Salad bar is always well stocked and clean. Looks, like a chef specially washed and dried each leaf of spinach. Petite filet is a great value! Zinfandel selection is on the light side, more like a pinot, but it pairs well with the steak. Mt friend - the wings expert- says the wings are really good. He ate all 8!

Had a coupon for free appetizer. The appetizer was scanty and really a waste. Prices for food too expensive. Salad bar ok but gave me a stomach ache. I think i will skip this place next time.

We recently visited this Ruby Tuesday since it's attached to the Hampton Inn were we stayed. All we were looking for was drinks and appetizers since none of us had eaten that morning. That's exactly what we had. Big Dipper Sampler - Southern style chicken tenders, cheese fries, Thai spring rolls, and fried mozzarella. My favorite was the Thai springs rolls, surprisingly. The spicy chile sauce that it came with was very tasty! We also had a few beers. I always forget about Ruby Tuesday's and their salad buffet they offer. Pretty solid lunch spot.

And so it came to pass that Mrs B received an offer from Ruby Tuesday for a free birthday hamburger. And she invited me to join her - and pay for my part of the meal, and she would pay for her sandwich. She is very understanding that way! (She understands how to simultaneously freeload and stiff me with the bill.) We came here with a tad of apprehension because some Yelpers claimed that this Ruby Tuesday is dirty. Tain't so: I saw little evidence of any dirtiness. There were a few bread crumbs on the floor, but everything seemed A-OK to me. I even inspected under the table for ossified chewing gum, but found nothing. Just call me "Drunken Hines." We were promptly seated at a booth and our waitress greeted us promptly. Since the promotion was for a free hamburger, she chose one and I obediently followed her lead. While waiting for the main course, we were furnished sodas and a few complimentary (and forgettable) little muffins. While our waitress disappeared into the ether for 10+ minutes, we patiently waited and discussed matter of the day, such as our elder daughter's forthcoming marriage to a guy named "Guy." Mrs. B complained that the place was cold. She said she was frigid, and I concurred (that is a double entendre, for the uninitiated.) The temperature in the area where we were sitting must have been no more than 65 F, and a family sitting at an adjacent table also agreed that something was messed up. The temperature in the adjoining bar and buffet area was substantially warmer. The waitress reappeared after 10-15 minutes with our sangwitches and refilled our drinking glasses. She once again exited, possibly entering the Twilight Zone. Nothing was particularly memorable about the sandwiches. They were plain, standard-issue burgers accompanied by fries. They were not particularly outstanding, but there was nothing substandard about them either. Frankly, I am not as critical as others about the quality nor presentation of the food. It was average, and I evaluated it as average. Service was average - and the waitress should have stopped by a bit more frequently. So I am giving this location an average rating. And I really mean average, not below-average, in my opinion. PS: Did you know that Ruby Tuesday was named after the Rolling Stones song? Really! Ruby Tuesday is a restaurant chain owned by Morrison, Inc. Ironically, Jim Morrison was the lead singer of The Doors, a rival band. He died a while ago, but it had nothing to do with Ruby Tuesday restaurants: he probably died from drug abuse, not Ruby Tuesday's food. And I have no comments about the doors leading into this building, either.

Fantastic, wonderful, really good, acceptable, mediocre...these are all delightful words, and none of them are applicable to this establishment on this day. Awful - just straight awful from the word go here. Granted, a bit of a "shame on me" for going here in the first place. But you still need to try I suppose, and I'm not so sure Ruby Tuesday did even that tonight. What was so bad, you might ask? *Wife's margarita tasted more like overly sweet limeade than anything resembling an actual margarita. Even after sending it back, it came back essentially the same. *Queso appetizer consisted of stale chips and what looked like luke-warm cheese food product (not likely actual cheese) and canned tomato dip that you see in the velveeta ads. I think it was about here we punted on trying to send things back for being bad, as we were hungry and pushing the boundaries of our daughters patience and attention span. *Entrees came out maybe warm (ish?). Pretty much everything was bland, obviously something we could just get at Costco, and generally pretty lousy. We both left with partially eaten plates, upset stomachs, and copious regret. *Apparently, not all the kids meal entrees come with one of the listed sides. This was only discovered when I saw the $3.75 charge for a tiny cup of grapes to go with some mac and cheese (also not warm). That's just robbery...and the final straw. After having to further complain about our lackluster experience, our waitress was kind enough to comp the most expensive grapes in the history of mankind. So, with all of that being said - to the Ruby Tuesday in Skokie by Old Orchard Mall: We don't come with outrageous expectations. We just wanted a meal out as a family. What we got was barely that...and we paid heavily for the "privilege" of gastrointestinal discomfort and regret. I started with some shame on me, and maybe some chain restaurant regret. But - it is 100% shame on you. Start trying.

We absolutely love this place-which is why we keep dining here! Our waitress-Patty is the best! She's very attentive and makes very helpful recommendations! Food was very delicious and all orders came out promptly! The biscuits are awesome and wish they were bigger... The unlimited garden bar has a variety of fresh ingredients and is an excellent substitute option for a side order. You must get the Hickory bourbon salmon and hickory bourbon-glazed porkchop! Chicken tenders were good too, not to mention the full slab of ribs and their burgers dont disappoint!

Ordered crab cakes with a side of mashed potatoes. The potatoes were clearly from a can or a mix, but they tasted OK so whatever. The crab cakes were average. The food poisoning from the crab cakes hit me later that night and the vomiting lasted two days. If you are driving by this place, keep on driving.

You know what's fun? Being in Chicagoland and eating at a Ruby Tuesdays! Ok, maybe not so much, but I like seeing my family even if they pick odd restaurants. BC this is in a hotel, there's no real lobby to the restaurant. Our table was ready, if missing a chair, so we didn't have to stand awkwardly by the door. The salad bar is sketch, but I went for a burger on a pretzel bun and it was really quite good. Our waiter was nice, but...clearly not going to moving up to a fancier restaurant any time soon.

Charlie Green said it best, "Well, well, well..." He was singing the "Chicago Bus Stop" but he could have been referring to Ruby Tuesday. It's the kind of expression reserved when people are surprised to see someone somewhere at some time....you get it. Look at all the reviews...people slam it but eat here--with extended family. I'm not going down that route...face it the food could be found in your local grocers frozen food aisle next to the deserts they serve but I'm not slamming the food. Nor I'm not going to slam the kitsch decor...could care less. This is the place you eat if you are too tired to do something...it's the fuck it I don't want to drive or leave the hotel option. I mean it's 3 stars all the way. The salad bar is fine...they have a bar, it's cheap, and fast. If McDonald's had a twin that fancied khakis and polo shirts it would be a place like this but Ruby would be too proud to talk to Ronald. See what I've done...everyone is too good for something. What's one persons dump is another person's graduation choice is another person's bastard burger. I'm waxing philisophical over a chain....finally my point- Don't get your hopes up.

Even with a Ruby Tuesday within walking distance of my home, it has been at least a decade since I've been to this large chain. This RT location was adjacent to my motel, and I was too tired from travel to drive very far. My general impressions were then, as they are now; picture an attempt by a high school cafeteria to operate a commercial eatery, and you won't be off by very much. The general run of the menu is uninspiring, prepared without inspiration and presented in a dining experience which borders upon amateurish. On the upside, their salad bar is decent and varied. A bit more attention to rinsing the cleaning solution from the salad greens would have improved my assessment, but this was the highlight of Monday's dinner none the less. Hats off to my waitress for the evening, Pat. When my medium rare steak was brought to the table it was visually apparent that "medium rare" was actually "medium well." All it took was a smile to Pat for her to realize the kitchen's error, and it was re-fired quickly. The quality of the rib eye was quite low-grade, but it was seasoned well. I'm grateful that nothing I ate here got me sick, but next time I'll drive to one of the many nearby restaurants.

I have visited this location twice now and usually sit at the bar. The salad bar, which with some entrees is only $1.99 more, is really great, with lots of fresh choices. Lots of business people here in between corporate travel and sales calls, and since it is inside the Hampton Inn, they offer room service to the hotel, and lots of people come in and order food to take back to their room. All the servers seem to be in a good mood and are friendly, midwestern style, and are very fast. There are definitely some calorie bombs on the menu, but also lighter choices clearly marked on the menu as well.

This is usually our family stand by restaurant. However I couldn't tell you the last time I've actually enjoyed my good there. I could go on and on about the food because I've pretty much almost everything on the menu but instead I'll just say this.... TOO MUCH SALT! Everything is over salted to the point where it makes it hard to eat. I always forget to say no added salt and regret it later. So of you are like me and don't like too much salt then ask them to not add extra. You'll thank me later. The burgers are mediocre at best. They often taste dry and lack overall flavor. The fries are store bought, comparable to mcdonalds. The streaks are decent. The deserts are good. The pasta with the broccoli is inconsistent. The broccoli is brought over from the salad bar and added to the plate. It's not even cooked and makes the dish have a weird texture. Overall ruby Tuesday is inconsistent. Especially for a chain restaurant....the only thing you can count on is lots of salt!

Went here for my son's birthday. Had jambalaya pasta, which was over seasoned. Service was hard to come by and mostly forgot about us. For the price, you'd be better off going across the road to one of the restaurants in old orchard mall. Won't go here again.

I have not been to my local Ruby Tuesday in so many years but welcomed the menu with caloric consumption documented. I chose the Spaghetti squash with marinara sauce and zucchini and loved the dish. My son had the Buffalo tenders with fries and that was typical. The service was good and attentive, but I was a little peeved when I yelped in and they questioned the free dessert offer. The cupcake I got was suboptimal but I didn't have room to check their desserts or salad bar. I'll be back.

This is an update from my last visit.....honestly, every time we decide to return, we are disappointed. I guess they send out those coupons for a reason...Anyway, I order the mini burgers which came with the salad bar. The salad bar has gone downhill drastically with no pickled beets and no cottage cheese. The bar was a mess! My mini burgers (2) were overcooked and looked like 2 tiny hockey pucks. The cheese on it was negligible and there was no garnish....no onion, lettuce or tomatoes. Tasteless. My husband ordered the Baja (fancy name for Bah!) Chicken Tacos and he almost choked on a bone in the chicken WHEN he could find some. The menu indicted cooked peppers and neglected to say they were jalopena peppers. Overall, his was inedible too. We did not tell the manager...we should have complained but with the crowd and poor service, we were just too frustrated. Never again!

Sigh, I should have put my foot down when my parents chose this place for dinner. They recently had a good experience at a Ruby Tuesdays in Virginia and figured the experience would be similar at this Skokie location. Everything about tonight was awful. The service was lackadaisical except when it came time to get the check. We were all only halfway done with our entrees when our server came by to tell us he would be bringing our check. How about a refill first?? I guess we weren't going to hear about the desserts.... My dads steak was so tough and overcooked that he started laughing after a few cuts. Normally he isn't the type to find humor in these types of situations but the ridiculousness was off the charts tonight. It was like watching the dull knife demonstration segment in an infomercial. He was putting so much effort into just cutting the steak that he barely wanted to eat it afterwards. My moms New Orleans seafood platter was salty and the portion was so sad. Again, we laughed. At least I got to show my parents how to use Yelp to find another place for dinner #2

I wonder when the last time this restaurant was inspected for cleanliness? My hubby & I went there only because he had a coupon. And it will be my last. We went there on a snowy Sunday afternoon for lunch. Walked in the door and the place had a handful of people in it. We were greeted by a young man who promptly sat us at a booth. Upon sitting down I noticed a corner of the tabletop looked like something was stuck to it. Syrup perhaps? I avoided that area. The server came by and took our order. When she returned with our drinks, and left, I noticed my glass felt like there was filth stuck to the outside of it. I was a little cautious about asking for a new glass since our server was a little grumpy. I had a straw, so I thought I could work with it. She came back about 10 minutes later and brought our food. The jalapeno pretzel burger was mediocre. As I started eating I looked over at the wall next to me, which was DISGUSTING! It looked like a bunch of little kids had smeared their meals on the wall. I looked around the room and noticed that other walls had this same disgusting grime. ICK! At this time a woman was telling her 3 yr old boy to get off the floor. This is when I noticed how gross the floor was! Do the people who work there ever SWEEP or VACUUM? The kid was picking up pieces of food off the floor and shoving it in his mouth!!! I almost lost my lunch at that point! The mom noticed me and my facial expression and immediately grabbed her kid. You would think an observant server would notice that both glasses on a table were empty, even if she walks by a few times. Nope. And then she disappeared for what seemed to be 15 minutes. I was thirsty. By the time she came back we were finished with our meals and were ready for the check. She said she'd be right back. 10 minutes later my husband got up and went looking for her! Couldn't find her!!! At that time I took the opportunity to use the restroom, which is outside of Ruby Tuesday in the Hampton Inn. They must have sewer issues because the bathroom smelled disgusting. Not necessarily from a human, but more like an underground issue with sewer line gas. Gross! When I came out of the restroom I found my husband walking over to the register and handing the check to our server (who apparently appeared when I left). Review in a nutshell: This place is not clean. The server we had didn't want to be working on a Sunday. Where a mask if you have to use the restroom. My rating = F!

Really wish i got the bartenders name, or could remember. I sat at a high table near the bar and he made sure to give me the proper attention and conversation. Great social bartender and very friendly. For that i am giving 4 stars, but will update this if i come back to eat

I stayed for a week while my boyfriend worked on a show. I ate a lot of food here throughout the stay. Id suggest the spring rolls. They were soooo sooo good. Drinks are okay but the best would be the cold teas..... The new spicy steak was the better he steaks. I would skip the macaroni and cheese, the desserts (other than the chocolate cake and cheesecake). Those are just the selections that stuck out, everything else was fine.

Long story short-we came in for lunch and we had to dine in since we had a coupon (sign up on-line and you get lots of great offers). We were pretty nervous since we had our 4.5 year old Autistic son with us and he does not always do well with sitting still, being quiet, etc. We informed the host about our special needs and he was nice about, but then still proceeded to seat people in the booths directly next to us. I really try to not be the parents with the child who drives everyone crazy so we grabbed our server, Farid, and asked to be moved. He was so sweet and let us sit in another room that was not open for lunch. This was our choice-they did not ask us to move-but for our comfort we preferred to have a bit more space. Thanks to that room we had a great lunch. The manager came and changed the channel on the TV for us, our son was able to watch that and his little movie at the table. Even though we were now out of his section Farid still took great care of us. In the end our son was extremely patient and content, even eating a few bites of his meal! I think not having all the distractions of other people coming and going helped him too. So our food was brought out quickly which was a huge plus. And it was all good-I had that pleasing moment of being the first person to dig into the fresh salad bar! I felt guilty dropping a tomato! The selection on the salad bar was huge, fresh and I love that pasta salad with the ham and peas. My steak was delicious and I love the fries. Husbands burger was good and my son's kids meal was a good deal-2 mini burgers and fries for $4.49. After we finished our meal our son wanted to sit in the big chairs in the bar and watch all the televisions. When it was finally time to go he was so sad to leave! Thank you to the staff for being so kind and welcoming to my family! We will be back!

It was just OK. Second time here the staff I would have to say was very un attentive as with my first time there. I ordered the half ribs, mash potatoes, & green beans my food tasted like they just warmed it up slapped some bbq sauce on there & put it on the plate. it was bland. Not sure if i should give it a third try.

Ruby Tuesday was right next to our hotel and since we arrived for a late check in at Hampton Inn we thought we'll just eat here. It's just a typical Ruby Tuesday, if you been in one you've been in them all. The food was pretty good and the service was fast and friendly. My daughter was a little grumpy from the long drive so we pretty much ate as fast as we could just to get back to the room. Wish we would have had it delivered to our room which was a nice option that we found out after we ate. 4 stars for the very friendly staff.

This particular Ruby Tuesday is located in the Hampton Inn. As always I usually sit at the bar. Bartenders are great and the service is very consistent. Happy to report that the service has improved in the dining room as well. Love the salad bar. Everything is cool, crisp, and fresh. The entree's themselves are quite delicious. My favorite is the ribs and chicken tenders. The burgers are great. Any burger can be served on a pretzel bun!! I like having the option of onion rings instead of fries. Sign up for the email offers for some nice savings including a free meal on your birthday. It's well worth the effort.

It has a great make-your-own salad bar, which made it THE place to go for this Jewess on Passover! The veggie trio was especially perfect, where you can pick three vegetable sides and do the salad bar too for $10.50. Buuut the food just isn't great. The zucchini was the highlight of my veggie trio, the broccoli was okay but needed salt, and the spaghetti squash was all right but needed salt and pepper. Just not the coarse ground pepper they put on your table! Wow! A couple of turns of that sucker and I was having pepper for dinner. At least it's not chametz! My mom said her avocado grilled chicken sandwich was bland. The best part of the meal? Apparently the mac and cheese, though I'll have to go back after Passover ends in the diaspora to try it sometime. Our waiter was friendly too, although he didn't quite know how to deal with our Yelp check-in deal of a free dessert. Poor guy!

Ehh.. Fast service. Place needs to be updated. Restroom gross. Salad bar isnt impressive. Food is fine but bit on the salty side. Nothing special. Mash potatoes don't seem that it was made from scratch.. the spinach artichoke tad bland.. I could get better stuff at the grocery store.. my steak wasn't as juicy and flavorful... this is a restaurant I wouldn't go to again. But thanks!

Rolled in late at night and my girldfriend and I decided to hit up the hotel bar instead of venturing downtown.. The salad bar here is pretty extensive.. although, clearly sitting around all day. The shrimp fondue was ok.. a little thick and too tangy I thought though. The asiago steak was pretty good. I had the chicken trio which was good too.. If you order a Caesar they dont know what you're talking about.. or should I say abOOt ;) I think they put cocktail sauce in the tomato juice to pretend it was Clamato.. kinda wierd but ok... suggestion by bartender for another vodka drink was electric koolaid and it was bright blue but pretty bland.

One word to describe my visit: DISGUSTING!!! We just came here this past Saturday night, we were actually on our way to the Cheesecake Factory but were passing this up and since my boyfriend and I both have never been to Ruby Tuesdays we thought we would give it a try! BAD CHOICE! When we walked in we were seated right away, restaurant was not busy at all there were only a few customers in the dining area and a few others by the bar watching the game. First thing i noticed when i walked in was how dirty the floors were. Food everywhere, a server vaccumed it up like 5 minutes later. Our server was fine but the table was dirty and had old pieces of broccoli on it and even inside my menu was an old straw wrapper. My boyfriend ordered a burger medium well and it was not cooked properly it was meduim rare instead. I orderd some chicken tenders that were supposed to be spicy and it tasted HORRIBLE!!!!! I'm pretty sure they got the order wrong and only gave me regular chicken tenders instead of the spicy ones i ordered. The chicken tenders werent even cooked through properly and I ended up getting sick, (I didnt notice until i ate it - when i looked inside the other ones) luckily i only had one otherwise i would have been super sick. My boyfriend usually finishes his food always (big guy) and didnt touch the other half of his burger. I only had one chicken tender. It was digusting! I will never eat at another Ruby Tuesdays again! On top of all that it took forver to get our food! How is your restaurtant almost empty and it takes foever to make some simple foods like a burger and chicken tenders? How in the world do you messup chicken tenders???? Such a dissappointment and huge waste of time and money! Wish I could get my money back! (P.S.The only pros were the biscuits.)

It was a Saturday evening and not very crowded. We did have a group of 10 which may have made it a little difficult for the waitress. The waitress was very polite but was clearly overwhelmed and did not get any support from other staff. It is never a good sign when the dinner order starts with what the restaurant is our of (ribs). I ordered a hamburger instead and the quality was ok, which is what I expected. My young cousins ordered spaghetti but had to send it back because the noodles were undercooked, everything else (for 8 more people) was good. I think if we has a smaller group, the service would have been better so I don't think the restaurant is a good choice for larger groups.

This location is one of the best Ruby Tuesday locations I've been to and as a frequent traveler I've been to a dozen in the past year. The salad bar is always fresh and generally well maintained. The menu is relatively common "American" but I don't view that as a problem. If I wanted "inspired" menu items I would go elsewhere and expect to pay at least double the cost. All of the steaks and seafood are as good as any chain and typically at extremely competitive prices. The staff at this location is very attentive and eager to please. The only knock I have on this location or Ruby Tuesday in general is that their draft beer selection is very limited and always common ie Blue Moon, Sam Adams, Bud and Miller at every location. Chicago has several local breweries that would be nice to see on the draft list at this location.

Really, really bad, bad, bad. The food is horrific!!!!! The little cheese biscuits could be considered deadly weapons if used with a sling shot. Ordered the shellfish trio. Lobster tail was minuscule and raw, shrimp was cooked to the consistency of shoe leather and the crab cake looked and tasted like it had been scraped from someone's shoe. The prices were relatively low. If you're on a budget and have no taste - it's a great choice!

As far as a Ruby Tuesday goes, it right there with most of them. The food was good, as was the service. I would have given it more starts, but we found one disturbing issue... we brought our kids, on the kids menu there's cupcakes for $.99/ea., and on the grown up menu there are cupcakes too, 2 for $2.99... thought they would be bigger if they cost $.50 more for them... NOPE, they are the same size. So they knocked the price down to the $.99 we saw on the kids menu... but that's just wrong if you ask me, and that probably lies with the corporate management/menu decisions rather than the location, but I pull a star just for that reason. Might go back.

Well, my kids and I were here on 08.14.14 around 6 pm, celebrating my daughter's birthday. I had loved the Ruby Tuesday that used to be at Lincolnwood Mall, so thought this one was gonna be like that...Well, we walk in and I expected to sort of be greeted by the "hostess", but she was in a conversation with some other guy that worked there. OK, well maybe it will be just a few seconds, maybe she has to just wrap up the conversation...but uuuhhhmmm...tick tock tick tock...she keeps talking...I guess a party of four that just walks in and there is no other living soul waiting to be seated...ya know..hard to notice...I honestly started to think that we had to seat ourselves...so I whispered to my 18 yr old...do you think we seat ourselves? When lo and behold...yippppeeeee...she noticed us!!! So we finally get esccrted to our table...where she obviously is not into the whole hostessing thing yet...and inattentively places the menus on the table so that one falls...and do i hear "oh I will get that"..."oh sorry"...nope...i bend down and get it...anyway this is a 180 from TGIF...where they freaking notice you as you are parking in their lot...and swing the doors wide open with a warm energetic welcome...Soooo now you are probs wondering, uhhhm but why the 5 stars then?? Well, each of those 5 stars belongs to our waitress Patti...She was awesome. She totally erased the negative first impression... Extremely welcoming,...sweet...super attentive...5 star service...and then the food..yummy...we all loved our dishes...my hickory bourbon chicken was so delicious..omg and the onion rings were perfect..my 18 yo had the petite sirloin..she says to me "mom I'm making this my #1 restaurant..my bday girl loved her chicken BLT, but got full from the great salad bar. My 11 yo son scarfed down his chicken strips...Food was great...but I am telling you this...it even taste better when Patti serves it..lol...but really she made it a wonderful dining experience.. Thanx...

My office is within walking distance of Ruby's. It's a great lunch time or happy hour spot for us. I really like their mini burgers - and at lunch a combo comes with 2 mini burgers, fries, and salad bar. WINNING. Recently I tried their "veggie trio" at lunch, which is any 3 side dishes plus salad bar - equally tasty. Happy hour specials are good - but don't try to order any drinks with red bull in them - they don't stock it in the bar. If you want, you can go to the hotel lobby and purchase some, and they'll make you the drink (Seriously.) Staff is always polite and on top of things, especially during lunch. They know a lot of us come over from across the street and are working on a time crunch to get a decent lunch in.

I just ate there, the best part was Nick, my waiter, who was extremely pleasant and attentive, this goes a long way! I ate the classic burger and the blondie brownie. The burger was good but was a bit small and didn't quite live up to the hype (commercials, etc) but it was good. They only bring you a small cup of ketchup for the fries, which was enough but just barely. The blondie was good, initially it looked small but actually the portion was perfect. Once I finished I left the restaurant safisfied, and now actually that I ponder on it, the burger was the perfect size, I don't feel stuffed at all. The salad bar at the entrance was prominently displayed but I only caught a quick glimpse of peas, cubed ham and onions, I think the salad bar has potential, at least from the "curb appeal" standpoint. Overall a satisfying dinner.

This was my first visit to Ruby Tuesdays and I was very disappointed in the quality and cost of the food. Although the server was pleasant, he was not attentive, leaving quickly after serving our food and not returning to see if we needed or wanted anything more. After eating, both my dinner partner and I felt more unsatisfied foodwise than we did prior to our meal. The "peanut sauce" that came with the asian potsticker appetizer tasted strongly of soy sauce with some vinegar but had not even a hint of peanut flavor. I am more accustomed to ribs that are so tender as to fall off the bone; on the rack of ribs we were served, the skin of connective tissue between the ribs had not been removed after cooking. The sides were small. All in all, a bad experience and one that I won't repeat. Ruby Tuesday is off my list of potential restaurants.

This particular location absolutely sucks. It took them 3 times to properly cook (or not cook) a rare steak. Medium well is NOT rare, but they don't get it. The management was the worst part. Never have I EVER had a manager handle a situation so poorly. You would think that a restaurant manager would have enough common sense to go above and beyond to make sure their guests are completely satisfied. This lady was clueless and rude, and I won't be surprised if this place shuts down. The food isn't even that great. Fatty not happy. BOOOOO.

My Mom, Aunt, and cousins had a girls shopping weekend and stayed at the hotel next door. We had the pleasure of eating here twice and both times were awesome. The service was great. (I believe we had Barbara both nights). The food was delicious. I had the crab cake dinner which was superb, the burgers and pasta were also great. The salad bar was fresh and kept well throughout the day unlike other places with salad bars. The restaurant was clean and not run down at all. Definitely would come back the next time I'm in the area.

Fast, responsive wait staff. I sat at the bar as I was flying solo this evening on a biz trip. This location is super convenient as it is part of the Hampton Inn where I am staying. I will be back and not just because they are right downstairs!

I have been to Ruby Tuesday once before years ago and really couldn't believe my memory that it was as unsatsfying as I remembered. So with ice storms I decided to eat at the Ruby Tuesday at the hotel rather than risk an accident. Got ribs and dumplings with satay sauce. It was so bad the ribs weren't finished. All food was prepared, frozen and reheated and tasteless except for the salt. I wanted to go to McDonalds to wash the taste out of my mouth but the roads were frozen so I had to brush my teeth instead and remain hungry and unsatisfied. This may be the worst restaurant I have ever eaten at. $37.00 down the drain.

I used to like the salad bar at Ruby Tuesday but even that wasn't very good on this visit. The lettuce was not fresh and the two dressings I tried were basically flavorless. I had the spicy fish tacos which were ok but nothing special. Small, greasy fish fillets with lettuce and too much cheese. I'm not sure why they were called spicy either. Bland.

Oy. Another "meh" experience. A Sunday night family dinner + a child that didn't stop talking for one second + a day having spent painting the face a hundreds of screaming little kids = NOT a happy camper when food is bad. For starters, there is a table tent right on the table stating that if the waiter fails to offer you the fondue prior to bringing your drinks, you get it free. When that happened, the waiter explained to me that he did offer the appetizer. I asked everyone at the table whether or not he did and they said they didn't remember him offering it, but we let it slide. Fast forward 10 minutes later, he brings the fondue appetizer anyway. WTF? But still a nice gesture, I suppose. The appetizers we ordered (sampler and guacamole) were as expected. The guac was exceptionally fresh, so yay! As were the obviously house-made tortilla chips. Then there was the main course. I got their highly-promoted seafood trio: Shrimp skewer, crab cake and lobster tail. All grilled. Well....it left something to be desired. First, the plate is WAY too big. Half of it was empty making it look like something was missing. Fail. Then, there was ONE skewer with four small shrimps and ONE crab cake that was the size of half of a regular sized one. And the BIG FAIL was the lobster tail (unintentional rhyme insert) It was WAY over salted! GOOD LAWD! How you gonna screw up a lobster tail. It practically cooks itself! Over salting such a beautiful food is insult to the entire species. They're all ashamed of you Ruby Tuesday. ALL OF YOU.

Wow. As far as generic chain restaurants go, Ruby Tuesday wasn't bad at all. There isn't much to say, since this type of restaurant is ubiquitous and doesn't offer much in the way of innovation or interest. But it does offer an affordable tasty dinner, salad bar, and real vegetable options. The only real negative comment is that they couldn't figure out how to accept the gift certificates that we had. So we ended up paying and still have the gift cards!

$5 happy hour drinks are ok. Dont get anything fancy, it'll be watered down. Stick to the margarita with corona or a sangria for a quick $5 buzz. Service is ok, nothing to rave about.

Yeah, it's a chain. But we've had good experiences there. Near Old Orchard, and a good option when The Cheesecake Factory or other mall restaurants aren't seeming appealing. Also right across the street from the Edens on-ramp back to the city, which is a bonus. It's on the first floor of a hotel, so it's a hotel restaurant/bar if it matters. I've never done the salad bar, but it looks good. Burgers have been solid. Started with the Southwestern Spring Rolls. Not recommended. They were dry and just served with basic Ranch Dressing. I was admittedly hesitant to order fish at a place known for burgers, and was then disappointed when told the Trout entree was not available. (They're soon changing the menu and have phased that out. Server was profusely apologetic.) I went with my second choice of the Herb-Crusted Tilapa, and it was excellent. The fish portion was smaller than I'm used to, but it was perfect actually, and I was able to finish it unlike the Tilapa on steroids fillets often seen at restaurants. The "crust" was VERY light, and the Lemon-Butter sauce was subtle and nice. I went with Grilled Zucchini and a Loaded Baked Potato for sides. Rounded out a perfect meal. Small portions, but reasonably priced, and prevented overeating or leftovers, which I dig. I'm told the Rib eye was very tender and good, and I could see it was perfectly cooked to order. Service was excellent from the hostess, bartenders, server, food runners, and bussers. All highly friendly and professional. Decent beer and wine selection, and extensive $5 cocktail menu. Drinks there can be weak, but most recently they were a little more heavy-handed with the alcohol. Decent dessert menu. I had the Double Chocolate cake, which was just ok, but unusually large and enough for 2. I also got 2 Red Velvet cupcakes to-go, but have not tried those, yet. I find one area these chain restaurants usually lack in is dessert quality. Definitely recommend this Ruby Tuesday location.

Love the salad bar! Burger was pretty delish as well. I was really impressed by how well the staff handled a bunch of (obviously) developmentally challenged people that were dining there at different tables in some kind of group. Very, very patient and hospitable. Our server Ashley was great. Spot on and always there when we needed something. Not the absolute best burger I have ever had, but certainly well done (though cooked rare!!). Salad bar rocks! Fries, while bottomless like Red Robin, a little thiner cut than I prefer. Garlic bisquits, while quite good, somehow seamed out of place at a burger and sald bar joint. Trying a little too hard with the Amuse Bouche.... One negative, guy at the bar dropping f-bombs while talking (loudly) to the televsion set.

It had been three years since my last visit to this relatively new Ruby Tueday. The food had been going downhill and their salad bar contained mostly processed salads in various marinades. On a whim, we decided to go there for dinner. I had the regular hamburger and salad bar. The salad bar had many fresh vegetables and some prepared salads. There was a nice variety of items and they were quite tasty. The hamburger was cooked as ordered and included a nice bun and fixins. Our waiter was polite and attentive. The restaurant was not overly crowded and there is adequate parking. Give it a try!

Came here with my family for my mom's birthday. Was a weeknight and not that busy but there were still enough people for me not to think that we should be running for the hills. I had the Blue Boston burger which has a steak sauce made with Sam Adam's beer and topped with one of my personal favorites: blue cheese crumbles. They also had crispy onions but I tend to knock off most of those so I can soak up the rest of the flavors. It was a really good burger. Not Duffy's quality or anything, but I would order another burger, unfortunately though the Blue Boston is maybe the most unique sounding burger that they have, and i like to experiment. The other dish that I tried was the lobster ravioli...not my thing but I'm not the biggest seafood lover and I get REALLY picky about how my seafood is prepared. For instance, the Papadeaux lobster bisque blows my mind, but Ruby Tuesday's lobster ravioli was only just alright. I wasn't tempted to have a second bite. If you're coming in for lunch I recommend the salad bar. It's got a LOT of choices and it's also a nice little alternative for picky vegetarians who don't like fish (which they have multiple dishes of).

We switched to this location when the Lincolnwood Mall location closed; some of our favorite servers had moved there too. Parking (as part of the Hampton Inn) is plentiful. The salad bar is terrific, and it's now become a "side" choice for most entrees. We also enjoy the baked potatoes, loaded with choice of toppings, and broccoli as "sides". Their seafood and steak meals are excellent. The servers are courteous, helpful, and attentive; those we've had know the menu and ingredients well. Portions are perfectly sized, but not skimpy -- we rarely have any leftovers. There's a selection of tasty desserts to finish off the evening. We recently went for lunch and were pleasantly surprised -- most of the same delicious food, with lower prices. We enjoyed veggie trio -- salad bar and two "sides". Join the online "So Connected" club for occasional specials and discounts. We like that Ruby Tuesday makes charitable donations to the community! The only thing we don't "get" is the speaker over the front door blasting into the parking lot, but it does not detract from the overall restaurant experience.

Came here for the salad bar, but opted for the lunch special w/salad bar for only a few dollars more. Came here with a girlfriend and our waitress was extremely nice and helpful. We wound up ordering these mini-veggie burgers and one was filling enough to have another left over for lunch the next day. We both chose asparagus as a side, which was a little overcooked and oversalted.

Not much to say. It is a chain so generic but it looked like it was fairly recently renovated. Staff was friendly and it worked for what I wanted - a beer + some food to take up to my hotel room next door.

Their salad bar here is a must-try. Its a great place to have a light, yet filling lunch. Their salad bar is all-you-can-eat, inexpensive, and filled with fresh ingrediants for your salad. And if you're not a big fan of salads, they have an extensive menu with lot of other things -- burgers, sandwhiches, pasta, and more. The service here is fast and the food is great.

Ruby Teusday has a buffet aloong with a menu that you can order from. The restaruant is very nice. The lights are dimmed and they have booths along with tables. The service is fast and the server I got was very friendly. The prices were reasonable and the food was delicious.

Very convenient location (next to the Hampton). I visited this restaurant nearly every evening I stayed. The staff were pleasant, courteous, helpful and efficient. Food is what I expected from a Ruby Tuesday and the salad bar was fresh and well maintained. Had a particular good time one Monday night during the football game (MNF). Sat up at the bar that night due to limited space in the restaurant. The two ladies bartending were quick, attentive and seemed to be having a blast. What a great atmosphere to be around. Lots of fun. Definitely would recommend and visit again if in the area.

Went here for a baptism, a Sunday afternoon event. The food was okay. We came hungry so we ate it. Nothing spectacular. I did like the mini burgers a lot. Staff did not seem interested in making more food when we ran out. Also did not seem interested in bringing water and coffee... even though we were really hoping this would happen. Middle of the road party stuff. The room was kinda tight also. Alright for a casual event.

Burger or Hamburger is savored as the most desired fast food meal in the United States. A hamburger is basically a sandwich prepared by stuffing ground meat patty, generally beef, between two slices of a bun cut in half. Hamburger is also famous for its seasoning. Most popular condiments used in hamburgers in the United States are mustard, mayonnaise, and ketchup. Besides ground meat patty, hamburgers are also stuffed with lettuce, onions, tomato slices, pickles, and cheese.
Hamburgers are also categorized into two types in the United States. Fast food hamburger and individual hamburgers served at restaurants are two basic types of burgers served in the United States. The individual hamburgers served at restaurants are prepared using everything including lettuce, onion, tomato, and sliced pickles as well as melted cheese on the patty or crumbled on top. American restaurants also serve veggie burgers for those who don't relish meat. Cheeseburgers are also hot favorite in the United States.
McDonalds is the most popular fast food burger restaurant serving different types of burgers in the United States. On the other hand, there are several restaurants such as Burger King are famous for serving the best hamburgers in the United States.

(5)Tim D.

(3)Steve G.
(2)Robert M.
(5)Stephanie Y.
(2)Dan L.
Went here for my son's birthday. Had jambalaya pasta, which was over seasoned. Service was hard to come by and mostly forgot about us. For the price, you'd be better off going across the road to one of the restaurants in old orchard mall. Won't go here again.
(2)Lisa A.
(4)Susan C.

(4)Alicia S.

(1)Wilt C.
Very friendly, service oriented staff. They worked hard to satisfy our needs. Veggie trio is tasty and a good bargain.
(4)Jessie L.
Extremely Slow Service. Good Salad Bar Though.
(2)J. Loren H.
BOOOOO.
(1)Meghan S.
(4)Matthew S.

(3)Janine H.
$5 happy hour drinks are ok. Dont get anything fancy, it'll be watered down. Stick to the margarita with corona or a sangria for a quick $5 buzz. Service is ok, nothing to rave about.
(3)Laura A.

Very good food at a fair price. The service is very good as well.

This place is almost a imitation of sizzler.

Great service and an awesome salad bar keeps me coming back, great place to come for lunch...try the burgers.
(4)Joanne L.
(3)Robert U.
Not much to say. It is a chain so generic but it looked like it was fairly recently renovated. Staff was friendly and it worked for what I wanted - a beer + some food to take up to my hotel room next door.
(3)a w.
(4)Anum A.
Ruby Teusday has a buffet aloong with a menu that you can order from. The restaruant is very nice. The lights are dimmed and they have booths along with tables. The service is fast and the server I got was very friendly. The prices were reasonable and the food was delicious.
(5)Rob M.
(4)Juliet L.
