This place is under new management and it has turned out great. New servers plus the same loyal servers that have been there for ever and everyone is great. Good was so quick as well as service. Definitely recommend!

For our visit on February 7, 2015. Please note - none of the following info is "exaggerated": - 30 minute wait (no joke) just to be seated. Place was very crowded, and others were waiting as well. In hindsight, we probably should have just left after the first 15 minutes when there was no host at the door. - As mentioned above, no door person or "host" (to take names, etc.) anywhere near the entrance for upwards of 15 minutes. - During dining - VERY SLOW wait service - almost 45 minutes between the time we ordered until the time we got our food. We literally saw 3 couples/families get up, put their coats on, and walk out after sitting at tables for what must have been a long time in their eyes. Another person there with his small child was loudly complaining. (We must mention that our waitress was very nice and she has been there awhile - it just seemed she was drastically over-worked...) - Upon leaving - nobody at register for 10 MINUTES so that we could pay our bill. It wouldn't have surprised me if some people waited and then just walked out and not paid for their food. We finally paid and couldn't wait to leave. IHOP has usually been decent, but this was an awful experience. P.S. We contacted Corporate about this experience. You guessed it - NO REPLY (yet).

I was here on pancake day where pancakes were free from 7-10am. Place was packed but we were seated in a timely manner and food was prompt. Waitress was excellent as well. Would surely return

This place doesn't deserve any stars.....waited about twenty-five minutes to get a wait staff here.....had to stop someone.....then when the food came I am sorry i know it's only IHOP but it was just nasty. No flavor, poorly cooked. Just yuck. Do yourself a favor and skip this place.

Ok so I will admit I'm a big fan of the Chocolate chocolate chip pancakes at IHOP so when this location offered a groupon I had to jump at the opportunity. After going here last Sunday for breakfast I understand why they are selling groupons. This location is SLOOOOOOOOOW. Did they have to drive to another IHOP to get our food? I mean like plan on spending your whole day there for breakfast slow. Don't know what was going on in the kitchen but it had to take a hour and a half to get our breakfast. I actually drank the entire pot of coffee while we waited it took so long. On the plus side the people seating us were very nice and efficient. I can only think they are magicians because we were seated quickly despite the crazy slow kitchen. Our Waitress was also friendly although seemed over worked (not her fault). Food however was on par with other IHOPS I have eaten at so no complaints there. Just someone please crack the whip in that kitchen.

Took the family today for lunch. We were seated right away. However, that's were it went downhill. The gal serving us was fine - but the wait for the food was very long and the place was not that busy. The other concern was the loud mexican music that was coming out of the kitchen that drowned out the music for the patrons. The food was not very good - the manager seemed in his own world and not paying much if any attention to running the place. Have to say that this will be the last time that we eat here.

Have my mom in an assisted living home not far from IHOP. Since she enjoys having a pot of coffee to herself she enjoys going there. Think I will finally start going to Colonial Cafe down the street. IHOP has 2 sets of doors that open out. My mom is in a wheel chair and it is extremely hard to get her in. Not once did anyone ever come to open the doors for us even though they were standing at the front desk and could surely see me struggling. When it came time to leave the same thing would happen, no one bothered to assist me. They messed up my moms order and when we went to pay the bill the manager asked how everything was, I told him the order was messed up and all he could say was "oh". With that I turned to go out the door and he turned to walk away from the desk, never offered to help. It was 96 degrees out so I propped the door open to get the wheelchair out and left the door open. Bet the manager found time to go out and close it !!! The place is practically empty all the time and it seems like the employees would rather be somewhere else. There is construction going on and the place is a little difficult to get to that you would think they would at least pay a little more attention to the little customers they have. I would rate this owner/manager as extremely poor and my advice is just turn your car around and go somewhere else !

It's Ihop, so my expectations are not too high, we do go there maybe once or twice every couple of weeks, one of the few places still open after I get off work, food it's not bad at all, soup, yes, soup, not soups (they only have one option) is pretty good, and the best is the staff, Stephanie is very friendly, very attentive, she remembers what I like when I go in, and your drink is always full.

Wow. Where do I begin. I've been here a handful of times over the past couple of years and today was the worst. To start with my girlfriend and I came for breakfast. When we pulled in we almost crashed because the parking lot had not been plowed from the current snow storm but also from previous ones and the entire lot was a thick sheet of ice. It was rough just to walk in. Once inside we were greeted by a host that wasn't smiling and appeared to hate his job. We were seated at a wobbly table. The waitress was pleasant and attentive. Very friendly and she was smiling. We received coffee that was very bitter and I was unable to drink it. I ordered eggs over medium, hash browns and pancakes. Pretty easy and basic meal. I received eggs that were borderline raw and the hash browns were mush. Complete disappointment. My girlfriend had blueberry pancakes with bananas on top. She said they were ok, nothing special. When we left we paid the uncheerful host who did not thank us for our business and before we were done paying was already taking the next persons money. Personally I was astonished at the lack of appreciation for the customer. I would be embarrassed to recommend this place to anyone, let alone bring my family or friends here.

I'm not a big fan of pancake houses in general, but I do like a little IHOP once every couple of years. The time before last I had the chocolate chip pancakes which were great, and this time I had the Nutella crepes which were awesome with the bananas inside. I'd stay away from the strawberries though since they are frozen, not fresh.

I try not to come if I don't have to. The food is blah, but if you must come I guess pancakes are the best thing here. Strike that, the coffee is the best thing here.
