There's a reason this place is almost always packed when I go - they have the best-tasting frozen yogurt around. There are so many reasons for me to love this place: * Awesome yogurt * Fresh toppings * Free fruit-infused water * Clean location * They offer YOU sample cups, you don't have to ask for them * Customer loyalty card The only time I have ever been bummed at Yogurtland is when they aren't carrying one of my favorites. It's ok though, because they frequently switch the flavors up, giving their customers an opportunity to try a larger variety. There are plenty of froyo places around now, but I consider Yogurtland to be one of the best.

We went here for the first time last night (Friday), having never been to this chain. + Greeted upon entering + Immediately offered sample cups + Clean + Employee (manager?) checked on machines 2x while we were there + Complimentary water + 10 or so flavors - good variety of chocolate, fruit, and specialty + 3 varieties of Godiva syrup by the register + Toppings looked fresh. Strawberries were replenished while we were there. Lychee fruit (from a can/in syrup) AND mini mochi available! + Much nutritional info posted with flavors - Bathroom was out of order

Yogurtland you get 4 stars because you're in my hood, awesome yogurt selection, toppings, friendly and efficient service and great value. Across Target and beside Jewel and Panda Express! What more can I ask for??? Oh yeah, maybe a cleaner store but then again it was pretty busy in there and besides I have my yogurt in the cup and not on the table so we're all good. Must have: coconut and cookies and cream yogurt. Cookie dough, cheesecake and cake toppings. Amazeballs. Til next time yogurtland. I'll be back!

While this not our first visit to a Yogurtland franchise; it is our first time at this location. Even though the franchise deserves 4 stars for not having any consideration for people with smaller appetites like myself, seniors and kids, I'm giving this place 5 stars for cleanliness, friendliness and impressive flavors of yogurt. I know I just made a suggestion for smaller buckets and by admitting that I stepped back in line for a second helping today contradicts my opinion, I still think a mini container is a good idea. I don't like coconuts so when a fruit flavored yogurt like mango or pomegranate is not available, being able to sample before committing to an unfamiliar flavor is appreciated. So what made today's visit more spectacular than any other time I've been to a frozen yogurt place for a froyo? Chocolate and strawberries! My love for chocolate covered strawberries has been replaced with the less fattening, cheaper to purchase and easily attainable fresh chunks of strawberries smothered in frozen dark chocolate yogurt.

Disappointed in the selection of flavors. There were maybe 8 and the vast majority fruit flavors. I was looking for options like salted carmel, cake batter, Oreo, etc Their topping selection was great and price not bad. Overall I was disappointed in selection and will not be back.

I typically would give this place a 5 star rating! I drove an hour to get what I would consider one if the best frozen yogurt. I got there at 959pm. The girl working there today told me they were closed. Mind you the door was open. I asked her and she said "SORRY GUYS WE CLOSE AT 10" in a condescending attitude. My kids and I were so disappointed that I just sat in front of the store for a few minutes before we drove back home an hour away. As I sat, I saw her prop the door wide open... make several yogurt cups and give them to her friends in a parked car next to me for FREE. She made 2 trips. Time range 10:00 to 10:20p. One thing is for certain ALL of her friends left happily with their free yogurt and unlimited refills. This really leaves a horrible feeling considering we are paying customers. This young girl was so consumed with her yogurt run for her friends, paying customers were turned away. If you plan on going..do not go with in 15 minutes of close time...apparently it is free yogurt for the employee's friends. Not good customer service.

Love them! The Dutch chocolate is by far the richest chocolate I've had in any froyo place. It tastes delicious and really really rich! If I took a blind taste test, I could swear I was having ice-cream. They also have a great coffee flavor which compliments the chocolate perfectly. So for chocolate-lovers, this is a dream come true - an ounce of chocolate for just 20 cals! Heaven..! The staff has always been really nice too. I've gone there 5 mins before closing on a Sunday night and they're still really nice and appreciative of the business. Overall, a great choice for fro yo.

Finally tried this place for the first time... I was literally in heaven. It's basically a help yourself area, as soon as I walked in I felt at home. The best thing that they offer is the sample cups.... This was a great idea :) Which means I can sample the yogurt flavors before I choose & put it inside my bowl... Not to mention they have a cute bowl selection!!! The topping selections is great as well...and is super yummy ;) The only con was the employee at the register wasn't so friendly, and looked bored & unhappy as I walked in. She also looked uninterested. HERES A TIP: Hire more enthusiastic people that actually want to work!!!

How could I have not rated Yogurtland yet? I come here every weekend to get my froyo fix (even in winter!). If only I live nearby, I would literally come here everyday! They have at least 10 flavors available, and they change it frequently. My faves are the Pistachio, Guava Sorbet and Matcha. They offer you tasting cups as you come in. Yogurt is paid by the ounce. There's also a variety of toppings- some of them you won't find in other froyo places such as the boba and mochi. It's 80 degrees right now and you MUST go.:) By the way, join their rewards program and you get 3 oz free for every _ oz.:)

Labeled toppings---Yep that's right now I know what scrumptious colorful goody I'm topping my froyo with. Ample parking and decent amount of seating inside. This is definitely going to be a regular spot for some froyo lovin!

I LOVE YOGURTLAND!!! Came here for a v-day sweet with the hubby and we were insanely impressed. Loved making our own desserts and having control of how much we both wanted, plus keeping the rich level down (I don't wan to eat a couple of bites and be overwhelmed!). Watch out though... I kept my toppings simple and decently light (oreos, peanuts, and white chocolate syrup) and my husband went overboard (oreos, brownie bites, reeses, and chocolate syrup)... mine was $3 total and his was $8, lol. Only bad thing about this place.... its too close to my home!!

SO, I was SOOOOO happy and excited when they opened a Yogurtland near me! I had heard many good things about it from my friends in California and was sad they did not have any franchises near me. Imagine my surprise, when one day, while driving down Barrington Road, LO AND BEHOLD a Yogurtland was there! YAY! I LOOOOOVE Frozen Yogurt and with so many popping up in the area, sometimes it is hard to choose. So, I was willing to try Yogurtland, nevermind it had a cute name and pink and neon green as their colors! :) Anything with pink is A-OK in my book, cept maybe Pepto Bismol....yeah... anwyay...I digress... Yogurtland has an array of flavors and a wide variety of toppings...definitely something VERY important for those frozen yogurt gourmands that want more than just frozen yogurt. :) My family and I happened to discover this Yogurtland when they were having their Global Flavors promotion. So, we decided to try it. Suffice to say, it DID NOT disappoint. I especially liked the Sticky Toffee Pudding and Creme Brulee. Others I also enjoyed on the more fruity side, Maqui Berry Tart and POG Sorbet. The Black Sesame Vanilla was an INTERESTING flavor, but I still liked that too! :) Their Plain Tart is especially good if you just don't want any other flavor besides good 'ol yogurt. Oh, the topping bar...remember when I said it was essential? Well, like some other chains, Yogurtland definitely has a few more EXOTIC toppings like lychees! I LOVE lychees(being filipino) and having them along with my other fruits is AWESOME! The staff at the Schaumburg Yogurtland is TOP NOTCH! Always greeting us at the door everytime we come in. And, they are always willing to give us sample cups too! :) We've been able to get ONE 5oz of free yogurt so far with the Global promotion...only 2 more scans for 10oz. I can't wait until their Hello Kitty spoon promotion over the summer that I saw last summer. They have such cute spoons too...neon green and neon pink....I collect them...I don't know why, but I do. :) And HEY! They are biodegradable too! :) Anyway, if you are in the Schaumburg area and are craving frozen yogurt...get thee to Yogurtland. You will NOT be disappointed!! YUMYUM!

In the words of Rachel Ray: YUMMMMMM-O!! I frequent quite a many yogurt places, and this place so far, is my favorite. I had it in California, and was THRILLED that it finally popped up in a suburb of Chicago!! The textures and flavors of the yogurts are SOO yummy. They have a guava grapefruit sorbet, SIGH!! the vanilla, orange dreamsicle, chocolate, regular, etc... All of them were so creamy and delicious. One of my biggest pet peeves for yogurt is when its not stiff/hard enough and seems melty. This place, all the tempuratures are regulated perfectly and all the flavors are perfect. I will stop by EVERY time I go visit my mom which might even be more often now...puahaha :D

I was very excited to venture out to Yogurtland having had my first experience in Honolulu several years back. I was quite disappointed in the flavor choices. Recently having just frequented Berry Yo in Arlington Heights, I had higher expectations. The store is quite small and there are only 10 flavors from which to choose. I realize now that the 10 flavors are a part of their thang, but even of those 10 flavors there weren't a whole lot of choices. There were two types of vanilla, tart something, cranberry, orange, spiced chai, creme brulee, etc. Not ONE chocolate option. When you show up to get ice cream with your son and he pretty much eats chocolate ice cream, you'd expect to get something like chocolate. I think it's a poor choice seeing as it's hit or miss as to the flavors as they change all the time. The toppings weren't cut to an edible size either and the strawberries were frozen solid so they didn't have much flavor. My concotion was very tasty however and I would return if I coudln't make it to Berry Yo in Arlington Heights.

Good yogurt selection and quality, lots of toppings to choose from, and fairly prices compared to other Froyo locations in the area (cheaper than Red Mango). It's also RIGHT next to my house so it is super convenient for me. The only thing I don't like about this particular location is the crowd it draws. There are almost always a group of teenage girls acting, well, like teenage girls. It gets a bit annoying when you're trying to enjoy your froyo and have a conversation with someone. There is also not a lot of seating inside or outside. I would definitely recommend getting it to go and enjoying it in the peace and quiet of you own home! (If you don't like screaming, teenage girls that is). Other than that, no complaints... It's a great place to go with friends, family, or whoever to enjoy some good froyo!
