Service is slow and drinks are poorly made. I would go back for my favorite drink but any others, no. They forgot my bagel and charged my a extra $6.57 for somebody's else's drink I was then late to work sorting out the problem...

A-OK Starbucks. A bit small with limited tables and chairs. Parking lot is a bit cramped, too. They do have a drive thru, though. Baristas were knowledge in their drinks. My aunt, who is quite picky, had a few questions and the barista answered all of my aunt's questions informatively to help my aunt choose a drink. This Starbucks had a wall of tumblers on display for the holiday seasons and they displayed the most diverse selections of gift cards that I have ever seen in any Starbucks!

This is the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. They are SO slow it's insane. The people are super nice so that's the only reason they got two stars. I've waited for over 15 minutes in the drive thru before and they never have the food that I want. They've been under construction so the wait is even longer and you can't get anything. The first time I was told I couldn't get a cold brew and then the second time I couldn't get any breakfast food. I realize the construction isn't their fault but it's incredibly inconvenient for the customer. I wish there was a closer Starbucks to my house.

Don't use the drive thru, they get my drink right like 50% of the time. Other than that it's not bad.

This place is always busy. There is always a huge line going out of the drive thru and into the back ally. You always get crazy, unhappy drivers trying to maneuver their way around people waiting to be serviced in the drive thru. I would say this problem would be easily solved by just parking and going inside (QUIT BEING LAZY!) but it's almost damn near impossible finding a parking spot in that itty bitty strip mall. I almost always have to park across the way and walk over -- otherwise I'll be in line waiting 15 or so minutes in the drive thru. That being said, the employees are sweet. I've never had a rude barista. They are hardly ever busy if you go in and order.

Awful service tonight. I had 6 orders, nobody in line to order after me. The guys were talking about their college parties instead of making the drinks. Hello! Not interested in your college life. They could've talked after I left. I was annoyed.

I just had the worst experience at this store (drive thru)... I ordered my usual cold beverage...A venti nonfat, no whip raspberry mocha Frap... The girl failed to read back the order (I hate this, it should be required with complicated drinks you pay $6 for). I got to the window... the girls inside were horsing around... I waited and waited... then, I watched the girl making my drink actually look at the label, realize she added whip, take off the lid (in front of me!), and use her BARE, UNGLOVED, GOD knows when the last time it was washed HAND and scoop out the whip into the trash!!! This IS SO gross... she then added another lid and tried to serve it to me!!! Obviously, I refused the drink.. They rudely agree to make a new one... which the again screwed up using regular milk... they made yet another.. which seems ok NO Apology... NO free drink... nothing!! They were rude and acted like I was bugging them... This is sooo unhygenic...I paid $6 for that drink...it should be right... the first time... without other people running their fingers thru it...

I like the one on Jefferson Street in Joliet better. This branch is so small and not enough seating. I fell I am on top of the next person sitting next to me. The staff here are wishy washy in their upbeat/happy attitude. I did not even get a thank you for it. I am hoping she did not see me put it in there. I had a long day myself. I did not notice if she saw me put it in. But, you could hear the coins bounce around. Oh, well. I will pay more attention on my next visit. If I don't get a thank you I am gonna take my tip back.

The people here are great, which is why I keep coming back. The one knock I have on this place is that the weekend crew can be sloooooooooow!!!!!!!!! During the week, though, you usually get what you need pretty quickly.

I love this starbucks they always treat me like family when I am in there. Asking how I am doing and they already know my order and have it just about ready by the time I pay it is great! The Staff is Super friendly only thing sucks is coffee expensive compared to other coffee places but what ya going to do
