Way better than Chipotle. I usually get the chips and queso which is delicious. Their bowls, tacos, and quesdailla are great. They have good service and when you sign up for their card you get a free meal.

It's a completely different thing from chipotle. I really don't like to compare the two because I crave both at different times. I have to say, I eat more Pancheros than I do chipotle, but I'm never disappointed. I love how friendly the staff is, managers Nick, Chris, and Scott are always personal and friendly. I have become known as a regular and it is always pleasant experience. I am never just another person to get through the line, I am thoroughly taken care of, it's hard to find that kind of personal touch in a chain restaurant. Burritos are solid, when made by Taylor. Chips and queso are never a bad choice either. Pancheros is an under dog of the burrito biz, and I think it's time they were appreciated.

It's a Chipotle knock off. A poor one at that. The ingredients did not look very fresh and the chicken was undercooked. Save yourself the time and money and just go to Chipotle if its this type of food you are after.

Flavorless overpriced food. I don't feel the need to pay extra for a splash of sour cream and sprinkle of cheese. Only good thing about their food is the queso and chips. Save yourself $ and time, go to Chipotle.

I personally prefer Pancheros to Chipotle. The food is similar, but Pancheros queso is phenomenal, definitely worth the extra buck to add it to the burrito. I have always had fast and friendly service here and never have to wait long. I'm definetely a regular and very satisfied customer here.

Was concerned about stopping here after reading the reviews. Stopped on a Friday night at 9:30 so was concerned the food might not be fresh. However, the food was fresh the service was good. Did not have any of the concerns listed, would eat here again.

The other reviews of the tortillas are spot on, under-cooked and chewy. The staff don't seem to be trained in food safety. This place is filthy. The food prep area is disgusting and the tables are not clean. Someone is going to get sick eating their food. Lesson learned...

Not impressed! We both got quesadillas chicken and beef. Neither one had much flavor. The tortilla and the cheese together were gummy. The quesadillas were skimpy on the filling. We were very excited when we walked in but VERY disappointed when we walked out. Next time we will go on down to the other place.

Okay, it's been 5 months since my last visit to Panchero's. I figured that in that time any quirks for being a new business should be worked out and the staff should be properly trained. This time I ordered the burrito bowl combination (Chicken and Vegetables). I didn't go for the burrito again because of the issues I had with the tortilla last time. The staff was prompt and friendly, asked me what I wanted and started the process of making my lunch. The biggest difference I noticed this time when I was ordering was that I wasn't being told everything was an additional charge, but we'll get to that later. I ended up ordering mine with cheese, guacamole and jalapenos. When I was asked if I wanted sour cream or guacamole I was advised there was an additional charge. Not a big deal, this is common. I'm still not sure if there was one for the Jalapenos or not. The one thing I wasn't asked about, and forgotten they had, was the queso sauce. I wish they would have said something, I would have added it to my bowl. The chicken was fine, there wasn't a lot of flavor to it, but it wasn't nasty or bland. I did think the bowl was a little heavy on the rice and light on everything else. The only reason I'm bring up the additional charges is because after my original review I received a lot of flak from other reviewers that I was wrong. I'm sorry; the girl behind the counter told me there was an additional charge every time I asked for something. So this time I paid strict attention to when they said there would be an additional charge or not. Not that $.50 extra for anything is going to break me, but I want to keep myself honest and correct any mistakes I may have made. The only things I know for a fact they said had an upcharge was the Sour Cream and Guacamole this time. I'm not sure about anything else. I was not given or offered a receipt with my payment to verify the payment. I will say that my bowl and a large drink came to $10.05. Which I don't feel is a bad price. Also, on a side note this time it didn't sit like an ever expanding gut bomb.

Just what we expected. Very similar obviously to chipotle which is fine. Maybe they don't add as many weird man made toxins as McDonalds owned chipotle?

Love this place, it's about as good at Chipotle on the scale of fast burrito places, I like the fresh tortilla and that they actually mix the stuff in the burrrito together. Worth the money, and the food tastes good.

The food was amazing. I had a chicken burrito. They fresh press the tortilla when you order. The tortilla had great taste and texture. I was going to go with carnitas, but the server suggested chicken for the burrito, so I went for it and was I glad! The chicken is marinated and had so much flavor and it was all quality cut of meat. I tried the mild salsa which was not spicy, and it had so much flavor. The texture of the food was very nice, and I really enjoyed my meal here. The tortilla chips are purple, crunchy and have the perfect amount of salt. The portion size was generous on the chips, and the guacamole was just how I like it...creamy with just enough lime juice to add to the flavor but not overpower the avocados. I'm looking forward to trying the queso next time.

my friend and i went here tonight for my first time and let me tell you. . .not good. don't get me wrong , the staff here is nice and all but nice doesn't make the food taste any better. i see someone said that this place is cheaper than Chipotle. . . .maybe by like 50 cents? i say spend the extra 50 cents and get yourself an awesome burrito instead of this. Panchero's is the Faygo to Chipotle's Coke. If you don't get this analogy, you will probably be happy eating here.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
