It's a Jimmy John's. I think by now everyone has tried Jimmy John's. They have great subs. So my review is more about service. They are very fast and I have not had a mess up yet. Everyone is friendly and I have never had an issue. For that reason, I don't really understand all the negative reviews. My guess is that only the people with bad experiences are reviewing and not those with good ones (like me).

Literally took 1 hour to deliver at 6:30pm- I live 5 minutes away. I could've ordered and gotten a pizza delivered in the same time it took this location to make a 2 sandwiches and grab a bag of chips...

Oh, Jimmy John's, you used to be my back-up delivery place both in Chicago, the suburbs, and when I lived in Minneapolis, mainly because of the original claim that your order could arrive in 15 minutes (or something like that). So, when pressed for time, I could rely on this quick delivery! But.....I'm not sure if the business model has changed - the whole freaky fast thing was unsustainable, maybe?, but with easy order deliveries being stretched out into the 30 to 45 minute territory, even when l live or work near the place, Jimmy John's begins to loose its luster for quick, cheapish, ubiquitous food. (Sarpino's, you're up!) Don't get me wrong, I like a Beach Club sandwich and some chips now and then or buy some of the day-old bread to make sandwiches at home, but I just have to remind myself to drive and pick it up (I know, I know........very pressing concern....but, hey, when it snows outside in the dead of January.....it's kind of a big deal!)

What can I say, it's Jimmy John's. If you're into cold, soggy, bland sandwiches that occasionally contain frozen lettuce and/or cheese (which melt and makes the bread even soggier) then you'll gladly eat at this place, but if you want a real sandwich look elsewhere. Service was okay, I got in and out within about 7 minutes. The place gets packed around lunch hour since it's near corporate companies and one of a handful of places nearby. I was hungry and saw Chipotle had at least triple the business this place had (the line was starting to form outside the door) and decided to suck it up and try terrible Jimmy John's once again. Since this is the burbs the price is very reasonable compared to the city. Immediately after biting into my tuna club I was met with disappointment as always with Jimmy John's. Stay away from JJ's until they get their act together. I can't understand why people flock to mediocrity.

I like JJs but I just went in this one and there was food and wrappers piled up on the floor and when I asked about it the cashier said we alway do that! Not a good way to promote a clean kitchen!

Has to be the worst run jimmy johns. No one here to confuse the cashier who got a salami and provolone sub wrong. The tables are dirty and the kid behind the counter was picking his infection. Gross gross gross. If I was the owner of this joint I would be embarrassed.

This is the worst Jimmy John's experience I've EVER had! It took an hour to get our food and they messed up the unwhich (we got bread and meat only) and left out the chips and drink. Then they finally brought the chips and drink and new sandwhich and the driver demanded that i go back up to the 8th floor and get the messed up sandwhich before i could take the new one. I expected a little more politeness and customer service... I was treated like a bother and didn't even get a free cookie... HORRIBLE experience. Order from jersey mikes or basically anywhere else. they obviously don't appreciate their customers.

I eat here often, and have had them deliver once. No problems, great subs. The inside of the store is small, so not good for big groups.

Well... First they still deliver to my old job site but since December 2010 the orders keep arriving very late. I wonder what has happened, this has been an ongoing progress towards being an unreliable sandwich delivery. A few times the sandwich was not prepared properly, toppings missing and delivery taking over an hour plus. It's becoming a problem. You expect when placing the order and taking on additional charges for product that it should be there. Maybe it's due to a change in delivery guys, but, there doesn't seem to be any fix to this. Oh and when they deliver late they never call to update, by the time I call to check on it, it happens to be on its way. When I ask the driver for a reason it was late, I get inconsistent responses. Second and this one is minor. Service in the store is average. Sandwiches come as ordered and it's a standard experience. There's one counter guy that has been there for some time now that will stop during an order taking, to entrance or exit greet attractive women. It's kind of funny in a stupid way. Can be annoying though, I really don't care to see the eyes follow the ladies and then the giggles between the guys there. I would assume the few ladies that have worked here would find it gross behavior.

Not all JJs are the same. Worst attitude I have ever seen. I get better service from dunkn donuts. Moving over to Jersey Mikes. Better sandwiches and better attitudes

No Freaky Delivery - Submitted and online order assigned to this store, it was accepted and credit card was charged but no delivery occurred. When we called to correct the issue they said we would never deliver there. We were charged and purchase was processed. They still took our money.

Want "freaky fast" delivery? This is definitely not your place! I waited 45 minutes for the delivery guy to show up withy one sub, drink, and pickle. Wish I would have ordered deep dish pizza and waited an extra 15 mins. Keep in mind they are about a mile and a half from my place The thing is, is that I am a phenomenal tipper. The guy took 45 minutes, refused to walk up to the third floor and I still tipped him $5.50 on a $10.50 order. I think he was a bit shocked as he asked me how much change he should give me 3 times. Get it together jimmy john's! I know it won't be there in like 10 seconds like the commercials advertise, but please... I could have had a pizza by then! Got bumped up to 2 stars because my special order was right.

This is by far one of the worst Jimmy Johns ever! Their subs are not freaky fast....and they are freaky wrong. We got one today that didn't even have meat on it! average wait time is around a half an hour. If there is an issue the manager there is NO HELP! He is surly and has no manners. I love Jimmy John's but I will not order from this one by my work. (they are in our parking lot) Once I had to wait an hour and a half to get a sub from them! When I called and ask the manager if there is anything he could do he just said sure and hung up on me. When the driver should up he quoted the regular price. Then the kid said he could just take them back if I didn't want them! WHAT???? I just waited an hour and a half!!! So then I called the manager and he started arguing with me then told the driver to "just leave the sandwiches" Ugh, that's not what I was looking for just an apology and maybe something off! What a joke...

This is the worst JJ location ever. Poor customer service. Slow deliver. I work right up the road on rt 60 and everytime I've ordered from here its taken these guys close to an hour to deliver my food. Today I ordered again thinking maybe it won't happen again. Instead it took them an hour and five minutes.
