I would not recommend this place to eat at the food is ok but the supervising staff is disrespectful and dishonest

If you've been to one TGI Friday's, I suspect you've been to them all. The Oswego location doesn't appear to be unique. I've never had a bad meal at Friday's. Can't say I've ever had a memorable one either, for that matter. I will say we had an excellent server who was very attentive. I chose the California Club sandwich this time around as I was looking for something a little lighter. They did not disappoint. It was a very good sandwich that filled the bill just right. I would say Friday's is pretty consistently decent. A nice place that's close and reasonably priced to chill out with friends.

Watched a couple of games here on Sunday, I've never watched games here, only eaten lunch or dinner. It was awesome! They get a pretty cool crowd to watch which i didn't expect. Good staff, good conversation with the others, great food as always and an array of games to watch - many TVs going at the same time. Good Times.

Just a short review: We've had lunch here yesterday with our small kids and family visiting from Argentina. While the food was exactly what you expect at TGI Fridays the service at this location was outstandingly good!!! Both our waitress as well as the manager made everything possible in order to make us feel well served!!! We'll return for sure!!

As the other review stated "a typical Friday's......." we did have an exceptional server Lucy (not kidding!!) a young college age server who was excellent! Sign up for the stripes program and you get free salsa and chips every time you frequent Friday's.

The hostess greeted us with much apathy and proceeded to tell us what an awful night she was having (this is the main reason why im reviewing this restaurant poorly and made me want to leave immediately but it was late and we were very hungry). Our waitress was nice enough but was very pressing about getting us to order. The food was ok but not worth what was paid. Save a trip and go to the store to make your own meal, it will be about the same price with no disgruntled employees or "annoying restaurant waitresses"

TGI Fridays is one of my favorite chain restaurants. My husband and I ate at the Oswego location this past Sunday evening around 9pm. We were seated in the bar side of the restaurant and served by multiple people. Three of the four employees we interacted with were friendly, prompt, and professional. Poor Service by Main Waitress: Our primary server (name on receipt was Takena), however, was absent most of the night and appeared more concerned on ending her shift than helping the customers. She was friendly, but not focused on her job duties -- 1) She forgot my drink (I had to ask the food server) 2) checked on us once (we had already finished our entree and were ready for dessert) 3) forgot what we ordered for dessert (even though she wrote the original ticket) 4) never came back (someone else brought our check and dessert). 5) In the middle of our meal while we were eating, I noticed she passed us twice in her regular jacket (going outside for what? a smoke break? who knows!). We decided to leave a standard tip since everyone else we met showed great customer service.

I dined here this past Sunday with my family, husband and 2 kids. The service was amazing, our servers name was Kaela (SP) she was awesome. She made our experience very memorable it was our daughters first time ordering her own food, she was patient and kind. Her knowledge of the menu was great, she even remembered that I wanted sriracha with my bruschetta chicken pasta! She was attentive in every way! We have been to this location before and received poor service, Kaela more than made up for it!! Thanks again Friday's you made our night special!

I've been here multiple times, and I'm typically not much of a fan of reviewing corporate locations. However, I can't help but plug the amazing service we had here on the last occasion! Since I've been here, we've had wrong orders, bad service, missing orders, etc etc. But this time, it was like a new business! Our server, Mike, was in training, but fantastic. We even stopped to let the manager know how great he was. Very kind, quick, friendly, and all around great experience! I do like what they've done to the menu, as well. Rustic look with lots of photos, and it makes it look like there are more options. However, TGIF needs to determine if they're a family-friendly restaurant or a place for late nights. The first SIX pages of the menu are drinks and appetizers. What about having two menu's - one for the bar (with those in the front) and one for dining (with those in the back)? Gotta know your target audience!

The Fam and I eat here pretty often. Over all the chain has re-branded itself by getting much better food choices and updating the old Fridays look. The staff at this location is pretty solid, never came across bad service. I have to say, I am most impressed by the stripes program! This rewards program they have set up really adds up quick. It's almost every time I go I can get something free or discounted! Love that! Also, most days they have a special that is half off of something and it turns out to be a great bargain! Lately I've been ordering from the new small plates menu, the portions are still decent and food is some of the better Fridays fair! Try the Pretzel sticks, Hibachi steak and flat breads!

We have been here multiple times and the service is always great. What really impresses me is the manager. He is on the floor asking people how their food is and even bussing tables. That is a real manager! Definitely recommend coming here.

I absolutely LOVED this place before. But recently they have been a real let down. The food quality has gone down while their prices have gone up. Today was the last time I go to tgi fridays. Everyone in my group got horrible stomach aches, and felt nauseated. Bottom line take the extra 2 minute drive to chili's.

Been here twice and both times were good experiences. Food is good, obviously not a 5 star restaurant but it's good, consistent food. My waitresses both times were nice and attentive. I'd come again.

The service has really gone downhill here as of late. Either they don't have enough staff, or the staff they do have doesn't pay close enough attention. Aside from that, the food is typical Fridays food, decent for this type of chain...

Food is good, for Friday's food. But I called in an order. The girl on the phone was rude! She kept interrupting me, then hung up without say by. She was so interested in interrupting that she got our order wrong. I understand we all have bad days, but when you are representing a restaurant. You should not be rude to the customers who keep you employeed.

Reasonably good food; a bit overpriced though. We had coupons, but the server kept trying to 'upsell' us and one time even said that we would need to buy an entrée for the coupon to be valid!! (which was not the case). Luckily, my wife had the presence of mind to ask the waitress to kindly read the coupon. For appetizer, we ordered Ahi Tuna Strips; which were ~$7.4. These were served with lots of avocado (yay!) on (tortilla) chips. The quantity was a bit less for us, though. For dessert, we ordered a Tennessee Whiskey Cake with pecans and vanilla ice cream which was awesome! The cake was fluffy and with the ice cream, was moistu enough and yummy. This was ~$8 They had a nice, cozy atmosphere with good, tinted glass to protect from the sun. We got a corner booth / island which we like. Overall a good experience!

Server was great. Food was not very good. We had 7 people and they brought our food 2 at a time. They obviously forgot about the last 2 meals. We had to ask after everyone else was already eating and half finished. The manager or chef did apologize and offered 2-3 free deserts. It took forever to slap together deserts. Not impressed and probably won't go back. I used to love this place a year or so ago.
