If you're a douche, feel free to take up a handicap table per person of your free meeting space. The employees are ridiculously friendly at this location! Awesome team.

This location is small, only 7 two top tables, one four top, and two comfy chairs inside. There is no drive thru. The outdoor seating is limited, not shaded, and right on the parking lot. Despite the lack of a drive thru, this location seems to do a mostly carry out business. They have a full selection of swag. I'm giving them the four because the service I've received here has always been fast and accurate. This is a hard place to hang out in due to the small size and the lack of a vestibule--hello polar vortex every time the door opens! But due to its proximity to the strip mall at Golf and Meacham, it is convenient for many shoppers, including me. The Container Store always leaves me thirsty, and it's the closest Bucks to IKEA.

This 3 star rating has nothing to do with the service I received or the quality of the drinks. It has to do with the crappy setup at this location. The boyfriend and I went in for the Buy One Get One Free happy hour special on seasonal drinks. Those drinks are expensive so I always take advantage of the BOGO deal when I can. Well the store was a little crowded that day which would normally be fine, but at this location both the cash register and the drink pick up area are back in the corner away from the door. So everyone is standing over there waiting for drinks or waiting to order and it is so congested. I just wonder what they were thinking when they were putting the counters in!

One of the nicer ones great service . Lots of parking and always make my drinks perfect. From the cashier to the Barista really friendly and efficient. Must be something in the coffee. Speaking of coffee I can use one right about now.

I try very hard to like this Starbucks, but I almost always feel frustrated when I visit. More often than not, the store is very well staffed, but only one person makes drinks, while four others scurry around behind the pastry case. As you can imagine, the drinks do not come out quite as efficiently as they could. In fact, I usually allow for a 10-minute stop when I visit this Starbucks on my way to class; if I don't have 10 minutes, I don't stop. Time is not the only issue, however. Several times, I have ordered a drink or pastry, and received either the wrong thing, or my specifications were not passed along. For instance, I often order a classic hot chocolate with no whip (because you get less hot cocoa if you get the whip - true story). Even though the baristas are situated directly next to the register, I have still ended up with whip on my hot cocoa several times. The same can be said of pastries I requested cold (rather than nuked in the microwave). That said, the staff does its best to apologize for the errors. Not long ago, the person working the cash register forgot to send my drink over to the baristas. After 10 minutes, one of the baristas asked me what I was waiting for. When I told her, and she realized the order had never been communicated, she not only upgraded my drink from a tall to a grande, but also gave me a complimentary drink voucher, which was very much appreciated. I think this store has promise, but definitely has quite a few kinks to work out.

Love me some Starbucks and this one doesn't disappoint. Great service with a smile, clean and expected Starbucks decor and feel. No Drive thru, but I personally like sitting and working on things at a table. It's cozy. I love it.

This Sbux is so frustrating. Very rarely do they get my drink right. We come in here every Sat & Sun morning to start our day and this is the closest coffee place to our house. We always ask for for-here mugs, not just because they're more pleasant to drink out of but also to not waste the paper cups. What do they do? Write the order on paper cups for the mugs?! (I know sbux have a notepads that look like the back of a drink cup to write instructions on- why not use those?!) What a total waste. I always say no-water in my chai. What do I get? Water. ::sigh:: I'm always so disappointed. I guess we'll have to try driving further out for our weekend drinks.

I had just been to this Starbucks about 2 weeks ago! I hadn't been to this location before, just because it doesn't have a drive through. But i decided to try it because it's the closest location to where I work. ( Floyd's Barbershop ). I came in to place a bunch of orders for my coworkers and myself. When I walked in, it was extremely busy! All the tables were occupied and there was atleast 8 people ahead of me. I could see that it was definitely chaotic. I decided to wait anyways. Once i got up to the cashier, she was very pleasant and very patient. She even took the time out to compliment me and make the visit more personal. I appreciated that. I know what it's like to work in a chaotic environment and she handled it very well. I could see that the baristas were seeming a bit flustered, but they managed to get my drinks ready in a timely fashion and they were all made correctly! I was very happy! normally I use the drive through and a debit card, but since i was there in person and had extra cash on me, i made sure to leave $5.00 in the tip box. I was very happy with the service! and I will definitely be back! AWESOME job, guys!

This is by far the friendliest location in Schaumburg area. Ashley the manager and staff are nice. Only draw back no drive thru.

I love their blueberry oatmeal. Only 3 stars because they forget to put the blueberries in ALL OF THE TIME and usually I don't have time to drive back for them.

Pretty nice Starbucks but it was pretty crowded when I went here but considering it's right by the mall and it was the day before thanksgiving that makes sense. The baristas was on top of it and was quick and efficient and kept the lines moving along quickly.

No idea how I've never reviewed this Starbucks. If I got frequent flyer points for coming here, I would be rich; my visits fall in the three-digits. To make a long story short, staff here have always been like family. They were almost 10 years ago, then it dropped off for awhile with heavy turnover during Starbucks' identity crisis, but the last couple years have been great again. I love everyone here. They make great coffee along with an attempt to get to know you. It's a tough location to find a seat in (particularly during the winter months when there are no tables outside), but we still go anyway.

Absolutely one of the friendliest places to sip your coffee after a long day of shopping! Reminded me of the rewards system with stickers...get a sticker after each purchase of a holiday favorite. ..collect five...get one free! !!

I used to go to this Starbucks every morning but over the years, as more have opened, I tend to go to one closer to my office. This is an smaller, older Starbucks, but it has a lot of character. The baristas are pleasant and remember your name and drink better than most of the others I've been to, and I've been to a lot of Starbucks over the years. In this case, it's been about a year since I went into this store. They knew me and what I wanted. That's service.

Ok, so coffee at one place is coffee at another. Starbucks is starbucks and its ability to recreate the same drink at any location and have it taste the same is quite remarkable. But not 5 star remarkable. What separates this location from ANY I have have been to is the shear enthusiasm of the staff. I'm not talking about the over caffeinated barista behind the counter or the self-inflicted wounded post modern artist creating a your coffee. No, these people are all very friendly, remember literally everyone that walked into the door (quite impressed), and the barista that took my order, Heather, if you ever need a job I hope I find her. She would be a welcomed asset to any company. You hear Starbucks? This girl should teach classes on customer relations. This store won me over and I think it will you as well. If you are reading this, best Starbucks in the Chicago suburbs hands down. Thanks for making my morning a better one. John

Standard Starbucks shop. The baristas we've encountered are nice. When the place gets busy and the line gets long, they do a decent job of getting the orders of the first several people in line and then the customers would just pay at the counter before moving on to the drink pick up area. When it does get busy though, it's a little hectic since there isn't a whole lot of standing room from the register to the drink order counter. Sometimes you have to ask people if they are in line to order or picking up. At this place, they only have a small seating area. So if you need a place to hang out to study or for a coffee date, (unless you luck out) maybe this isn't the best place. During the warmer months, they have outdoor tables and chairs for their 'patio' to balance it out.

Been coming here off and on for 3 years by my work and will be sad when we move in Oct. Staff is friendly, they have screwed up my order here and there (and I can say a c ouple of times it has been my fault) but they go the mile to make sure you are happy. A couple of occasions I have seen the staff defuse an annoyed customer. Inside and outside seating, AC is awesome, and a pic I uploaded is one I took.

This is my favorite Starbucks. I love them all, but this one is very cute and quaint. I love coming here before work (when I get the chance) to just sit and read and sip on some espresso. It gets me in that "happy place". The staff here is very friendly, the drinks are always tasty and accurate, and the store is always clean. I like their selection of tea/coffee accessories too. I'm sad they don't have a drive through, but that's the only down side!

Overall, I've found this Starbucks location to be fairly good. I've been going to this location for awhile, and overall the service is good. Yes, there are times where there are long lines, but overall they do a good job. The barristas here are very friendly. Yes, there are a couple who have problems making a good cup of coffee, but that is to be expected. This location does a good job keeping everything clean and fresh... something very well appreciated.
