Another typical Starbucks location but they didn't come out to wipe down their tables- not one time. And there was some guy sitting in the corner that was either having some dating service or personal meetings? He had about 3 women come and leave while he sat out at his little spot and was camped out?? Obviously everybody in Plainfield is not working??

Has got to be the slowest Starbucks that I've ever been to. They have zero hustle. I was in the drive thru line for over 20 min. and they still got my order wrong once I was processed. I can only hope there was a trainee taking care of the drive thru that day.

I just really miss Larry. This is my Starbucks. Any time I stop at a different Starbucks I am disappointed with either the quality if my item or the quality of my service. Which must mean this is MY Starbucks. Everyone has "their" sbux and this is "mine" The baristas and register people are nicer than ever I feel like! Two thumbs up!

Best Starbuck's employees EVER! They go out above & beyond making you think you've traveled to an alternate universe! The employees helped me choose a new tea since they've changed brands. The employee offered fresh steeped tea samples. Possibly the best decision of the day! Tried them and bought 2 different kinds, now the only problem is keeping my 9 year old daughter out of them!

Sometimes the drive-thru gets really backed up, but then I've just gone inside and I get in and out quickly. The dining area is small, like most other locations, so I'm not sure how people study and read here. I'd probably go to Panera next door for that.

I love this Starbucks! I'm not bias, I'm truthful. What I do want to point out in this review is how people slam the wait time of an establishment in the drive thru. Really? How does an establishment have any control over the moron in front of you ordering 8 frappuccino beverages, or a special order machiatto with 6 hot sandwiches, that is the sort of thing that slows the line. If you see the line long, park and walk in. Starbucks in General has come a long way and this place is no different. Always willing to re make a drink, or even listen to a customer and see if there is something new they may like to try. This particular one is giving back to the local community always, and that is a plus in my book! Kudos to this team!

My first visit to this Starbucks surprised me with the wait time!! They have a drive through window, so I guess that's what affected the wait times... Other than that, the store was clean, tables outside were being wiped down as we walked in, and the service was excellent.

Compared to other Starbucks in the area, particularly 75th St in Naperville and downtown Downers Grove, this location has the slowest drive thru in the Western Hemisphere. Just left the line after ordering, as we had been in line 5 min already. Drinks are usually fine once we get them, but we avoid this location as much as possible due to the drive thru wait time. Recommend you go in to get your drinks and have a good laugh at the folks in line in their cars who haven't read this review.
