This Subway will never get my business again. Every time I go there, they seem to be annoyed when I ask for extra onions on my sandwich. I know it seems moot, but it is just onions! I don't even get cheese on my VEGGIE sandwich and I get glared at for extra onions? Also, they should try putting more than three pickles on the six-inch VEGGIE sandwich. Yes, I am using all caps to make a point. I am not exhaggerating. They make skimpy sandwiches.

Love walking to this subway at lunch time. Staff is pretty friendly and they remember you when you return. Sandwiches are always perfect to my standards for a subway sandwich. See you soon, you know I can't stay away. I'll walk over even in the rain.

Stupid people, worst customer service !! I really wish they close down . Im surprised SUBWAY corporate people aren't taking any action . First, they dont feel like putting anything in their sandwiches, you have to literally ask em 2 3 times to put some stuff in it , lady closed the lights of half dinning area while we were eating !!! Then this stupid lady closed the back door ! When i was trying to exit from the back , she said," we are closing the back door", while i entered from the back and have my car parked there ! I was asked to leave from the front .. THIS IS NOT THE ONLY TIME I HAVE EXPERIENCED THIS KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THIS JUNKY PLACE , BUT THIS IS THE ONLY TIME IM WRITING !

Terrible service. I asked for spinach and she gave me four leaves. I asked for more and she gave me three more leaves. Ridiculous. I asked for a coffee and had to wait for her to serve three customers behind me. Really? Too hard to put a paper cup in the Keurig and push a button?

This subway should get shut down. I WAS a repeat buyer until today. I purchased a cookie. I love subway cookies because of their chewiness. On this day, I took a bite out of my white chocolate macadamia cookie and I almost broke my tooth. This was at 11:30 am on a Monday morning. I go up to the lady at the cashier complaining of the situation. She lies and she states she baked all of those cookies this morning. I tell her I have subway cookies all the time and these taste rock hard like they were stale and hard (like yesterday's leftovers). She gets pissed and starts mumbling to her coworker in her native language. I turn back and the next thing I notice is all the macadamia white chocolate cookies have disappeared from the case (like she was trying to cover up her tracks). I insisted that she replace my cookie and she gets pissed off yelling at me that I can't be returning cookies. I don't want to be rude (all I wanted was a soft cookie---was that too hard to ask for?) I wouldn't be returning it if she hadn't given me yesterday's special in the first place. I point to the cookie that I think looks soft and chewy and she angrily shoves it into the bag. Talk about manners 101. That old lady needs to be reprimanded.

Mismanaged franchise location for the following reasons: 1) Vegetables were going bad; 2) Store didn't have the apples listed on menu for children; 3) All bathrooms were out of order; 4) Staff was unfriendly. I will not go back.
