My dad was craving an Italian Beef or Philly Cheesesteak so after much research I found this place served both. They also have fried pickles, so I was sold. I ordered an Italian Beef with cheese for myself, a Philly Cheesesteak with everything (plus peppers) for my dad, then some fried pickles to share and a chocolate malt shake. I called my order in for pickup and they said 10-15 minutes. I made it there in about 10 minutes and all my food was ready (except the shake). The employee made my shake for me on the spot, so it was fresh and not melted. (They use Edy's ice cream, which is Dreyer's, so it was good and chocolately.) I was tempted to eat a fried pickle on the way home but resisted the urge. Once home, my dad and I split the sandwiches. I have to say, the Italian Beef was all beef. The bread was soggy with delicious juices from the beef, so it was hard to eat but pretty tasty. I really just wish there was more than just bread, meat, and the $0.50 extra cheese I requested. The Philly Cheesesteak was much better since it had onions, peppers, lettuce, and tomatoes. No cheese, surprisingly since it is a cheesesteak. My dad couldn't decide which he liked better, so he devoured both. He even liked the fried pickles, which I thought were delicious as well. Overall, for a place that serves gyros, tacos/burritos, burgers, hotdogs, and much more, this place was pretty good.

Officially the only edible food in Plano. No joke. They are clean and friendly every time that I come here. Granted it's not very often, because I live in the city now. But on occasion I come to the area to see family and this is the only place eat anymore. Almost everything on the menu is delish. I have yet to be disappointed. Thanks guys for not being a filthy fast food joint, or scary family diner like everyone around you. LOL

I don't ever write reviews but I am now.... This place is ridiculous. I called to place an order at 11 minutes to closing and someone answered, said they were closed and hung up. I called back again, the same girl answered and I was told again that they were closed when they don't close until 9. Naturally the next question I asked is since when do you close before 9 when I know you don't close until 9 and was told they actually were closed at 8:30 because they were training a new girl. At that point I told her I could've easily ordered and been there to pick up my order within 10 minutes and then was offered for them to make my order if I wanted. I thought they were closed so why is she offering???? At that point I said no thanks. How disappointing!

The food is good . But wouldn't say it's a place to bring you're kids on how the girls dress there. Went there for the 1st time yesterday with my kids the girl was cleaning tables and I seen her backend and I went today like food was really good but now both girls have shorts on..I will say it's like a hooters more then anything

The food here is soooo good. If they get your order right............. I live 15 mins from the Tastee bite. I love the tacos but am allergic to onion so I order them no onion. I ordered some tacos, brought them home, opened the box and there were onions but no cilantro. I drove the 15 mins back to have them remake them. I am allergic to onions so I cant just pick them off. THey remade them with no onions and no cilantro. I like cilantro....So I had to ask them to fix them again. After an hour of driving back and forth I got the right tacos. It would not have bothered me so much if they had given me a coupon for my next visit or seemed more apologetic about the fact that they have wasted so much of my time an gas in my car but they did not care. If you are taking your food to go check the bag and your food first before driving away. They will not care if they waste your time to get the order corrected.

Great little "fast food" restaurant. I would say its more like a Culver's, it takes a decent amount of time to get your food, still only about 5 or 6 minutes. But definitely worth the wait! The fries taste like Portilos and who doesnt like portilos fries?! The only down side to the place is if you see a line in the drive through go inside! The drive thru is EXTREMELY slow. Dont waste your gas waitihg for them to cook the 100 hot dogs for the guy infront of you, i think they give priority to the people eating in because i always seem to get my food fasted when i go in.

The food here is always amazing no matter what you order. Their guacamole is one of a kind and so are their chicken tacos. They always change up the specials which is nice to see.

Really bad. Really, really bad. We waited for 45 minutes for a hot dog and a gyro. Not to mention, the girl behind the counter was wearing sweatpants.

FINALLY a place with really good food in Plano! The turkey/bacon/avocado panini is to die for - they butter the bread with an herb or garlic butter and it is just crispy and flavorful and delicious. Add some cheese fries and this girl is in heaven :) They are a little more pricey than your standard fast food, but the quality totally makes it worth a few extra bucks. One thing that boggles my mind each time I'm there - the drive thru. They make all their food to order and we usually wait at least 10 minutes for paninis and fries and it is frustrating when you're waiting in your car in the drive thru. For ice cream, no problem. But if you're ordering food just go inside - you won't be disappointed!

I love going to Tastee Bite! They have awesome hot dogs, wraps and shakes plus great fries and the best gyros you'll find in the area (actually off the spit!) I recommend them to anyone who comes into town looking for a quick, delicious meal.

Located next to the Super Wal-Mart this little neighborhood spot is a winner for fast food. What I like about Tastee Bite is the different variety of meals to choose from such as burgers, gyros, beef and even tacos and burritos. Recently I had their three taco dinner plate as a dine-in order, which was absolutely superb. You can taste the seasoned ground meat. It came with a homemade guacamole and homemade salsa on the side with rice and beans too. I was told they have homemade italian beef and their gyro sauce is also a family recipe. I think I know what I am ordering on my next visit. Oh and I almost forgot they have a nifty little drive-thru incase you didn't want to exit the vehicle :)

We moved here 2 years ago and this is the only place we have found that has awsome dogs, beefs, gyros, you name it! It is as close to classic Chicago food you can get without the drive! It has always been very clean and the staff is friendly.

We've been searching for a good "hot dog" joint in the Yorkville area since we've moved out there 2 years ago. We haven't found one in Yorkville yet, so we drive out to Tastee Bite when we want some dogs, gyros and beefs. If you are looking for this type of food, its the best in the area. We have not been disappointed once since we discovered it.
