I love Chipotle, but they really need to do something the set-up and line at this particular one. The line goes all the way around the inside of the restaurant at lunchtime. Total bummer.

For me, it's comfort food. I like to sit on a stool and stare out the window as I enjoy my Carnitas Fajita Burrito with Medium Green Salsa and a side of awesome Guacamole. I understand it's not authentic, but it is still good. Enjoy.

I think I am in the minority when it comes to Chipotle.........i prefer my Pinto Beans without Bacon......I've never had Beans served this way before at ANY Mexican Restaurant that I've been too....All I could taste was bacon bite after bite........WTH??????? No Thanks...........

This is my second go to spot for issues related to constipation. I have no idea if it's the salsa or the chicken, but it never fails that I am speeding back to work. The food actually tastes good when going down, but I would like it to stay there for at least a few hours. I am not alone in this observation.

This is my favorite Chipotle location! I actually go out of my way to come to this location because I find it so enjoyable. The staff is very friendly and eager to let you taste new items or answer any questions you might have. They are consistent with their portioning while still being fair. You always see them replacing the food bins so that you always have the freshest options available. The dining area always well maintained and they have a very large patio to enjoy your burrito al fresco!

The dining room is rather small here, even more so then the other chipotle restaurants but that really doesn't matter much since I rarely dine in. The food here is either hit or miss. Last time I was here my good was pretty cold, and not spicy as it should have been considering I asked for hot salsa. Will probably be back if in the area since theres no better place to eat near by.

The service here wasnt very quick.. It seemed to be a poor setup with the line. There would likely be congestion at lunch and dinner. I really enjoy the food. I usually get carnitas tacos with salsa verde corn salsa brown rice sour cream lettuce cheese. Today the guy asked me if I wanted chips n guac. I said yes to chips n guac. He gave me chips no guac. When I go to lunch during work my break is so short so I tend to have less patience. I dig the Bolingbrook Chipolte. The Elmhurst locale is coooo toooo.

Went there with a friend the first time about a year ago. We both ordered a steak burrito. She likes everything on hers but I am a picky eater so I only get lettuce and cheese on mine. Hers was a good size because of all the toppings, but mine was the size of a small taco. I have been to two other locations and they all make them the same way. I would have to order 3 burritos the way I like them to equal one regular size one because I don't like all the toppings. I go to El Burrito Mexicano in Lisle and I get a full size burrito. Since I only like cheese and lettuce, they add more meat and cheese. I will never go to a chipotle again. If you are a picky eater like me, go to El Burrito Mexicano in Lisle, you get more for your money every time !!!!!

YUCK! My burrito was cold. Even with sour cream, the rice shouldn't be ice cold. Just in case you're new to Mexican cuisine, rice is not supposed to be cold. Ever. NOT GOOD. The line at this place during lunch time is what you'd expect, but it's so closed in so I felt like I was waiting in a bread line. The girl behind the counter looked at me, confused, when I told her I'd placed my order online. Online? What's that? The chips and guacamole are awesome though.

This chipotle is super fast and friendly, the employees are always glad to help and always have a smile on their faces. We have come here as a company for over 7 years, and we refuse to go to any other chipotle. If there ever is an issue, its corrected without incident. Go to this location anytime between 11-1 and you will be hard pressed to find a close parking spot, because everyone who is anyone eats at this chipotle, and for good reason. I dont normally post reviews, but it seems there is some sort of smear campaign going on because I have personally eaten at this chipotle over 100 times and Ive NEVER EVER had a bad experience.

Since I work in close proximity and often order during the peak lunch hour, the fact that Chipotle offers online ordering is amazing. This location in particular has their online ordering system perfected, and never once have I had an issue picking up my food. People complain about the long lines, but I'd recommend using the Chipotle app. They do not mess around. Staff is friendly too.

This Chipotle has an odd layout,much different than other locations but its efficient.The burrito bowls and salads are awesome, the regular burritos and tacos can be missed they are OK,just not actual Mexican food if that's what you're looking for. Whenever I go to this location and its busy there will be one person making a large order,while the other employees stand and watch.I'm not sure why they never help the order taker and start on the new orders,maybe they can't leave their station or maybe they like to see us standing in line drooling.

I'm not one to normally complain about food especially chipotle, but I just received the nastiest burrito bowl ever from there. Not only is the serving super small, I feel like I'm eating a dairy bowl (60% is cheese and sour cream). I wasn't really paying attention as he was making my food and have never had a problem in the past so I just trusted it. All this guy could talk about was how ready he is to go home and that my bowl was the last one he was making before he left. I got half steak and the other half chicken. Steak is chewy and the chicken tastes undercooked. I'm so upset that I just had this experience there because I'm on a 80 mile drive home and was craving chipotle. Disappointed.

The vegetarian fajita burrito is the only menu item that I have tried, but it is fantastic. It has black beans, sauteed red onions and green peppers, choice of salsa(s), sour cream, cheese, guacamole, and romaine lettuce. My favorite salsas are the corn (medium), pico de gallo (mild), and the medium regular salsa. The guacamole should be award-winning, as it is better than 95% of full-service Mexican restaurant guac at a fraction of the price. My only grips? I want dessert! Flan, or dulce de leche cake, mango margarita cheesecake.... something, anything! And, they need to build a location in Plainfield, IL.

Chipotle is what it is. Fajita burrito bowl with chicken for me! Simple, fulfilling, and tastes good once in a blue moon. I've had better at different chipotle locations. Not everything tastes 100% the same from city to city I suppose! Very crowded at lunch, probably because of its location near all the businesses. It might be difficult to find a seat between 12-1pm. Workers are nice, and eating area is clean!

Chipotle is always a good lunch for me. I can eat as healthy as I want. I love the barbacoa, and I can even choose brown rice. The ingredients are always good quality. This store gets you through the line fast, but it can be difficult to get a table at lunch time.

I really like Chipotle's food, but this place needs some management attention to train the clearly out of control teenage workers. Rather than just throw the food into a tortilla and smash it into a wrapper, maybe they could take a little care in how they assemble the dinner I'm about to pay for and eat.

I usually go to the Chipotle on Rt 59 but I stopped by here because it was close. It was empty (which was a surprise) so I was able to get my order and get out quickly. The food was good when I got it home and they made my steak quesadilla exactly how I like it. Great job.

Great food and the staff was so nice to me with my complicated order!!! Theyre always busy but the cashier Jeff let me pay for and take my order at the front of the line since I had ordered for multiple people over the phone...of the chipotles I've tried this one has the best barbacoa steak too!

Get there slightly early for lunch as there is definitely a lunch crowd. Typical Chipotle food - the burrito bowls are tasty. The service is great. The noise level is kind of high inside and outside it's so quiet that it seems like everyone is listening to your conversation. Plenty of parking.

I went at lunch time and it was really busy. But the line went really fast because they had 5 people working the line including the store manager. The portions were average size but all in all just your average Chipolte.
