I know, BDUBB'S right. I liked here. The staff knows how to get down have fun and make you feel special. Wings were very good and hot. The beers nice and cold. What more can you ask for. Oh that's right BIG SCREENS! LOL. This place is live and I would recommend this one.

I'm a regular there and usually they are just ok with service. I was really annoyed sitting at bar and having bartender more focused on checking her phone then her patrons. Seriously! If I was the manager I'd not allow! However the night manager was more concerned about being friends with the shift it appeared and sounded. We even heard staff complaining of new management not allowing staff to eat during shifts but this one manager doesn't care. Not good for customers to be a part of your drama! We just don't care! Also, when you have use by dates on food and its expired. Perhaps don't have it facing in the beverage cooler for all to see! Really made me question what I don't see.

1 star for rude and bitchy attitude on the phone for pickup orders. We decided to eat somewhere else. Go ahead and see for yourself.

It's a chain but sometimes that's why you go to a restaurant - you know the place is the same no matter what city you're in. Enjoyed some beer and wings, along with good friends. This seems to be one of the hoppin' places for Sunday NFL with plenty of TV's and places from which to watch. This type of restaurant will never get 4 stars from me - the food just isn't that great and never will be. By judging from my one visit to this place, it needs to be a bit quicker in service. Our food took a LONG time to come out and we had come in after the Friday night rush.

The food is consistent, but usually the service is slow. Every so often we will get a really great server. The restaurant is VERY loud, so of you're wanting to visit with friends, this is probably not the place for you.

I stopped over at this new BWW right after it opened it Sterling and was under the expectations that this would be just like the one I tried in Naperville. Once our waitress took our orders, it felt like we waited an eternity for the food to show up. The restaurant was starting to get pretty full, but still, it was unacceptable. When our food finally came out, the manager came out to apologize for the wait, as there was a shift change of the staff and took our entire check on the house, which was a welcome surprise. The food and atmosphere was the typical sports bar-esque crowd and that's the end of the story. But, to be fair, just having this type of establishment in the Sauk Valley Area is a HUGE deal amongst locals, trust me....I used to be one!
