I think DD has pretty good hot chocolate and their regular coffee with hazelnut cream is pretty tasty, too. Sometimes for breakfast, I would get their Sausage Egg and Cheese on a croissant - the egg isn't weird or funny, and the croissant is toasted; the sausage is savory and tasty, and it's pretty filling. I also like their hash browns as they are always crispy and well-seasoned! I definitely like their holiday beverages, too, like the Pumpkin Spice Latte as I believe it's more stronger than their competitive coffee stores. This place is opened 24 hours, too! The only downside is that they don't have a drive-thru. +hot chocolate +open 24 hours!

I went into this location to purchase a dozen donuts, and requested the glazed donuts to be warmed up. The lady who was ringing me up behind the counter asked another woman for help, and ultimately I was told that I can only have ONE donut warmed. Which sounded ridiculous... Until another employee by the name of Jim intervened. He was wonderful and helpful and I received no attitude from him. He totally deserves to be recognized because something so simple made my day better!

The dunkin donut has convenience, good customer service, and good meals. I am giving it 3 stars because some days it gets crowded and parking can be a frustration. The parking lot can get hectic almost like down town traffic especially on evenings during the weekends. The place does get good business. I like to call this place "little Iraq" because there are alot of middle eastern people which puts diversity in the nieghborhood. Sometimes you will see Russian jews and asians come and go as well. On the patio, you can watch people smoking the hookah or someone riding a bicycle with their dog on a small basket. I like to use kinkos next door because I have alot of materials to print and the fed ex truck can be so annoying with all the other cars. So this place can be a potential for scratches, dings , and other mark on your car. You have to really watch traffic very well when you use the parking lot.

Fairly fast in getting people in and out but done try and sit here for a longer period of time. Their thermostat is set at 66 degrees and the manager or owner won't change it and lies saying that people come in complaint it's hot. I mean seriously? The coffee I ordered became lukewarm in a matter of 10 min sitting there reading my book which would be ok if the cup wasn't styrofoam. If you are going to stay for more than 10 min make sure you bring a blanket

Their coffee is really not that good. While this is the closest DD's to me, I don't mind driving an additional 5-10 min more for coffee that I know will be better. There are about 5 other DD's within a 5 mile radius that I know will serve better coffee. I haven't been in here in months and don't plan on going back.

The food was ok, as expected, the coffee ok too. The woman behind the counter had a nice smile. I'm calling the management out on not having a recycling container. Really? With "Please Recycle" printed on all their paper goods? When I asked about it I was told I could take the stuff home to recycle it. Is this greenwashing or simple ignorance?

This is a review for Dunkin Donuts so I just wanna hit the points that I'm judging on: 1) efficiency: we were here for the 99cent iced coffee/tea hours, so obviously the cashier understood that so the ordering process was easy breeze. 2) the bathroom was clean and we'll-stocked. That's a huge plus. 3) thank God the wifi works and it was fast, because trust me, many locations' wifi don't ever work at all. I might have come in at a right time when it wasn't overwhelmed with customers and crazy people.

Stopped here once. Never again. Late Saturday morning. Coffee is old and burned, tastes terrible (and that's even with cream and sugar added....). Donut selection extremely limited (many types had empty baskets), and if you're looking for munchkins the selection is even worse. The cashier kept telling me the donuts I was asking for weren't available - and I was looking right at them and reading the name on the shelf in front of the basket they were in. He just didn't bend over to see that they were in the middle of the basket (name tag indicated he was the team lead or some such title...). Also, didn't see a station (as most DD have) where one can grab a straw or self-add sugar, cream, etc. It was clean. The other employees seemed pleasant enough in dealing with other customers. It's cold today, so at least the coffee was hot.

I vowed to never go back...but I hear they have new owners. One last try...just as bad as before. This time I only gave one star for the attitude, the terrible coffee and to anyone in the restaurant industry or who might be a germaphobe you will understand the horror when I tell you the girl making my coffee picked the cup in her hands with no gloves and put the cup in the ice and used the cup to scoop the ice into it. Eww. So back to Starbucks...I'm a gold member now anyway since I no longer go to DD...

Seriously I understand this review is for a DD but I seriously pass 3 DDs to get here. It's the regular coffee that tastes so good. I've never been a fan of dunkin donuts but this location made me a believer. I have taken all my friends here and they have all agreed about the taste of the coffee being much better and potent. The dilution ratio is not as bad as other locations. There is also a good amount of parking and not to mention this location is fast and friendly with a diverse group of employees. I've been going here for about 8 months now and never been let down. Keep it up guys

I hate to say this, but seriously, how can you not understand the difference between "combo" and sandwich? I asked for a breakfast combo meal - all I got was a sandwich. I asked where my coffee was, and the woman behind the counter said I needed to pay an extra $2.10. What about my hash browns? She said $.99 extra. Really? This is NOT the first time this has happened at this location. They need to get rid of the woman behind the counter and get someone who understands the difference between a "combo" and sandwich.
Definitely would not recommend someone to come here. I went around 6 am after a 12 hour event of relay for life to find that they had no donuts, and the worker told me that the delivery would come around 3 pm. I thought that by going to Dunkin' Donuts, I would at the very least find some donuts or munchkins. It is ridiculous how unprepared they were.

Usually, I wouldn't even bother writing a review for a Dunkin Donuts until my last experience at this one. I would usually stop in the morning before getting on the Edens on my way to work, and my experience has been less than stellar...rude employees with a terrible attitude. The people that should be working at the register are the ones making the coffee. But anyway, I decided to stop here for some donuts for my daughter one evening. The place was empty so I waited at the register for Noor (the worker at the time) to acknowledge me, when she didn't after a minute or so, I preceded with my order. When it was time to pay, I gave her a $20, she asked me if I had anything smaller, which I said no. Then she gave me a humph and a eye roll and started to count out singles for my change. This was fine if she didn't have change but the problem that I had with the situation was that she placed my money on the counter instead of placing it in my open palm. I kindly said to her that I would prefer for her to place my change in my hand just like I had given it to her. With an attitude, she thrust it in my hand and then threw my receipt on the counter. I was really pissed by now but because I had my young daughter with her, I wasn't about to start acting "Ghetto". I have given them way too much of my money for being treated like crap. I would rather stop at the DD by my house then even acknowledge that this one exist. Terrible customer service...I see why they're never busy. I hope that management makes a change in their employees but more than likely the employees are the owners.

This place is awesome! They are open 24 hours and large groups of people congregate in the evenings for coffee. This place can get swamped! There is a large group of Middle Eastern men that are regulars. They can be a bit noisy, but that's their charm. There is a sense of community around this place. The regulars all know each other. They will sit for hours with their coffee, playing backgammon or smoking on the wonderful patio. I'm pretty sure I have even seen a hookah out there. In the summer the younger kids will break out the soccer ball and play in the nearby parking lot. They even hold a make shift tournament! It really adds to the environment. They do run out of doughnuts in between 1-3AM, but if you're lucky you'll get to see their delivery truck bring in the fresh stuff! They'll sell to you right off the new racks. The coffee is especially good here. The evening staff will let you know if the stuff has been sitting and ask you if you'd like to wait for a fresh pot. The best part about this place is it's got the atmosphere of a European or Middle Eastern café. All the hustle and bustle, the odd characters, the middle aged men sitting for hours... awesome! The one drawback is there are few power outlets available and there can be a bit of a wait in the evening for service. If you're looking for a fun coffee experience, come there on a warm summer evening and enjoy the wonderful atmosphere.
