Wow, what a bunch of mixed reviews. We loved it! It is a charming place in a town that could use some charm. Service is not quick so know that before coming here. I had one of their melts on sourdough. It was delish, full of perfectly melted cheeses, fresh tomatoes and the bread was grilled just right. I had it with their homemade potato chips and recommend those too. Daughter had a quesadilla and hubs and a burger. They both enjoyed their choices. I wouldn't recommend bringing a large group here. It's not the kind of place. This is the type of place you go to with your best friend talk about the affair one of you is having or wants to have while lingering over some really tasty, home-made food. Wink, wink! They are known for hosting bridal and baby showers. Seems like a lovely spot for shower.

Not that great. We were the only party there for lunch on a Sunday a few months ago, which I thought was odd. Too pricey for what you get in my opinion.

I went to lunch here on a Saturday with my mother. What a nice place to go. My mom had the quiche of the day that she said was very good. They do a different flavor every day. I had the burger and fries. It was a mushroom Swiss with homemade pesto aeloi which made the flavor of the burger pop. For dessert, we shared a piece of homemade pumpkin torte. Fabulous! Service was prompt and prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend the FattCat

Somewhat overrated. The server was very awkward and I felt rushed also she was terrible at explaining things when my husband questioned two items that are described in the menu as the same thing but $1 difference, he wanted to know the difference. When the food came it was simply average. I could've made the same or better at home. Not what I'm after at all when I decide to go out to eat. Most likely won't go back.

Stopped in for lunch after a day of antiquing in rockton. The restaurant is in an old home and filled with antiques. It's a very quaint atmosphere. The food was high quality and fresh-I had a blt on sourdough bread and fries and my friend had the bacon onion ring burger and fries. The bacon was excellent quality; the bread seemed homemade and the fries were fresh. Definitely worth stopping in if you are in the area . Prices and service also excellent

Went to lunch here with my mom. I had a BLT and she had the quiche it was really really really good. It is very busy here there's a lot of people that go here because the food is very good. So be prepared to wait a little bit for your lunch. The BLT had about seven pieces of bacon on it which is really amazing for a restaurant to have that.

Let me begin by saying our food was very good. I brought a group of 13 senior citizens, and I know it is not easy to serve large groups. After waiting about 45 minutes for her bowl of soup, my 100-year old asked the waitress when it was coming. The waitress, who said she was "part owner" proceeded to get very defensive, telling this little lady that she might want to go back and help the cook if she was tired of waiting. Maybe this was her feeble attempt to be funny, but she took it to a whole new level when she then went to the next table and talked about being treated rudely by our table. This was not the case at all, but apparently she was unable to respond in a helpful way, and only knew how to use sarcasm and call it "kidding". I can only say that after working with people my whole life, this is no way to act if you want a successful restaurant. Maybe she was having a bad day. I get that. But fake apologies that tell you to find another restaurant if you were not happy will NEVER get you the reputation you need to succeed in the restaurant business. She kept apologizing for the wait......but the wait was not the problem......it was her attitude. And then, upon leaving, the gentleman checking us out was either mute or so embarrassed by her behavior, that he could not speak. Needless to say, we will not be back.

VERY clean restaurant. Everything looks fresh and the decor is great. Good menu choices, better food, and even better service. This place has breakfast written all over it. Suggest adding it to the weekends!!

First, this place has a small staff and kitchen, so be prepared to wait. The food was very good. Everything is fresh and made to order. Staff is friendly and accommodating. We had cream of asparagus soup that was unlike any I have ever had! The apple crisp is a must so leave room.
