Everyone has their Starbucks and this one is mine. The baristas know me by order and recognize me through the drive-thru camera. They are on the ball and super friendly. My drink is of the Skinny Latte variety, which I enjoy. I will occasionally get someone on the weekend that doesn't give me skim. However, it is rare that I wouldn't get exactly what I ask for. Service here is consistently good. I used to get breakfast sandwiches here all the time. The turkey bacon sammy is great. I liked the breakfast wraps they had awhile back, especially the bacon avocado one. I wish they would bring it back. As another poster commented, it can be a PITA trying to get in and out of this place.

The staff is extremely friendly & their speaker at the drive thru is so clear! It sounds random but placing orders can be frustrating when one of the parties can not hear each other. They are quick with the drink orders & so far my orders have been precise.

I love Starbucks and I go quite frequently. I have recently moved back into this area and I am trying to find my "home" Starbucks that I will visit the most. This Starbucks will DEFINITELY not be it. In the past week I have gone to this one four times and every time I go I have gotten rude service, wrong drink orders, and no personality baristas. This location is my go-to in the morning when I need a treat. I don't drink coffee (I don't like the taste--college would have been MUCH easier if I had!!) but I LOVE their summer drink. The Mocha Cookie Crumble Frap will always hold a special place in my heart! It's Starbucks, so it's pricey, but this drive-thru is usually really good at getting people in and out! They usually get the order correct, and they have done the best job at making my drink. Except for the one time that they forgot mine and my friend's flavor syrups (SO gross, btw) they are quick and efficient!

I generally like this Starbucks, but the last time I went in, it took me almost 10 minutes to get 2 caramel macchiatos. The nice thing was they did give me a free coupon to use. So I guess it kinda evens out? It was a little annoying, cause I was on my way to the dells, but I think they were understaffed for a saturday morning. Anyway, every other time I come in, the staff is friendly and gets my order right. They even know how to make the elusive doubleshot over ice. Probably my favorite cold drink. Although the refreshers are kind refreshing (see what I did there?) There is a lot of seating for people to lounge around inside and out, although I've never taken advantage of them.

This location is on my way to work so it fills a purpose of me being able to get Iced and or hot coffee, the people here are all very nice and friendly, a little crazy even some times but it makes the day go by so much faster so good for them the place is always clean and the condiment bar well stocked with sweeteners straws and napkins

The barista are always so friendly! Even right as they open! I have never had a bad experience. Even when they are busy they seem to have things under control. If you go in the drive through during the morning rush the lines can appear long but actually move fairly quickly. If you want to come in to study or meet with a friend there is a lot of space in the cafe. If you have no idea what you like, new to coffee, new to Starbucks, don't drink coffee? They are great at helping you find your new happy place in drink form.

Every time I come into this Starbucks I'm never disappointed!! The staff greets you as soon as you walk in and are always ready to take your order. They are quick and get your drink correct. I never have a hard time find a table to sit at so I can talk with friends and relax! Great service and great atmosphere!!

This is my favorite quick pick me up place. I can always count on Star Bucks for the best tasting coffee in my part of the hood or anywhere's that I know in the city. For the many years that I've gone here, The coffee has always been excellent; the place is always clean, and the customer service has always been spot on friendly. You kinda expect that if your paying an arm and a leg for your daily coffee pickup (multiply that times 365 some days of the years and then you realize how much money your are pouring into this chain). Hell, if I didn't have this coffee addiction, I could have brought that 3d Flat screen TV that I have been lusting for the past year or so, but Star Bucks coffee is a small sacrifice in exchange to get me through the day. Anyways, what got me addicted to their coffee is their Caramel Frappucino. And after several years and 30 pounds later, I am still ordering the same Frappucino. I tell you, Im addicted to this shit.

Clean, but music is often too loud. Staff have a very positive attitude. I like it there, especially they little table around the corner.

The baristas there know me by order as I order the same thing ALMOST everyday. It is a drive-thru, so that makes it very DANGEROUS for me. Their breakfasts sandwiches are very tasty and a good start to a long day. Their drive-thru is quite packed around 8:50am - 9:15am when I usually stop in. Their baristas are friendly and always greet with a smile. I usually order decaf mochas and my husband orders regualr mochas and java chip frappucinos. During the fall, they offer a very yummy muffin that goes really well with a nice hot coffee. Their Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin is like biting into autumn all in single muffin. The pumpkin spice, toasted pumpkin seeds, and creamy sweet cream cheese on top make this muffin something to get in the fall. They offer it at all Starbucks I'm sure...but it's something I like to get with my coffee. Another sweet I also like to get and it is seasonal is their Cranberry Bliss Bar. They only offer it around the winter months, but it is something that is truly addicting...especially if you like cranberries and cream cheese. Now you ask, if all you get are mochas, how can you rate this place. Well, lemme tell you, I've had cappucinos and even their Skinny Latte(which btw, was HORRIBLE, I'm sure those who are used to sugar-free things are used to the taste, but if you aren't...steer FAR FAR away from their Skinny line unless you plan on torturing yourself with the horrible 'fake' taste. Sorry, I'll take the carbs and real sugar thanks! or none at all!) Their breakfast sandwiches are rather yummy, and I am curious to try their new Hot Chocolate line and Baked breakfast pastry, which name eludes me at the moment. Suffice to say, the consistancy is pretty spot on, though it really depends on which baristas you get to make your beverage of choice. MOST of the time, I get a mocha I enjoy though. So, if you live close to this Starbucks and drive through in the morning, you'll probably see myself or my husband picking up our morning coffee or breakfast every weekday. :)
