Great meetingplace!! My wife and I met her aunt here for breakfast as it was half way between our homes.. What a great choice. Her aunt had eggs with toast and sausage it looked great, with plenty of jelly for the toast.. It sounded like they had 6 or 7 different bread choices. My wife had the biscuits and gravy, she said it was very good. I had the eggs Benedict, WOW. It was all made from scratch and was absolutely perfect. Our food arrived pretty fast and our server was right on top of the coffee. Great experience overall. The chef even came to the table to make sure we enjoyed our meal. I would recomend this place for breakfast and their lunch menu looked good, too.

this was a great place to start your day. the staff is friendly and polite. the breakfast dish to ha e is the eggs benedict. they are very good and the Oliver's are a nice fresh touch along with the tomato slice. This adds a freshness to the meal. The for a lunch I recommend their Rubin sandwich, it tastes great. The roast beef Philly style is a good choice as well. Then there are the fresh home made pasterys and chocolates. Can't go wrong those. The place has a welcoming environment and is very clean. However, the restroom is very unacceptable to people with disabilities. Over all, love the place and the owners are very welcoming to everyone.

High quality ingredients, skillful cooking, and friendly staff make for a great experience! I was visiting Princeton for a week and ate here three times. Breakfasts were excellent -- eggs benedict was stellar, and biscuits and gravy also was a winner. Lunch was a regular burger, also excellent. Everyone who works here is very welcoming.

I've never been disappointed with my food or coffee. The atmosphere is very charming, and service is warm and welcoming. Prices are a little high for this small town, but definitely worth it.

4 and 20 cafe is a charming small town breakfast spot. On a Sunday morning the whole town seems out for to eat. They have 10 tables and 4 booths so it is on the smaller side which is typical of small town places. The good. Interesting origins story on the back of the menus. The waitress was very old shool and even did the, I'm Mabel if us need anything. This is something that is lost in many places in the city. The biscuits and gravy were made fresh so they took 15 min or so. So no doubt made fresh. The plate came out large and hot, smothered in gravy. The flavor was good, not the best but good. It was also large 1/2 filled me up. The side of sausage patties were very stand out for the meal. The service was great, friendly and down home The bad The wicker chairs are narrow for my fat ass I was hoping for more from the bng. Overall I would stop if it is on my way, but it is not a must stop.

Best breakfast in Princeton and possibly the world. Friendly staff, great coffee, great lunch selection. I highly recommend the gas house egg! They also do great soups and specials. Their Cobb salad is to die for.

We stopped here for breakfast three days in a row while in Princeton for Homestead Fest and to see family. Both the food and service are terrific! Even on probably their busiest morning of the year today - when it took a little longer to get our food - they apologized for the wait and then checked with us as soon as the food arrived. The prices are also very good for what you get (though we're comparing to breakfasts in the Chicago burbs - so I guess for Princeton it's more expensive).

Great food, service and atmosphere! The menu has a variety of tasty items from salad, soups, sandwiches to more hearty fare. Unique, not same old same old selections. We had the special, the chicken cordon blue open face sandwich. Got plenty to eat, but heard their pie was made in house. Took home a rhubarb pie slice. It was wonderful! So glad we tried it!

Really good food, really bad, ditzy, messed up order taking, wrong food bringing, no offer to fix service.
