I stop here in the morning sometimes and it's touch and go. Sometimes they are nice, sometimes you feel like you are wasting you are wasting their time, and sometimes you feel nothing. Typical DD. Go here purely out of convenience. They only serve veggie bacon and veggie sausage. It's ok.

I've just came from this location less than 15 minutes ago and I just had to write this review.... This location features a parking lot as well as a drive thru which is very nice. However the poor and rude service and lack luster food does not make up for it. I went in and peeked at the menu before saying my order to the lady with blue winged eyeliner...I said "I want a iced caramel latte" and she proceeded to ask me: iced? latte? with caramel? to which I said yes, then i started to say what else I wanted and she interrupted me to say that the other cashier will take my order. Then I told the other cashier I wanted a bagel sandwich to which she stopped me mid order, and promoted the other cashier to finish my order while she ran back..I think they were understaffed and I wouldn't mind this system if they actually got my order correct.. The ice latte was good, because it was literally sweet milk on ice, but the deflated whipped cream was another fail. Needless to say, I won't be going back.

When I saw how low of a rating this location had I felt compelled to review. I came here a few Saturdays ago ridiculously early (well before 7am) and the guy who took my iced coffee order was very cheerful and friendly. He seemed genuinely happy to be at work and it was a great moment of customer service.

It's a freaking Dunkin Donuts people!!! Get your donut and your coffee and be on your way. I like the fact that they have a drive thru! This DD is like any other DD experience I have had.... I know going in there won't be classical music and fancy coffee orders or a gourmet croissant on a Corningware saucer waiting for me.

I came here with friends at night on the weekend. There was plenty of seating. I ordered the vanilla chai tea and it was delicious. Not too sweet and very creamy. They were out of napkins so I asked the cashier for some and he was happy to assist me. The cashiers were all pretty friendly. The bathroom was wheelchair accessible. The only bad thing was that some of the seats are not movable. They have their own parking lot.

You get 2 stars for offering milk, instead of cream, for coffee. I'm really angry that it's kosher. Your religious issues are YOURS, not mine, but now you're imposing them on me. Grrr

I don't know why this Dunkin Donuts has such poor reviews. There's nothing unusual about this store, and I've never encountered any issues with the food or drinks served. Sure, the staff could be a bit more chatty, but the service is quick and the product given is good, so no complaints.

The people who franchise this place are the meanest cruelest IDGAF people ever. Air conditioning was broken one summer. They dont serve real meat there, it is a kosher DD. Place flat out sucks. i USED TO WORK THERE I WOULD KNOW.

Bad visit and phone call. Called to ask a very simple question that required a 1-word answer, and that was a disaster. The lady couldn't understand what i was asking, so after 4-5 times repeating my question, she put another lady on the phone. This lady understood me, but was very rude. Um, it's not my fault that your employee can't understand my question! THEN comes the visit. Went in to order 2 dozen bagels and 3 tubs of cream cheese. I had to repeat my order 5 times. She kept getting it wrong...repeating it incorrectly and ringing up the wrong items. After all that, my total was $31.63 so i gave her $41.63 (to avoid ones in return) and she didn't even count it and put it all in the register and shut it. I had to explain to her 3 times that i gave her 2 twenties and a 1 so that i can get a ten back. She was totally confused. My food was bagged and my receipt was left lying on the table. This is pretty bad, folks!!!!!

When are they supposed to open? I've called on a few different occasions now in the middle of the day, and there's never an answer or message on that phone number (847-673-7099) Has anyone actually been here? Or do they just not answer the phone?

The employees should be beaten with sticks for their horrible customer service. They actually laugh at you. They just don't care. Place is dirty too...even the Skokie cops stopped coming here late at night.

These people are probably, wait not probably, definitely, the meanest people in skokie. They are sooo mean they drove my boyfriend and I to pay for a 4 dollar drink in all dimes and nickels just to get back at them. They are horrible. There are maybe 3-4 workers who are there 24/7 and are definitely related to each other as they all have that same scary grin on their face while they mumble something to you while laughing at you. I now go to the dunkin donuts farther from my house just to avoid these people!
