I ordered delivery for a work event on Friday and everything went smoothly. When it arrived (it was supposed to come between11:30 and noon and arrived at 11:29, great timing), we realized it wouldn't be enough for everyone at the company. I called them and they were able to send a duplicate order (a 30 sandwich platter) which arrived in about 30 minutes to us. Super fast & super accommodating! Not to mention, everyone thought the sandwiches were delicious! The ultimate porker was my personal favorite!

I just want to start off by saying that sandwiches are pretty low on my list of things to eat while I'm out. However, on the rare occasion that I do crave a sandwich, JJ is my #1 choice. I'm pretty sure it's mainly because of the delicious soft bread that they use. The rest of the ingredients are also fresh and tasty and I never ever got a bad sandwich. My favorite is the #1 Pepe - Real applewood smoked ham and provolone cheese garnished with lettuce, tomato, and mayo. The vegetarian one is actually pretty good, too! This particular location is located near Sears and has seating for about 10 people. There's also a bathroom in there, which I didn't use.

Ordered boxed lunches to provide a class I was running some lunch. The order showed up right on time. However, it was missing a couple drinks and they forgot to bring straws. I've got better things to do than call JJ's and ask for a coke and some straws! Won't be back!

Over $6 for just plain bread and boring provolone. AND I have to put my own condiments on the sandwich? The employees don't even complete the sandwich for you?! *sigh* Jimmy John's: So Overpriced You'll Freak

Jimmy John's servers traditional subs with high quality ingredients, including Hellman's mayonnaise. Unlike Subway and Quizno's, they're not trying to sell a $6 steak sandwich. I appreciate that. I've been to the Woodfield location. The person at the register is always real nice. The service is fast. They have a dedicated bathroom, which is rare for the mall. What can I say, I like washing my hands before I eat. Additionally, you can tell they care a little more than the value oriented mall eateries.

I have to admit, the service was amazingly fast. Before my credit card transaction completed, my sandwich was wrapped and ready for me. I asked for no mayo and it was very dry. I needed water to wash it down. The ingredients were very fresh, although I would have preferred some wheat bread instead of the generic white bread. I had the sandwich which had roast beef and turkey.

although the service is fast, it's not particularly 'friendly'... then again who really expects friendly counter service from a franchise shop located in a mall, staffed with high school kids more eager to talk amongst themselves and anticipate the time they get off the clock?? apart from that, it would be nicer if they had a slightly bigger space with more seating available. the sandwiches were fresh and filled up. their chips are pretty tasty too. i had the beach which was a turkey sandwich with sprouts and other things... was supposed to have some avocado spread but i really didn't see it or taste the avocado part...
