There was a little mixup in my order but the folks working tonight made it right. The manager working on 10/20/13 really made my night. The best thing? I made it home in time to watch walking dead.

Too little cheese, chews on the bottom, and veggies cut too big. Another words cheap ass management who have lazy workers. Won't bother going there again.

Great pizza! I've been coming to this location for a while now and I love domino's. Great customer service. They should consider not charging for the cheese and peppers sides I haven't seen that in other pizza restaurants do that. it's like charging for ketchup with your fries, it doesn't make much sense. I never buy it anyway. Other than that the place is great from experience.

I can't speak for all Domino's, but I can tell you my experience (and that of at least a hundred others) at this store. Question: You're Dominoes and you're offering $1 pizza's starting at noon. What time do you start cooking the pizzas? ........... Wrong! They started cooking the pizzas at noon, as the first of the 100 waiting customers ordered. Oh, but then it gets worse. With a hundred people waiting outside in line, in the cold & rain, for over an hour, the restaurant starts handing out pizzas to people who called in orders. (One woman bragged that she called in her order from the back of the line.) They get to skip the line and just walk in for their pizzas, putting everyone outside that much further back - not that those people in line were ever going to get a pizza anyway. Making the pizzas fresh for every order meant they got through (I counted and the manager confirmed) only 20 of the 200 customers before the give away ended about 90 minutes later. As a mob was forming to storm the shop, they handed out rain checks - good for only that day - but when I returned with my rain check a few hours later, they announced that they had run out of pizzas and the rain checks for $1 pizzas were no longer any good. The manager said, " we never expected a line of people to show up." REALLY? For anyone considering calling the Domino's on Oakton in Skokie, here are some MUCH BETTER choices, in no particular order. All are within a couple miles of the store: Little Cesars, Papa Romeos, Jets, Village Inn, Lou Malnati's, Edwardo's, Carlucci's, Father & Son's, Papa John's, Malibu Pizza (kosher), Pequad's, Burt's Place, California Pizza, Eastern Style Pizza, Villa Rosa, Giordano's, Panino's, Gigio's, Gullivers, Barnaby's, Sarpino's, Pizza Hut and Carmen's. Try one of these next time.

Ok, let me talk about the sandwich first, sometimes, the stuff inside is a little burned, I am alright with that, but this should not happen. But overall, the sandwich are awesome. The large and XL pizzas are awesome, but the small and medium piazzas often burned, especially the small ones, I have ordered those twice, and it was burned twice, darn. The mediums are a hit or miss. The smaller ones should be cooked for a shorter time, because it is baked way faster than the larger ones, dominos, u guys should have a better knowledge of this than an 18 year old....

If your looking for Chicago pizza this is not the place. But I go here for the good, cheap pizza and the fast delivery. If you order online they track your pizza and tell you whos doing what with it every step of the way, so I absolultley love this feature on their website. They also have a list of all the coupons they currently have available on their website and there is an option to add them to your order which is nice. I usually get two medium two topping pizzas for $6 bucks each. So this is surely the place for you if you just want quick, fast pizza thats also pretty good:)

We continue to order from Dominos, though the last three orders have been wrong and/or they forgot part of the order. Their solution was to tell us we would receive a "credit" next order, which we never did. Needless to say, if/when we want pizza or wings again, it would only be Dominos if nothing else was open.

Ok, I'll admit it. After the barrage of commercials pimping this "our pizza has sucked for 50 years, but now we have revamped it to this spectacular recipe, that may or may not be masking a cost savings initiative" I was slightly intrigued. Then, the news was released that their CEO was leaving to rejoin the "family" and become the athletic director at the hated university of michigan. Combine these two things and I thought maybe Domino's is cleaning house and headed in the right direction. This made me pick up the phone and make an order for my annual mental lapse of maybe this crappy pizza might deserve another shot, which always ends in me cursing myself for just not ordering Lous (or another real pizza place). Lets get to this new recipe. They touted 3 things in the commercial: new buttered crust, new cheese, and a new sauce. The crust reminded me a lot of their deepdish crust since they basically just took their old crust and coated it with the same layer of butter that gives it that see thru the box quality. It was way too greasy but tasted better than what they had previously. The box said the cheese was now 100% real mozzarella cheese. The obvious question is what the hell were they using before?? It just tasted like cheese to me, which I guess isn't a bad thing. The sauce was definitely different. It was the exact sauce that was on this one particular frozen pizza I used to get about 12 years ago (which google tells me is Freschetta). It was an interesting taste which was infused with red pepper. The mere fact that you are changing your sauce to match the sauce of a frozen pizza from 12ish years ago is trouble. The question second question that I am sure all of you are asking yourselves (behind why the hell am I still reading this?) is why give it 2 stars? They did make a marginal improvement to their pizza which puts it above Little Caesars, Pizza Hut, and Sarpinos, which are all pretty much awful. I would say it is still behind Papa John's in the crappy pizza chain sweepstakes. For those of you that actually enjoy some of the sweepstakes participants, please step up to the big leagues and try some real Chicago pizza. It's like eating tootsie rolls and thinking that it is the best candy ever, when you really have not tried any good candy. Make the jump, you will not regret it!

Monday I was watching Tv and Dominos commercial kept coming up with the cheezy bread so I said to my self I have to try it!! I called for a delivery order spoke with Samantha which is rude and she doesn't how to speak with customers in what so ever. Anyways prices are very good so I decided y not I ordered pizza and cheezy bread of course....lol. she said it will take 29 to 39 minutes an hour and a half passes by so here its me calling ... It sounded like they were having a party in there... I asked her politely if she knows the status of my order once its being an hour and a half has passed and she gave me a bull story after saying ummm umm we are very busy and delivery will be a little later I said that I don't want my order anymore and she just Hung up on me... I already had paid with credit card so I had to call back to make sure it would be refunded. So never again there is always nice little places like papa romeos with awesome pizza and service forget them!!!

I don't understand why people complain so much. Of course its not your famous Chicago pizza. Of course its not a fancy place, sure people can be rude sometimes. This place specialize in delivery/carry out. don't expect it to be "for here" Place. As far as pizza goes its above average I would say, way better that a frozen stuff and they often have nice promotions. I also like their BBQ CK Wings.

I can't believe I'm reviewing Domino's... Anyways, we've been taking advantage of the Mon-Wed carryout deal on those nights where no one feels like cooking.. We were expecting the same ol' pizza the first time we ordered and were surprised that it was actually pretty good. Say What?! Yep, I said it, their new recipe is pretty good. And I'm not just saying that because I am a pizza fan either... Their thin crust is pretty good and they are carrying more ingredients now: shredded provolone, parmesan asiago, feta, spinach. Their Robust Inspired Tomato Sauce is pretty good. My favorite pizza to order is a handtossed with robust tomato sauce, pepperoni, mushroom, spinach and both provolone and parmesan asiago, YUM! (I've tried it thin but the spinach seems to dry up...) Give them a try, $7.99 for a large 3-topping pizza is a deal and now it's pretty darn worth it!

This place needs a lot of work in food sanitation. I walked in here while waiting in line for my hair cut, and boy was i surprised at how unsanitary these guys are. I ordered a chicken parm and the guy taking my order looked like he had no idea what he was doing. While standing there trying to decide what to order i observed him picking up the phone to take an order, put it in the computer, and put a few cokes in the cooler. You know their pizzas are cheap and all but that's why people get them. They're decent tasting, which is a perk, but they're not Lou Manalti's I'll tell ya that much. They're not shockingly skimpy on ingredients. Not too much sausage on our two large pizzas, but plenty of cheese. The thin crust cheese we ordered had a nice taste and was different from anything I think I've ever tasted. There was hardly any crust to the point it was like a cracker or tortilla chip (not that that was a bad thing) but very greasy. The biggest and only real substantial complaint I have is that on the spinach pizza there were only 1 or 2 (if that slice was lucky enough) of spinach leaves per piece of pizza. That was disappointing. $1 delivery charge and a quick delivery on top of that was great.
