Chili's is Chili's. Not a place I usually go, but for an extended family birthday luncheon that includee people with varying tastes (and children with so-so restaurant manners), Chili's filled the bill! The menu has something for everyone, and the food I sampled was not bad. Not great by any means, but generally fresh, tasty and not over-salted. If Yelp had half-stars, I'd rate it 3.5 -- they do what they do quite well. I had no complaints about a Santa Fe chicken salad. The chicken was tender, the greens fresh, and the dressings perky. The steak/bacon quesadillas I poached from another diner were also good -- nothing fancy, just simple and good-tasting. There was a variety of soft drinks, plus a handful of decent, serviceable wines. Our server had just the right energy -- she connected well with adults and children alike. All in all, the experience was indeed A-OK, and I'd come back under similar circumstances.

So I really didn't eat here. It was more like I walked over to get a beer. Then it turned into like 6 beers. The people at the bar with me were all traveling like me, so we all had stories(explains the 6 beers). I did end up ordering this sampler plate. It had those burger bites, I think that's what they call them. A southwestern spring roll, That was very good and some other deal, I forgot. Its nice place to have a beer and the bartender Natalie is sweet heart, tip her good. Stop by to have a good time.

First time at this Chilis and they did not have the smoked wings that were in the menu. Then we ordered the wings over buffalo. Manager comes and tell us they didn't have the wings because they were frozen. Imy husband waited like 15 MNS for a refill. Waiter to slow and they seem like they don't care for their customers.

The menu is confusing, it's hard to tell what you get plus what are they? Mexican? American? My suggestion is to pick one and focus on it. The potato soup was pretty horrible, very undercooked and weird flavor. I think this will be my last trip to any location until they focus on what they want to serve.

First time visiting this Chili's location and I had a great time. Jen was the bartender who took care of me and she was SO nice. I had great service and tried the new onion rings which really hit the spot. I will definitely return in the future.

Pretty much like any other Chili's. Food was great and waitress (bar area, also said she was the bartender) was great. When I finished my food, I decided to relocate to the bar for a Sam Adams. The bartender (NOT the waitress) was less than impressive. Seemed uninterested in serving and more determined to complain about the management (yes, fella, customers do notice your drama...). I travel for business, and although I may not look like a stereotypical, seasoned business traveler, I do expect a little better from folks than what the bartender showed as far as customer service goes. Otherwise this Chili's was definitely worth the drive.

While staying at the nearby Phesant Run Resort for a convention, my friends and I decided to venture out of the resort itself for a meal at Chili's. We were there on a Sunday night so the place was about 70% empty. It was very clean, organized and the seating was all comfortably spaced apart. Let me say right now that my friends and I were in a particular mood that night. That is to say, every other thing we said to each other was hysterical, so we were rather loud and the staff was super, super nice and patient with us. They never told us to lower our voices though the waiter did shoot us some worried looks. Once our food arrived however, we were (mostly) quiet. Here's what I had while I was there: SMOKED WINGS True to their name, these wings had a wonderfully smokey flavor to them. They were crisp on the outside and tender on the inside. The smoke wasn't overwhelming however. You could definitely taste seasonings in there. I would totally get these again. MANGO CHILE CHICKEN From the web site: "Grilled chicken breast seasoned with 6-pepper blend, drizzled with spicy habanero mango glaze & topped with chopped mango, cilantro, house-made pico de gallo & fresh diced sliced avocado. Served with NEW citrus-chile rice & steamed broccoli." and that describes it perfectly. The chicken was cooked well and came out juicy and tender. The mango glaze had a bit of a bite, but nothing too strong. The rice had a nice tang to it thanks to the citrus-chile and the steamed broccoli was done just right. The whole time we were there our waiter checked on us regularly. High marks for great service. Interesting note: the table had a remote device to order food, pay your bill, play games etc. but at no point did we wind up using it, nor did the waiter address it. I'm guessing this is a new feature still being worked into the operation of the restaurant.

We eat there often! Everyone is always very nice :) we had one experience where they were understaffed but I could tell they were trying really hard with who they had. I even saw an unhappy customer yell at the waiter and management ended up coming out and paying for the meal. That's good customer service when things are not running smoothly.

Great place to eat. End up staying longer then expected due to friendly and prompt service and the employees are all about making your visit as fun as possible. Had Kate as my server last time. Would definitely recommend requesting her. If your in the area stop in for a snack, drink or dinner. You won't be disappointed.

Waited literally 50 minutes for our carry-out tonight January 24, 2015 (yes, we phoned it in 15 minutes beforehand.) VERY DIS-ORGANIZED. There were a few other people waiting alongside us who were actually there longer than we were. They had very po'd looks on their faces, and had to stand because there was only so much room for seating. We don't come here often but we probably will not come back for awhile after this. We completely understand it is a Sat night and during the early evening dinner time frame there will be other patrons, but this was a fiasco. Perhaps have 1-2 more people on the schedule to accommodate a usual Saturday night evening crowd. The girl doing the carry-out orders was nice enough, and apologized to us for the long wait and said "well, it has to do with the people in the back". Had we had to wait another 5 minutes, we were leaving. 2 stars because the food was indeed good, but the service tonight was awful. (February 7th, 2015 - We also received an apology and some gift cards from corporate, so we greatly appreciate that - thank you.)
