Do yourself a favor and eat here and dine in. It is awesome on all fronts. Very nice owners. Service was great. Very fresh and homemade. The Szechuan pork was like heaven in my mouth. Its a small place and a definitely a mom and pop. And that's why its so good. If you don't get that than stick to wackdonalds.

Semi-authentic Chinese food served with a side of care and passion. I went with a friend and we started with the Eggdrop Soup and Crab Rangoons with Egg Rolls. These were quite generic and unnoteworthy. We ordered the Mushu Pork (Chinese burritos) and the Three Treasure Delight. The Mushu Pork wasn't so bad, a bit bland without the hoisin sauce. The inside had a bit too much egg for my liking. The Three Treasure Delight on the other hand was quite delightful. The dish had a variety of components: shrimp, scallops, water chestnuts, baby bamboo shoots, and assorted vegetables. If I were to go again, this would be a repeat dish. The menu is actually quite impressive for a place of that size. Some other items that seemed enticing are the Mongolian Beef, Crispy Chicken, and Crispy Shrimp. The menu covers multiple Asian cuisine from Taiwan, Hunan, and Sze Chuan. Another great thing that you will find here is a tremendous amount of ownership radiating off of Mrs. Lee as she brings out the food. The reason why I docked off two stars is more because of the interior. The seating area is very small, probably can only fit 15 people max, definitely want to opt for take-out if you plan on eating here.

Food is probably the most authentic you'll find outside of a major metro's chinatown. Staff is super friendly.

I had the General Tso's Chicken, takeout, the first time I visited. It was good, but not quite as spicy as I like it. I ordered it extra spicy the second time I had it and it was much better. Overall I've had a very positive experience and look forward to trying more of their menu.

Great food, great atmosphere, great owners. Passionate about their food. Sauces are home-made and ingredients are quality. Sure, it may be typical American-Chinese food, but the fact that the owners cares so much matters and is reflected in their food.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
