I love this place. Lots of room to take a sit and relax. Never crouded. I have never experienced their drive trough, however, I can tell for sure that stuff us nice and polite. I never had problems in this place. I am there 2-3 times a week and I have nothing to complain about

This place is terrible in comparison to the Starbucks on Butterfield. Maybe they have an issue with gay people but when someone asks for a tall redeye, which takes less than 30 seconds to make, and I see three three people with 5 min make time for their drinks go before mine, it's complete bullshit. On top of that when I asked to get my money back they took the 2 seconds with a shitty attitude and finally made it. Get some new employees with better attitudes.

This the SLOWEST Starbucks! I come here often because they have a drive thru which is convenient but I can always count on waiting several minutes regardless of how many cars are in front of me... My order is always right and yummy but it takes forever!

I enjoy coming to this Starbucks because it's never crowded and there's plenty of space to feel comfortable and get some work done.

4 stars for the PUMPKIN SPICE LATTE!! I'll admit, I'm a sucker for this drink and it only comes around in the fall. This place is on the way to work so once a week I go and treat myself. Sometimes once every two weeks. Only while it's in season. Mmmm...otherwise, hells naw I wouldn't be paying $4.55 daily for a cup of joe. ;)

Went to this Starbucks this morning...surprise, surprise....they are out of stoppers. That is twice this month. I will be going elsewhere from now on! Spilled hot tea on myself and clothes while I tried to carry everything into the building, trying not to slip because of the snow.

Ugh! Ordered a cinnamon dolce latte, but what I got was an overpriced cup of bitter tasting nasty coffee, with no cinnamon in it whatsoever. Definitely not returning to this Starbucks. Now, off to get the taste out of my mouth.

It's a good place to get your coffee just like any other franchise of Starbucks. Nothing special about it it's just employees making the coffee the way you want it every location is different by the employees this place is pretty good though

Slow service & twice I've been here they've been very consistent... Very consistent in getting my drink wrong... Been avoiding going to this starbucks. They should close!

Drive up is very slow......better get your act together before the new location by Pete's opens. I really want this location to do well and have supported it since it opened. I will still get my coffee here........for now.

I have three words for this Starbucks: clean your heads. I woke up with a craving for my gold standard: non fat extra hot extra caramel caramel machiato, no whip. Mmmmm. I couldn't get my jeans and sneakers on fast enough. I was glad I remembered to hit the garage door opener or I would have plowed right through the door backing out. It's a relatively quick drive to what used to be my very favorite Starbucks out here in the burbs. I tapped my fingers on the steering wheel waiting; not a huge line. Good. My good feeling changed to one of fear when my server couldn't get my order right over the speaker. Finally, assured that it was A-OK, I pulled up. The window opened, I proudly handed her my Starbucks card, she took it, and slammed the window shut. The window opened again and the card and receipt was shoved back at me, along with my drink that had coffee and caramel dripping down the sides. Thank God for manual dexterity or it all would have been in my lap before the window was slammed shut again. I tried to remain calm. There was no one behind me. I could get this straightened out. I got her attention and asked for napkins. She gave me 2. After they were soaked, she gave me another. I asked for another, she scowled. At that point, I wanted to take my tip out of the cup, but restrained myself...I mean, these jobs are not easy or pleasant. The taste that met my tongue was a cross between old grounds, old milk, no caramel, and something unidentifiable. What has happened to this place? I actually turned around and went back. They remade it. It was still lousy. Despite a really nice indoor and outdoor seating area, "turnover" and a "who cares" mentality has changed this place. I pitched the drink and moved on, in search of real Starbucks.

There are five Starbucks within a few miles from my house and this is the worse one. They are slow and customer service is not their priority. They often run out of sugar and cream. I've had to ask the barista on multiple occasions to restock. Unless I'm heading east bound on Roosevelt, I prefer the Lombard / Fountain Sq or the Oakbrook / 22nd locations. You would think all Starbucks are consistent but they are definitely not.

Normally I give a 3 star to Starbucks, but this Starbucks was on the road and was there when I needed it. So, on purely just being easy access during a long road trip - 4 stars to you!

This is my favorite Starbucks to go to in the area. It's nice and big and has a lot of places to sit and catch up with a friend and you don't feel like you are on top of each other like many other Starbucks. They have some seating outside too. Sometimes this location seems a little short staffed and you have to wait a few minutes before someone greets you, but other times you are barely to the counter and feel like you have to decide super quickly what you want- maybe a happy medium would be better. :) Yesterday I was with a friend and she accidentally spilled her whole large (sorry- still can't catch the lingo) pumpkin spice latte all over the counter and floor. The people working were SO nice about it. The manager said that if that's the worst thing that happens in her day then she's doing OK. I appreciated that perspective/attitude. They didn't make my friend feel bad and quickly made her a replacement drink- so nice. When we were there (a Friday late afternoon) they were doing a lot of cleaning- vacuuming up leaves from the floor, washing the doors and windows, etc. That was good to see. The manager was friendly and welcoming as each person entered the store even though she was cleaning and probably not particularly enjoying herself. Great leadership.

Rude inconsiderate staff.. Management unwilling to address the staff behavior problem. When I got in line to place my order there was another customer ahead of me chatting with the staff. There was also another customer browsing the pastries. When the customer ahead of me moved to the delivery window I was told I would have to wait because the woman browsing the pastries had entered the store ahead of me. He then asked her what she wanted and it seemed to me that she was not ready to order or even considered herself in line because she was at a loss for words. They proceeded to chat and figure out what she was going to order. I left the store. When I enter a store and browse the merchandise I do not consider myself in the order line. When I know what I want I then get in the order line to place my order. Apparently the staff has other ideas about who gets served first. A few minutes after leaving I called and spoke with the manager. She told me she was sorry but unable to do anything about the behavior of her staff. Maybe my problem is that I am not as young and pretty as the woman who got served out or order ahead of me. Maybe the employee taking orders is a clueless jerk. Maybe the management needs to pay more attention to how customers get treated.

The best part about Starbucks is that the drinks are consistent whether they're made in Shanghai, Fargo, or Villa Park. But the service is what makes each one unique. This one is real touch and go. As a regular customer for almost two years, most of the baristas still don't remember my regular drink. Some of the servers do though, and are friendly. Some are obviously being forced to work here against their will. Bonus: drive-thru.

This Stabucks is ridiculous! I got there quite regularly and my drink is only made properly about half of the time. I have tried to be understadning as I have worked as a barista before and I know mistakes happen but they should not happen this frequently. Today the manager made my drink and forgot the syrup. Overall, they just seem a little careless and lazy and new employees seem poorly trained. From now on, I will drive the extra mile out of my way to go to a different Starbucks!
