, tavern cut pizza that everyone in the Chicago area grew up eating. This is real Chicago pizza. Not the touristy deep dish that you get with your out-of-town friends.

I do not usually like thin crust pizza. I am more a deep dish kinda girl. But I do make an exception for Arnies. Its not too greasy and they use the perfect amount of ingredients.
