Excellent breakfast menu; we had (free) coupons, but they never hesitated to accept it. Scrambled eggs, sausages, hash browns- the usual great stuff!!

The foods were okay... I mean its IHOP. But staffs weren't that friendly but the prices were okay. I am not sure if I would come back to this place

I found this IHOP to be the better ones in the area. I was here on a Saturday (usually hell day for breakfast time) and the staff was exceptionally friendly. Our waitress even asked if I wanted a to-go cup for my coffee. I've never been asked that before. The whole restaurant was clean...even the restrooms. Can't say that for many places. The food was typical IHOP fare. No fine dining but it satisfied my pancake craving. The one knock on them was that the food took awhile to get to my table. But it was such a relief to go to a clean and quiet restaurant that I'll take that over a slow kitchen any day.

This is going to be short. Simply the worst service I have ever experienced in my life. Rude, slow, incompetent, and every time you ask for basic items, like an extra napkin, you be left feeling like you are the biggest pain in the a** in the world. Never again would I subject myself to this lousy down right disgusting wait staff again. If i could give them zero stars, I would.

I love going to this IHOP late at night after I get out of work with my room mate. Our server Patrick always treat us like old friends and welcomes us. Its as good as it gets from a chain restaurant.

I had just got over the flu needed to get out and have some real food. The wait staff was nice and they were very courteous. The only issue I had was this sound coming from the back kitchen. Very hard to enjoy my food with some loud sound like a timer come from the kitchen. All in all my food was pretty good.

While IHOP never had the best breakfest the one thing I can say about them is you know what to expect. I found this location to be much better then the one on Route 59 because of the shorter wait time. I find myself learning way to much about peoples poor shower habits while being cramed in at the one on 59. That isn't the case here. Seems the waiting area is bigger and much more open. The food here tastes the same and the service is what you would expect. One thing I really like about IHOP is the Chocolate Batter pancakes. They are pure genius. Chocolate in every bite. Top them off with Whip cream and they are perfect. I also like the pot of coffee on the table here. No waiting for the waitress to see you have a empty cup. All and all a great place for a weekend breakfest.

I like this location. I refused to go to an IHOP for years because of incompetent service and food that was inedible. Went to this location and now go here for breakfast or dinner every now and then. Consistent quality. Prices though need to come down some. Don't recall having bad service.

This Ihop is the worst I've ever been too. Now I've given this place more the enough chances to redeem its self, 4 to be exact. Every single time I've come here the food is cold and always either over or under cooked. There always seems to be only one waitress for the whole restaurant, one busser and the manager. The busser of course just cleans never helps get drinks or anything else. The manager here ( what a joke) does nothing but blame staff that didn't show up or says they're new or my most recent favorite was the waitress had to leave due to an anxiety attack because there were too many costumers. 10 tables full. lol. I told the manager about the food and all he did was put the blame on other people. Stay away! You'd get a better meal out of the garbage can out back!

We went on a Friday night... all the restaurants had a long wait and I suggested IHOP since I love breakfast anytime! I told my hubby when we pulled in and saw only 3 cars that this was probably a bad idea... and boy was it. The eggs were cold and my bacon tasted like it was microwaved.. very disgusting!! The Tabasco sauce was watered down and almost clear when it came out of the bottle on to my burnt hash browns. My hubby's mashed potatoes were definitely instant and were oddly shaped on the plate - like they just piped them out of a pastry bag. will not be back... if I want an IHOP fix I will definitely go to the Aurora one on RT 59.

Hot air blowing in my face through the whole meal. Bacon like shoe leather (how is that even possible?). Burned pancakes. Burned, rubbery eggs. Cold, congealed sausage gravy on powdery biscuits. Instant potatoes with my dinner (really? INSTANT potatoes?). Broccoli boiled way past the point where it maintained any structural integrity. A waitress who, after dropping a crouton off my salad plate onto the table, picks it up with her bare hands and puts it back on my plate. We had to ask for silverware, napkins, dressing for my salad, dip for chicken nuggets, and pretty much everything else we needed during the meal. There are plenty of better breakfast places within a mile or two. It's a wonder this location is still in business if this is the typical fare. If only Yelp would allow me to post negative stars.

Don't do it. We've eaten here twice. Both times, total disaster. I didn't think you could that to bacon. Really, I didn't. I couldn't break it, tear it, cut it. I think it was once leather. Eggs where horrible. Just bad. Then my husband's dinner well - everything on his plate was a disaster. We thought we would try again during a different time of day. It was better than the first experience, but not much. We won't be back, the Oswego Family Restaurant is significantly better, for less. And if they are full - I'll still go somewhere else. I'll drive to Naperville - Yorkville - Anywhere than here.
