Jersey Mike's seems at a glance to be yet another sub chain in an agonizingly glutted market. I'm glad I didn't trust that instinct. This place makes a great variety of tasty sammiches for a very competitive price. The Italian is fantastic and the club is delicious. If you're fancy then feast on a wrap. If you're a hungry hungry carnivore get yourself a cheese steak. I haven't been in a Jersey Mike's that I didn't like, but this one in particular is the best. The staff is super friendly and the place is super clean. An awesome lunch stop if you're commuting on 59.

Much better service, wait time shorter. Kids have figured out menu, & how to process customers. They stopped their rosemary parm bread saying it was seasonal. Boo-hoo! No replacement. But now 3 stars!

Jersey Mike's is really cute on the inside, it has a beachy vibe that I appreciate in a fast food restaurant. They do Italian-themed subs, and they do them well. The staff is all really nice and will actually talk you out of your poor decision making (my mom was about to order something that is designed for a kiddo's palate), and into something that you'll love. I would echo Angela's recommendation that you get your sub done "Mike's Way" because that's how it's the most magical. It's a chain sub place, but it is so much better than Subway that you should probably give it a shot.

I love walking into this particular jersey mikes because they seem to remember me and make me feel at home. Now I don't really think that they actually remember me since I go in maybe once a month, but it's really nice to feel comfortable and welcome. And the FOOD!!!!! I have yet to have had anything less that perfection! Keep it up guys!!!

Jersey Mike's is my jam for sandwiches! Nice staff, fair prices, fresher ingredients than subway. You just can't beat it! Also a huge fan of the rewards program. I'm guessing I'm getting close to a free sandwich by now. Also a fan of oil and vinegar being a part of "Mike's Way"! I hate when places make me feel bad for not wanting mayonnaise. The next time I break my carb fast, you will know where to find me!

Food is fresh, and the sandwiches are delicious! How does Jersey Mike's occasionally get a bad rap? Order your sandwich "Mike's Way," and stop complaining about "lack of flavor" because this is the little extra kick you want and need. You can't complain about flavor when you can have the sandwich made to your liking. Hate lettuce? Then tell them no lettuce. Love mustard? Ask for extra. You won't be upcharged for ingredients you want or the ones you don't. We've dined in, taken food to go, and ordered party platters. The staff is relaxed and friendly, while remaining professional, unlike the snarky jerks at the Naperville location. Our party platters were prepared as requested (no onions on the turkey provolone, and a selection of other sandwiches), and they were done on time.

I love this place! Most people think healthy when they think of subs, and I guess you could go that way, but they have this thing called BACON! Jersey Mikes ain't stingy with it either. I'm pretty sure their cheese steak isn't good for me either, but I don't care, their food is GOOD! You'll never go wrong with one of their subs, even is you do go veggie with it.

Generally speaking, the sandwiches come out DRENCHED in whatever sauce you may (or may not) have opted to have. I ordered a rueben the first time, and I couldnt taste anything but 1000 island dressing. I ordered a steak sandwich 2 or 3 times after that, which gave me such a gut ache, and today I had the roast beef and provolone. It's too close to home and convenient to avoid, but I'm generally underwhelmed. =(

Service was great, place is clean and friendly, no issues with the facility. I just don't see what the big deal with the subs is... I had the chicken philly, and an Italian mikes way, and they were just meh. I will probably go back, but only because every time i have been by there is a long line. There must be something i'm missing.

This is a very nice Jersey Mike's location. If you like their sandwiches, you will like this location. Their subs are a little more expensive than Quiznos or Subway, definately at a higher price point per customer. The quality is good, the food is fresh and the service here is very good. They are friendly and fast. I'm a fan. Can't really give 5 Stars to a Sandwich Shop, so 4 is as good as it gets.

Top notch subs and service. Sure you can get a sub cheaper elsewhere but you don't get the quality or experience of finely made subs.
