Usually have great food and good service but not this time! Dinner - Ordered food and drinks. Drinks came but waitress disappeared. After 50 minutes we asked another server to get her. Waited another 10 minutes for her with empty drinks. We asked her what was taking so long and our waitress kind of snapped on us and when we asked to speak to her manager she refused to get the manager. The five of us then packed up and left and went to one of their competitors where we were treated well, served fast and had a great meal!! Bye, bye Chili's. It will be a long time before we return. And btw, the entire Southern section of the restaurant wasn't even being used that night and they still couldn't keep up. Heard others complain and some also left just like us. There are too many dining choices out there to tolerate rude staff, poor service and ineffective or ambivalent management!!

Go to Chilis a lot and we enjoy it. Went today and service was great Lindsey was great. Soda and chips were always refilled and she was very nice. Other places in Springfield could learn from Chilis.

I love chili's. However. The service at this location is horrible. we waited close to 2hrs for our food. It was cold. The server was rude. we ordered margarita's and when she brought them it was probably as close to a glass full of margarita mix minus alcohol as you could get. unfortunately, I'd rather drive to STL for better service and better food.

Margaritas and lunch in the bar. Very nice bartender and decent food. Not spectacular but perfect for a mid-day stop while shopping.

I love this place! Everytime I come here I get the sothwestern rolls or crispy chicken fingers. They're extra crispy and delicious!! And they're honey mustard is crazy good. My mouth is watering for some now.

This restaurant has call ahead seating which we usually love because we have a child with severe autism and other issues added in. This particular Saturday night, I called and specifically said we would need a booth (it's easier and more comfortable for our son) I was told it would be 35 minutes. We arrived 30 minutes later. It was quite busy and we were asked to have a seat and we did absolutely without complaint. While we were waiting (another25 minutes) our child was becoming anxious. We were then called to be seated and they said that they were going to sit us at a table. They said we would have to wait another 20 minutes if we weren't going to take the table. We left and had to get fast food because every other sit down restaurant near had a wait as well. We were very upset and won't be returning. It wouldn't have been so bad if they weren't rude about it. We are always aware of our son's needs and try to plan accordingly. We weren't asking for to be seated ahead of others, we just knew that there was no way out child could wait longer. I am very saddened by the way we were treated.

This is your typical Chili's, nothing too special although the service has always been great. The manager even donated some gift certificates for a charity golf outiny once.

We actually eat here quite often. Its one chain restaurant that is pretty consistent. They have awesome chipoltle chicken strips but the side of corn on the cob sucks. I have also gotten the Portobello Jack Fajitas that were really yummy and it must be pretty popular because sometimes they are out of portabellos. Nice seasoned fries and fresh chips with the bottomless chips and salsa appetizer. My man unusually gets a big juicy burger of some sort that he always seems satisfied with. Its decently priced for what it is. They have a very kid friendly kids menu with a wide variety of things for them to choose from. As for Bob! he is the best waiter ever! Minus one star for soggy corn on the cob and minus another star for seating us right in front of the open kitchen door three times in a row.

We had a very good experience holding a business dinner meeting at this location. The staff rearranged tables for us. The food was quite good -- I chose the fajita platter with grilled chicken and seared shrimp. The platter was piping hot and delicious but a 99-cent side of rice and beans disappointed. The rice was cold when served and the beans looked like a soup rather than a side of black beans should look. Still, we enjoyed ourselves and our server kept our glasses refilled. We might go back.

28 Weight Watchers points in the Top Shelf Fish Tacos meal. I probably should have taken 1/2 of it to go but they were so good. Nice flavor combination. Friendly, courteous service in a relaxed atmosphere. Great place for lunch on the road.

Dad wound up not feeling so well all night after having quesadillas here. Those ziosk things are awful. I had no idea when my kids started touching it that wed wind up with a $1.99 charge. Complained to the server who blew it off. Should require a credit card if you're going to have them, make basic games free like at Buffalo Wild Wings, or better just get rid of them! Don't need sneaky charges when I go our to eat with kids.
