The service was amazing! Super friendly team and delicious breakfast food. They mixed up my order but immediately fixed it and replaced my entire order for free! (They gave me the remake and another thing off the menu without charge!) The berry brioche French toast was divine. Definitely coming here again!

Food was not so good. Average... And you have to wait forever until they will serve food to you. Waitresses look like they didn't sleep in weeks. You prefer to start your day with the smile, not with the grumpy face... Two starts for the server, who flirted with all of the waitresses ;)

This ihop is so ghetto. If u want breakfast go to ANNIES!! There seats are ripped, they are to cheap to fix there coffee machine its been broke for awhile now (BUT THEY STILL SERVE IT) and the waitress even said its broken. The staff is clueless about there own menu. The tables are sticky and you can see greasy nasty finger prints all over the salt, pepper & syrups. They didn't even give me silverware i had to take it from an empty table.

I had 2 eggs, hash browns, 2 pancakes and coffee. Eggs were good, hash browns good, coffee very good, but the worst pancakes that I can remember. The waitress was pleasant and brought another round of pancakes. Very little improvement. Doughy, tough, flat and left an after taste of baking soda. The waitress apologized for them. At the register the manager said "sorry" and took 2 dollars off my bill. I can't believe that a chain with the word pancake in its name would serve such a product. For that I give them 1 star. The great coffee couldn't drown out the after taste of the pancakes.

Normal breakfast food I miss the all you can eat pancakes this place has gotten a bit dirty as a clean table was available and I humor stuck at a dirty one my waitress was nice however forgot half my order and I had to grab another waiter to refill my coke as she disappeared and never came back to ask me for anything after my initial order. I still tipped as I am not a mean person but I felt that this place needs a retraining of servers as well as more bus boys as I do not appreciate paying money to eat on a dirty table with no silverware also did I mention that I had to ask for silverware as the waitress say nothing on the table and didn't put two and two together. Prob not going to come back to this location again.

We met friends here for National Pancake Day, where each person got a free short stack. Can't go wrong with free, right? We also ordered sides of bacon and turkey sausage, and my daughter and I shared an order of Nutella and banana crepes. They were fabulous! Even though we had to wait 20 minutes due to the special, our service was good. We waited a bit for our food, but it came out hot, and all at the same time. We got drinks, water, extra napkins and our check, with no issues at all. No complaints. IHOP is a chain and it's not fancy, yet it's convenient and a great value for any meal.

3 stars is for the food. The waitress was super nice and helpful and quick. Just the food wasn't all that. If you're craving breakfast, do yourself a favor and don't come here. The pancakes looked like rubber. And they were cold. Not pleased with the food.

The service was very bad! The waiter she is very rude and mean! Wrong order! We wanna the cheese on egg they charge us .79 but no cheeses on it, ordered the grilled chicken salad came out regular chicken salad, ask for lemon with water forgotten the lemon, and she didn't come back to check on us ask for how was food and did not come to refill the water! Just came and left the check and walked away!! How rude! Used to like to come and service not that bad!!

I wish that Yelp would allow NEGATIVE stars! This place would certainly get none. Let's make this short and sweet...rude server + uncooked food + customer searching for a manager = NEVER GOING BACK!!! Save your money & time! Find another IHOP....eat at your own risk!

There is no 0 because I will give them 000000. We was waiting for food 30 min and they come and say we are out of chicken. Nobody came to refuel drinks, omelette was the smallest I ever seen in my life. Wow I was upset today.

This place has been around for years and it has been serving the usually IHOP food. I go here usually for the food, not the service. Service is like other IHOPs which is ok at times. The food is usually good for the price! It used to be 24 hours, but only certain ones are right now! So this is competing against Denny's which I recommend also if IHOP is closed when your hungry. I will come again for the value and breakfast! The dinner entrees are ok and a great value if your on a budget.

I know this place is a chain, but I always enjoy my Patty Melts here - our server, Maria, was really nice - she did forget my dad's pancakes, but that was just a minor mishap. She was quite attentive and very sweet. I requested my dish to be extra well-done and had it with a side of their seasoned fries. Everything was fresh, and dipping it into some Tabasco and ketchup was money! I like how they 'warm up' the maple syrup for the pancakes - a nice touch - ha! This place definitely gets packed during the weekends, and parking can be kind of a tight squeeze; however, there's some street parking available as well. +Patty Melts +ask for Maria :D

This is our favorite IHOP friendly service easy parking the food always good, we were here this morning I had the spinach and mushroom omelette toast and hash so good. Don't go here if you're a snob please or else I won't like it anymore hahah. Joking.

It got 2 stars because they made bacon the way I like them.. Crispy. Restaurant looks clean enough but my server sucks, my food sucks.. My scramble easy eggs were scrambled well, my Belgium waffle well done was not well done and was mushy.. I love IHOP but I did not like this one...

Parking is great and gets very busy on the weekends. Place is clean. The food is good and they have great choices for some healthy diets. I rate the service as awesome. Not far from the house. You can also save alot of money by bring coupons getting a second entree for free. Check out this establishment.

This IHOP is great: good food and service; however, the building needs to be updated. Although the food is hot, the place is clean, and the service is good, a shabby building gives the impression of the place being less than sanitary.

Stumbled upon this location on Saturday of Columbus Day weekend while waiting for Old Orchard to open. It's hard for me to review a place like this because it's been years since I've stepped foot into a place like this, and the bar that I've set for breakfast establishments is fairly high - think Walker Bros. That's not to say that IHOP does not have high points, and I'll try to highlight them here categorically: Location: 4 out of 5 Pretty easy to get to if you're in the northern burbs, and not that bad if you're from the city. Although, I'm not sure why you would want to go to this location if you're in the city. It's on Skokie Blvd, just south of the mall there. Service: 3 out of 5 Perfectly average experience with the service. It was not as attentive as some places I've been, but not exceedingly slow or negligent, either. There were some very good natured people that were working when I went, and that was pleasant to experience. Pricing: 4 out of 5 Always nice to be able to eat out for under 10 dollars, and a plentiful breakfast is no exception. Most of the combos there are between 6 and 8 bucks unless you really splurge and get a Tbone and eggs or something like that. Variety of Food: 4 out of 5 Vast selection of things to order: meat items, eggs, egg substitutes, pancakes, french toast, stuffed french toast, potato items, etc. etc. etc. etc. Quality of Food: 3 out of 5 No real complaints here. Nothing that would make me go over and over again. I opted for the football themed blueberry banana blitz combo or something along those lines: pancakes with blueberries and syrup, bacon AND sausage, eggs, and hashbrowns. The most noticeable flaw with the food was that the pancake syrup was excessively sweet and excessively ladled. I don't want to take a guess at how much sugar was in the syrup itself, but I imagine that the numbers weren't too pretty. Bacon was adequately crisp, the sausage links were similar to something that I would make at home myself (not great, but not bad), and the hash browns were plain (in my mind, a good thing). Overall: 3 out of 5. I would go again to this location if I were up in that area on a weekend morning, but it's not something I would clamor for given other breakfast choices in the city.

I like IHOP but this one was terrible. Our server spent a great deal of time talking to her friends at the table next to us before she even came over to ask if we wanted coffee. Then when she brought our coffee, my cup was cracked but I had to wait for her to finish her conversation with them again to ask her for a new cup. And then AGAIN while she talked we saw our food sitting as we waited for her to bring it to us. The food itself was good though. So, I will continue to frequent IHOP but not this one.
